3/2 Condo With Nightly View Of Disney Fireworks

 Jun 4 - Jun 13, 2021 My family and I had a great 9 day stay. It is exactly as pictured, was clean, and had all the basic necessities. It is also conveniently located close to restaurants and parks. Apart from that the pool area with the water slides was a big hit with my kids. They really enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend and book another stay here.

 May 6 - May 11, 2021 Deepak was great with communication. He gave us clear instructions on the things needed for our stay. When we arrived the resort's security couldn't find us on the list, he picked up his phone when called and was on top of it for us (I think it was security's mistake not his). The condo was comfortable and clean. Nice resort.

 Jan 6 - Jan 13, 2020 This was my second stay at Dave and Pam’s place. It was just a great as the first. Prompt communication, easy check-in, and incredibly clean. The condo is quiet at night and just a quick drive to all of the Disney parks. Highly recommended.

 Clean and Comfortable condo and close to Disney This was so nice. So close to the parks. Only 5 minutes away. Also close to shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and included everything we needed for our stay. Really nice pool area with a great children’s area with water slide.

 Definitely would stay here again Perfect location for Disney. Very clean, comfy beds, lots of items like dishes, pans, etc. No potholder and no large pot for spaghetti but those were the only things we lacked. Close to restaurants and shops. Thank you!! Will include pot holders and a large pot for my future guests. Thanks for the advice.

 Lovely condo, fully equipped! Resort has much for a family to do and location to Disney parks was terrific. Deepak was a great host, quick to respond!

 Excellent!!!!! Spotless 3 BR condo for less than a Disney Hotel Room Excellent vacation in an amazing condo! The condo was perfect for our family of four and my girls LOVED the pool, water playground, and slides. I loved the slides too!!!! Faster and more fun than I expected. I never needed to call the owner or management company. Everything you need to know is sent ahead of time and we had no issues. We will NEVER stay on Disney property again after this amazing vacation. Sure we had to pay to park our car at the parks but it was well worth it. We will be back!

 Family Vacation and Volleyball Nationals This was a great property for our needs. It had plenty of space, great location in the area, short drive to the convention center venue, plenty of close-by shopping destinations, short walking distance to the club house and pool. The owners were very easy to communicate with. Dave was quick to return emails and very accommodating when our flight brought us in very early on our first day. We were able to get in a few hours early which made a huge difference. Also, the condo was supplied with a "starter" pack of kitchen items needed to function, dish soap, sponge, laundry tab, coffee, etc. The other families that we were traveling with did not have these quick, but needed items. It was a nice touch to make our stay more comfortable. Our family adventures most likely will take us back to Florida and we would definitely stay here again.

 This condo was wonderful for any family. It was well stocked with anything you would need to include towels for the pool a pack and play and stroller. We will definitely be staying here again for our visits to florida.

 Overall a great place to stay while visiting Disneyworld! Self-check in was easy and went smoothly. Location was great about a 15min drive to the parks. The condo was comfortable, looked exactly like the provided photos, spotlessly clean, and lots of towels were provided! Something to note is that apart from towels, other provided amenities were pretty barebones. We ran out of toilet paper towards the end of the trip (no extra were provided). You'll also need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They provided hotel sized soap, lotion, and shampoo but you'll run out if you take more than 2 showers. Overall, the pros outweigh the cons and I would definitely recommend this place as long as you are okay with the issues above. As Per The Rental Voucher Please Note: Starter paper towel, toilet paper, garbage bag and dish washing soap are provided. Any additional is to be provided by guest. Dishwasher soap and/or pods, laundry detergent and/or pods are not provided by the host. These items are readily available at the sundry shop located in the Welcome Center and the nearby WALMART located just half a mile from the resort.
