First of all, when we travel, we always stay at VRBO rentals. We know what a good or bad place is. This unit smells clean when you walk in, and you will not find any dirt, sand, hair, etc on the floors. This was probably the cleanest condo we ever stayed in. As far as the location, it was great. Disney is about 15 minutes away, and if you are not heading to Disney , then Disney springs is about the same. Great neighborhood to walk in the morning, and when you come back, head to the pool. The unit is not close to the pool, but the walk is really nothing when compared to the quiet area this unit is in. I know traveling is stressful not knowing what you'll get for accomodations, but don't worry about this place, it's top notch.

First, I want to give a glowing review for this property for a variety of reasons. The first is for cleanliness. This property is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. It was nicely updated spacious enough for a small family, and very well stocked with kitchen items. There is also a washer and dryer which made it highly convenient when using the pool and wanting to come back and wash and dry wet clothing. It is so close to all of the parks and the check-in process was super easy. The owner of this property was so kind and accommodating. I could not have asked for a better experience and a nicer place to stay. We were traveling with our grandchildren one of which is Type I diabetic. We always need to have a kitchen to prepare special meals for her and a place that feels comfortable and like home. This property met all of our needs and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Clean, comfortable and convenient to Espn Wide World of Sports and Disney. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Condo had supplies like soaps, coffee filters, olive oil etc, laundry detergent.....all the things to make for a convenient stay. Highly recommend staying here as it has pretty decor so aesthetically pleasing as well.

If you're looking for a great option that's close to the parks, then this is the place for you. The place was incredibly clean, and the set of amenities the host provides: detergent, dish soap, plenty of towels, etc was really appreciated. Robert was also very easy to communicate with to answer any questions we had. Overall, this was a great choice that I can't recommend enough.

Fantastic condo. Well equipped, super clean, quiet. Excellent location. We were able to Uber to Disney and Universal parks for roughly the cost of parking. The owner, Robert, was responsive and kind. He graciously allowed us to reschedule our trip when Covid hit. A definite 5-star property!

The condo was clean, quiet area, and was plenty of room for my husband and I, our 4 year old daughter, my sister, and her her 11 year old daughter who came to visit for our family Disney trip. The bed in the master room was extremely COMFORTABLE. Some sort of memory foam. We loved it! The condo had just about everything we needed. We were not provided 1 trash bag as stated but if you're staying more than a day you will want to go out and get extra tp, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap. Etc anyways. I had forgotten to add my sister's car to the Parking list but that was quickly resolved within minutes of checking in by just getting in touch with the owners. The condo is just a short walk to the pool. My husband tried to catch a bunch of lizards on the way. Lol, The kids really enjoyed the pool and the water slide while the adults could relax in the hot tub but Don’t bother ordering a mixed drink at the pool it wasn’t any good or worth the money and neither was the steak house around the way on the corner. Lol, I would book this property again in the future.

We loved our recent stay here. It was so close to Disney (7 mins). The property amenities were amazing. My girls loved the splash pad water slides. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely return here.

We had an amazing stay at Robert’s Windsor Hills condo. It was extremely clean, easy to find, quiet and we felt very safe. It felt like home! We had everything we needed and it was very close to all the parks we wanted to visit.
The clubhouse has amazing amenities, including morning coffee, slushies for the kids, an arcade and the pool is fabulous! It was not crowded and plenty of places to sit. Not that we sag much, the pool, splash pad, and water slides were a favorite for the kids.
The condo itself was spacious for our family of four and was very comfortable. The washer/dryer was a plus for washing clothes after the parks on a hot day and keeping swimming towels dry.
Beds were comfortable (Robert explained he had just updated them and we were the first to try them out. Outstanding sleep!), bathrooms and kitchen were very clean and Robert kept in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure we were all okay and enjoying; a nice touch. It was lovely! In fact, we were having such a great time and pleasant stay, we ended up booking again for April. The kids just love Disney and we will probably never stay in a hotel again as long as this condo is available for us.
We loved the condo and the neighborhood so much we are actually considering buying a vacation house in Windsor Hills!

This condo is amazing. Disney is closer than we thought. The place has everything and was perfect for our family. There is plenty was of room for our family of four, where no one was in each other’s space, this condo had plenty of space. The condo is clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and was nice, especially after a long day at Disney. The tv’s are the new high quality resolution. The owner Robert is a very nice and accommodating. He will touch base with you before you arrive. It is nice to know he is right there for you and responds immediately when you have a question. We will be staying here again.

