Had some ants on counter and wasp out on porch and area around pool could use some weeding but good overall. The parking pass process of Windsor Hills needs help. The line everyday at check in is lined up to the street. Took 3 days to get a pass. Owners Response: Hi Monica, I'm sorry you had some issues while staying at the house. In the future should you stay at another rental property always contact the management company to resolve any issues that arise.  We completely enjoyed our stay. The townhome is beautifully decorated as well as extremely comfortable. It felt like being at home. There was plenty of room for us all and my oldest teen really needed the space and a room to himself. Marian was so helpful every step of the way and all the information was easy to follow. The community is beautiful and we felt very safe with the guarded neighborhood. Community pool is an event to itself, but it was perfect having our own private pool to come home to after a long hot day in the parks.  5 of 5 Stars Disney trip Our first time staying in Windsor Hills and we loved our experience at Carl and Marian's place! The townhouse was cozy and included everything we could need, even a box of toys and some books in the kid's bedroom which my little ones were very excited about! The patio pool included free heat and was relaxing after a long day at the parks. The resort pool was very chilly, so it was super nice to have our own little warm pool right outside the door! The management company unfortunately made a mistake entering our code so we had an issue at check-in and the management company was not reachable - but Marian despite not being local answered the phone right away !  5 of 5 Stars Amazing townhome! We absolutely LOVED our stay at this townhome! We have stayed at Windsor Hills before because we love the resort, but this was definitely our favorite home to stay in. It was extremely clean, well stocked with everything we need and the beds were very comfortable. There were toys for our boys to play with and we all loved the pool in the back. It was heated so perfect to go in even on the cooler nights when we got back from Disney. I would HIGHLY recommend this listing and it would be our first choice when we return next time.  5 of 5 Stars Fantastic for Disney We stayed at Windsor Hills for our Disney holiday. It took between 5 and 25 minutes to get to the different parks. In our downtime, the property was excellent with a fully equipped kitchen for wholesome evening meals, a small pool that we jumped into most evenings and the larger pool in the complex was great. We were not disappointed and had great communication from Marion and Carl from booking to check-out. Great price for such a beautiful house, two minutes from all the facilities and a two-minute drive to a massive Walmart. Great location, and a great holiday. Will be staying there again.  5 of 5 Stars Great Townhouse in the summer heat! This property is in a great location within Windsor Hills, on an end terrace that feels very private and quiet. Just a couple of minutes' walk to the clubhouse and main pool. It was a great size for our family with 2 teenage boys, who could have a bedroom and bathroom each. The townhouse was very clean and kept at a lovely cool temperature during the recent high temperatures. The pool was a great place to cool off in the afternoons, all 4 of us could fit in easily. The kitchen had everything we needed and loved having a coffee machine! The beds were very comfortable, so much so that we had more lazy mornings than rope-dropping the parks 😅. We hired a car and drove into the Disney parks in about 15-20 minutes. There are lots of places to eat nearby and a large Walmart which can be busy. We arranged an online order for pick up though, which was very easy. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area, especially visiting the Disney Parks.  5 of 5 Stars Our family of five stayed in this townhome for eight days and found it to be in excellent condition. It was very clean, with nice furnishings and newer kitchen appliances. All of the beds were very comfortable and the unit had ample space for all of us to be together without feeling crowded. The townhome is located about a 2-3 minute walk to the main pool and marketplace. Easy access to all outside dining and entertainment places and just a 15-minute drive to the Disney parks. Both the owner and management company were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had. We went during a busy time (spring break/Easter week), so we expected crowds just not to that extent at the community pool. We were glad to spend time at the private pool as a result. The location was great as we frequented Disney Springs & it was just a short drive. It is also very close to Walmart. We would definitely stay here again.  5 of 5 Stars A lovely home away from home My family recently stayed at Carl and Marian's townhome. We found our stay to be just wonderful from start to finish. The owners were very easy to deal with and answered our messages promptly. The check-in process at the gate went smoothly. The townhome is not far from the gate and is easy to find. The home was spotless. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms had walk-in closets which were nice to keep your suitcase tucked away. The pool in the backyard was so warm and nice to come home to after a busy day at the parks. It was so nice to not be charged to heat the pool. Windsor Hills is a clean and safe community. We enjoyed the community pool area although the pool was a bit cold. It was January so we understand that it may not be the warmest. It didn't bother us much as we had a nice warm pool at the townhouse all to ourselves. We stayed at Windsor Hills once before but this was our first stay at Carl and Marian's home. The condo is in a perfect location, only a 15-minute drive from WDW parks. It is so nice to each have our own room and bathroom. The kids can swim every day in the little pool while we get ready to go to the parks.  