Welcome to Villa Sonrisa, our luxurious vacation home located right in the middle of all the Central Florida magic. Our home is just 2 miles from Walt Disney World property in the 24 hour guard-gated resort community of Windsor Hills. This is the premier vacation home destination in the Orlando area, featuring resort amenities such as a private movie theater, exercise center, lagoon-style zero-entry pool with water slide, fountains, tennis courts, basketball, a putting green, volleyball and children's playgrounds.

The floor plan of this particular home offers privacy for each of the 5 bedrooms as they all have their own full bath -- three are king master suites, one is a queen bedroom and there's also an adorable twin/twin room for the kids. Every bedroom features it's own flat screen HDTV. Everyone will enjoy the open living area with the 55" HDTV that is Chromecast enabled so you can stream all your favorites from Netflix, HBO GO, YouTube, and more. There's also a Blu-Ray/DVD combo player and Xbox 360 with Kinect in the entertainment center.

The fully screened private pool and spa area features a sunny Southwestern exposure. Our shaded outdoor entertainment area, with upgraded dining furniture, twin overhead fans, and a propane BBQ grill (complimentary), makes for the perfect place to lounge or dine. The pool itself is one of the luxurious new salt water pools you've read about -- much gentler on your skin, eyes, and swimwear than a typical chlorine-based pool. There's a spill-over spa for soaking in after a long day at the parks and, of course, our signature water basketball game that the whole family will enjoy.

The real fun begins in Villa Sonrisa's air conditioned and fully finished game room featuring: pool table with 9 ball and snooker, pinball, bubble hockey, 60-in-1 stand-up video game machine, electronic darts, TV, desktop computer, and a comfortable lounger and pub table. Of course, the home also includes complimentary high speed WiFi internet service throughout. No charge for Pool Heat or BBQ Propane. 7 Night stays are discounted. 5 Night minimum stay.

 We stayed at the propery from 6th to 20th July and can honestly say we didnt want to leave. The whole process was painless from the minute we booked. All the check in information was very clear and we had no issues gaining entry or getting settled right away. The house is very well located for Orlando attractions. There is a large Walmart about 1 mile away which was very convenient.We were a party of 6 adults using 4 rooms so each having their own bathroom was fantastic, they have a hairdryer in each too. The house is very nicely furnished and comfortable with a large TV and sofas to relax on after a long day in the sun! There is an extensive dvd collection available which we took advantage of and children would find great i'm sure.The kitchen is well equiped with the usual including 2 coffee machines and a dishwasher,Plenty of pots and pans and crockery and some plates and cups that can be used in the pool area which was a good idea. There was nothing we couldnt find that we needed in the cupboards. All parties commented on the comfort and size of the beds and there were no complaints at all regarding the ability to get a good nights sleep. We did not use the twin room but it looked very nice with full size singles in there not kids beds. The games room saw most of the action I think throughout the holiday with the pool table and pinball machine being a big hit. We now hold 2nd 3rd and 4th top scores although the number 1 spot eluded us ..lol. Its a nice addition to the property and did make a nice difference.The pool area was large and well maintained. The pool alarm and the screen making it safe for kids although this was not an issue for us. The pool alarm takes a bit of getting used to but once you rememeber its fine. If we needed to contact the owners then a simple text was enough to get a very quick reply and any issues sorted immediatly. A low battery bleeping alarm was all we had and resolved within 30 mins!