My family and I were very satisfied with staying here at Mr. Torr's Windsor Hills condo! This was my family's first trip to Disney World and staying here allowed my family to have a great, fun experience; not just at the amusement parks, but also at local attractions. This property is located just minutes away from everything. So everyday we came back from all day entertainment from the them parks exhausted, it sure was nice to relax and stretch out in a place larger than a hotel that has all the amenities of home. I figured we could have spent 3x's the amount or more than what we did to enjoy our trip being able to save money cooking our breakfast and evening dinners, and washing our clothes and dishes. This allowed us to make the most of our stay here in Florida!

We stayed in early May. This condo is very nice! It is very well kept. Everything about the condo is clean and nice looking. They supply everything you will need for a short stay. The king bed was pretty comfortable too. We did not have time to take advantage of the community's amenities but they looked very nice. This condo is very close to Disney and is worth coming back to. One of the nicest condos we have stayed in and will surely be back. I definitely recommend this condo.

I can't even begin to explain how PERFECT your condo is, Rob. We loved the pictures, and the layout sounded perfect for me, my husband, and our 2 young sons... but we had no idea how fantastic your condo in the Windsor Hills Resort would be! The condo was clean and beautiful when we arrived. Your cleaning lady, Mary, does a fabulous job! The boys loved having their own bedroom, complete with a TV. They were in heaven!The beds were all comfortable, and we slept like babies. The condo was so quiet at night-- unlike resorts we've stayed in previously where parties kept us up all night long!We put the resort's clubhouse to good use. Every night after getting home from the parks, we went swimming in the beautiful lagoon pool (it was so warm... and my kids LOVED the new dueling slides!) and played ping pong until the clubhouse closed at 10pm. What a fun way to end each day. Rob, you were so helpful and attentive to all of our needs.... even mailing us back two of my son's "left items" that were very important to him. We are so very grateful!We feel so fortunate to have picked a great place to stay, and hope that you'll have it available when we come back each year. My 8-year-old has already asked, "Can we stay there every time we go to Florida?"Thanks for EVERYTHING, Rob! We stayed in the condo and found the place to be very cozy and felt just like home. The place was very clean upon arrival, with even the dining room table set up to welcome us. The condo came equipped with everything we needed in order to turn the place into our temporary home. The complex itself was very beautiful with a relaxing pool for those times you didn't want to head out to the parks. Also, there was a little store on the property for getting the essentials. Otherwise, there were multiple stores only a few minutes from the condo for purchasing groceries or other necessities for the stay. If you were too tired to cook after a long day at the park, there were also a number of restaurants in the area. As for location, the complex was no more than 15 minutes from Disney, which couldn't have been more convenient unless you stayed on a Disney property. Sea World and Universal were also very close with both taking no more than a half hour to reach by car. We went to multiple parks on most days and found it very convenient to drive back and forth to the condo to eat lunch or take a break. Overall our stay was excellent and would highly recommend staying at this property. The owner has multiple properties at Windsor Hills, which can accommodate various party sizes. The condo would be perfect for a couple, such as ourselves, or for a single family. The cost was very reasonable and for those that are flexible on the timing for their trip, we would recommend late October or early November, as the parks were not very crowded and the weather was very pleasant.

This is our second time staying at Windsor Hills, our first time staying in this condo and we love everything about it. This condo had everything we needed, the pool was fabulous and in the evening you could see fireworks from the parks. We will be booking this condo again, because it feels like home away from home. Everything you may be interested in is close by, we went to Cocoa Beach, Disney World, Lego Land and other fun stops around Kissimmee/Orlando. And the code entry was nice, because there were no worries about losing a key. Thanks again, we had a great time!

This condo was so perfect we thought of moving in! The owner was professional and easy to deal with, would have no problems doing business with him again! Everything about the unit was perfect: it is super clean, quiet, and well situated (approx 5-10 mns from Magic Kingdom (closest park) and 10-15 mns from Epcot (furthest park), a Super Target within a 5 mins drive, lots and lots of places to eat in the area. The kids enjoyed a good night sleep in their individual beds and own bedroom, allowing the parents to spend some quality time together after a long day visiting the parks. The beds are very comfortable also. The place is tastefully decorated, with a subtle and classy wink at Disney (on the kids bedroom wall). The entire place is roomy, including the large shower in the master bedroom en-suite. It has two large walk-in closets that allowed us to hide our suitcases, making it feel a little more like "our home". The community pool was probably the highlight of our kids trip, they talk about it more than what they did and saw at Disney! The pool is absolutely stunning, we felt like we were on holidays at an all-inclusive resort (minus the crowds!). The gym was also quite nice, we used it almost everyday. The staff working in this gated community were friendly, helpful and approachable. We absolutely loved the place, hated nothing about it, and should we ever return to the Orlando area this condo is the first one we would seek to rent out. I have already recommended it to some of my friends and co-workers, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Orlando. A+ !