5 of 5 Stars Amazing! The location and home were much more than I expected! The house was very very clean and the rooms were spacious and fun! The kitchen had everything you needed and all the “ kitchen gadgets” you would need! The pool was small but the children loved it! I highly recommend it for families with children under the age of 10! Parking was easy and convenient and the resort pool was so entertaining… The house is within walking distance to the clubhouse and 3 minutes driving distance to Walmart. Disney parks were about 15 mins. We all loved the house that we definitely want to return. The owner (Marian) was kind and very patient with my family! Everything we needed was in the townhouse, from dishes and baking sheets to a hair dryer and iron. It was awesome having a bathroom attached to every bedroom. This allowed everyone privacy and was convenient for getting ready quickly for our busy days. The private pool was perfect for relaxing and cooling off. I enjoyed sitting on the steps of the pool and reading. Unlike staying in one of the condos at Windsor Hills, the townhouse offers a private parking space right at the front door, so loading and unloading your car is a breeze.  5 of 5 Stars Great Disney Vacation Stay We rented this condo for 5 days and had a great experience. There were many things to occupy the kids including a themed bedroom filled with toys and a bed rail, separate bathrooms for each room, and a nice dip pool on a corner lot. All communication with owners and property managers was pleasant and the resort amenities were nice. We were only a 12 min drive from Disney so we were able to take afternoon breaks from the parks to give our littles some rest. A two-minute drive from Walmart and restaurants too.  5 of 5 Stars Great Host, clean townhouse, and overall nice experience. This host was responsive and available to answer questions. We loved the fact this was a spacious, corner townhouse which added privacy and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The townhouse was cleaned well, beds were comfortable (each bedroom had its own bathroom). The accommodation/necessities included everything we needed for the few nights we stayed. Although it wasn’t “standard size”, the enclosed pool was nice at night and during the day, when we weren’t at the water park (Volcano Bay). No fault of the host, but the pool area by the guard gate was great in the kid's eyes, but in my opinion, it was very crowded and did not seem as big as it looks in the pix. The same area has video games, pool table, ping pong, etc, but requires a deposit and charges by the hour. Again, no fault of the host. There is a Walmart right down the road as well as restaurants, gas stations, etc close by. The host provided a notebook with recommendations on where to eat, places to shop, and sights to see. Check-in and check-out were also easy. Overall nice experience, the price was right, we would stay again and recommend it to others. Owners Response: Thank you, Michelle, for the review.  5 of 5 Stars The house was perfect! The home is absolutely beautiful and it was perfect for our family vacation. My boys loved having a pool “right out back”. The owners were great and easy to get in touch with and helped with any questions we had. The location could not be better, such a short drive to Disney.  5 of 5 Stars Very good location near Disney parks. The dip pool in the backyard was nice. Resort amenities looked great however it was pretty cold during our stay so we didn’t have a chance to use them. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Very good stay. Thanks!  5 of 5 Stars The unit was at the end of a building so we only had one neighbor on one side. The townhouse was spacious and clean. Amenities included with the rental were great.  5 of 5 Stars My family loved the property. It was spacious and clean. It was right near Walmart and close to plenty of restaurants. My kids loved the private pool.   5 of 5 Stars Great Location, Clean, Perfect for Families This condo was perfect for me, my husband, two kids, and my mom! My kids (aged 7) loved the small private pool as well as the very big community pool. The condo was clean and there was plenty of sheets and towels for our 9-night stay. great location for Disney properties particularly Hollywood studios. VERY close to a big Walmart (it's actually walkable if you really feel like it.) I would definitely stay here again. The registration process was a breeze! Much better than our previous experience at Windsor Hills where the management company forgot to submit our names so that we could check-in.  5 of 5 Stars Cozy Gem The price was great and booking was a breeze. Hosts sent great instructions and loved the keyless entry. The townhome was clean and cozy, perfect room for my family of 6. Townhome pool was great for the kids. The townhome was in a secure and beautiful gated community and we were walking distance from the club house. Pool and water slides were fun. Gym was small but useable. Walmart close by. I read the reviews so came prepared with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid etc. property is in a great location close to all mail attractions. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again. The only drawback was the minimal supplies such as garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. The entry at the front gate was quick and pleasant. All in all a great place to stay. The management company gives a "complimentary" starter kit which includes toilet paper for 3 bathrooms, one roll of paper towels, garbage bag, dish liquid, sponge, dishwasher pod, washing machine pod, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap for 3 bathrooms.  5 of 5 Stars Home away from home We typically stay at mystic dunes, but I wanted to stay somewhere that felt like home this time. Carl and Marian’s manor completely exceeded my expectations. This is a great option if you have children or are traveling with family. This townhome had plenty of games and activities for our family to enjoy. There were even pool floats for the kids to use. Plenty of towels and linens were there as well. Walmart is on the same street, however, the Publix is under 3 miles away and you don’t have to worry about the crowds. The public pool area was large and had a lot of seating available. There was also a live dj. That whole area gave me lido deck vibes and our family enjoyed it completely.  5 of 5 Stars Excellent stay for Disney vacation! We loved our time at this townhouse. The beds were comfortable and the pool was AMAZING to have right in our back patio! Windsor Hills is a very short drive to Disney and a cute, quiet, safe community. We read through a lot of reviews and came prepared with our own laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, etc. No problem! We hope to be back someday! My only suggestion would be that the property management company provide hand soap for the bathrooms.
