Had to come to Orlando for the AAU World Basketball Championships at ESPN Wide World of Sports, July 13-16. Checked out a lot of resort accommodations online and settled on Windsor Hills Resorts. This place is huge! Scrolled through the lodging options - single family homes, townhomes and condos - on their site and decided to go the condo route. The Sunshine Dreams building - 2781 Almaton Loop, Unit 301 - owned by the Holloways was our choice. It's very neutrally decorated - traveling with 2 teenage boys no way was I going to put them in a Mickey Mouse or Princess themed bedroom! So this suited my purposes. What can I say??? The whole process - surfing the lodging options, choosing a unit, making the reservation and payment and finally confirmation process went smoothly. Wilma was a gem to work with - her response time to my initial inquiry and subsequent email questions was phenomenal! The unit was spotless and the a/c was heaven on earth - our arrival time was 9 p.m. and outside the heat was kicking tails and taking no prisoners. LOL! The unit is a 3 BR/2BA located on the 3rd floor (condo buildings have elevators) and everything worked - no issues with any of the appliances - I fell in love with the washer/dryer and am looking into upgrading my set at home!!! Everything you need to kick off your stay is there and you're within 15 minutes of Disney World, other theme parks are within 30 minutes and restaurants and malls overload!! I would definitely rent this condo again in the future....

Rooms are very clean, loads of towels, kitchen is very well equipped and all new appliances. TV and WiFi was fantastic.

Sunshine Dreams, Windsor Hills Resort was excellent accommodation, my family had a very happy holiday here.
The condo is spotlessly clean, spacious and has all the necessary utensils and equipment required for those who choose self catering.
The complex was good too, with a lovely swimming pool, cafe and gym. If you have children there is plenty to keep them occupied. The Disney Parks are close by, we drove to Animal Kingdom in under 10 minutes and the Magic Kingdom in under 15 minutes. There are lots of restaurants and shops.
We had a wonderful time, we especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony after a long day at the parks !
We would definitely recommend it.

We would highly recommend staying here- this condo was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, well stocked with everything we needed when we arrived, and the beds were so comfortable after a long day. It's so close to everything, whether you are going to the parks, shopping, or to enjoy Orlando. We love Windsor Hills and all of the amenities, we could relax in the pool and the kids had a great time on the water slides. We met fabulous people from all over the world and can't wait to return.

My family loved the Sunshine Dreams condo. It was very spacious and very accommodating. It had all of the necessities and more. The condo was beautiful and we will definitely be returning in the future! The pool area was lovely as well. The condo is also very close to all of the Disney parks, which was a plus. Wilma and Bruce were always quick to respond to all of my emails regarding any questions that I had, they were very helpful and we greatly appreciate them!

Our family (5) had stayed at Windsor Hills many times before, it was the first time staying at the Holloway's property and we certainly weren't disappointed. We walked into a bright, beautifully maintained, clean condo that has more amenities that one can think of. The unit is located in a more quiet area, away from the pool though a very short walk to and from. The veranda is the perfect place to sit with morning coffee or a glass of wine and simply relax. The only downside for us is that we wish we had stayed longer! We will definitely be back.

We loved the condo, extremely spacious, clean and fully stocked. Not to mention the prime location. We did so many mid-day Park breaks with ease back to the resort.
The pool/waterpark was definitely a plus for our kids. The kids mentioned that the twin beds were extremely comfortable.
Overall we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend it.

This condo is a great place to lay your head after a long day at the Disney Parks. The condo is clean with comfortable beds. The kitchen has some pots and pans for cooking but most importantly, they provided tupperware for our use as we brought lunches to the parks each day. The condo location is perfect - 10 to 15 minute drive to the parks. We would definitely stay there again in the future. The owners are super great to work with and are very upfront and honest.

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. This was definitely one of the most well stocked (extra towels, dishes, silverware, etc) condos our family has ever stayed in. We also appreciated the high chair for our toddler so we did not have to bring ours from home. Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was great! We enjoyed the resort amenities - pool and cafe/grill (food was very good!). We would definitely consider staying here again and would highly recommend!

We thought the condo was great, the size was perfect for the 4 of us and everything appeared to be clean and in good condition! Location was great as well, close to the parks which was awesome. The local pool was fantastic, that was a cool feature, top notch for sure. The apartment is all you need for a comfortable stay close to the Disney parks in Orlando. The rooms are spacious, kitchen is well equipped, you get more space than in a hotel room! There is a massive Walmart down the road where you can do all your grocery/shopping; the condominium is very safe and quiet. I totally recommend this for families that want to have more space than a hotel room when visiting the Magic Kingdom! Wilma and Bruce make the whole process very easy - they are very responsive and helpful.

Bruce & Wilma have been a pleasure to work with. We had grandparents driving down to meet us for the week so Bruce & Wilma went above and beyond to set up their vehicle permit without an issue. The property is absolutely beautiful & very clean. Location was within walking distance to the pool, splash pad and basketball courts. We would love to stay here again in the future!

We just returned from a 10 night stay and we had a wonderful experience at the Sunshine Dreams condo in Windsor Hills. We were a party of 5: Myself and Husband, Mother in law, 14 yo son and 17 yo daughter. The space was perfect for all of us. I spent a lot of time reviewing many condos in this area before making a choice and we were not disappointed!
Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. The condo is well appointed and exactly as it appears in the photos. The appliances, dishes and utensils were suitable for making multiple meals in the condo. The water pressure and water temperature for showering was never an issue, even with all of us getting ready at the same time. The screened balcony is a wonderful extension to the living room. It has a great view of the sunset and looks out onto beautiful trees so you aren’t staring at the parking lot. Accessing the condo on the 3rd floor is easy by stairs or elevator.
The location was perfect for trips to any of the Walt Disney Parks. We spent 5 days in the parks and never had a drive of longer than about 15 minutes (with traffic) to get to any of the parking lots. The condo is only a couple miles south of Animal Kingdom.
While we were there (over Easter/spring break), the pool area was busy but we were always able to find 5 chairs. The pool area and slides were well maintained, monitored and clean.
The Holloways, owners of this condo, have been wonderful with communication. They responded quickly to my questions and helped with whatever they could. I know that renting directly from an owner is often a concern for some people, but I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this condo and feel confident that you will be treated well by the owners.
This condo is in a great neighborhood, close to theme parks and very well appointed. I highly recommend it!

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Sunshine Dreams. Wilma was a great host, extremely helpful and answered every question I had promptly. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed for our 7 day trip! The condo was clean and had plenty of room. The resort amenities were excellent, my kids 9, 5, and 1 enjoyed the splash park and the pool the most! My husband enjoyed the water slides! 🙂 The location was in a great location and easy drive to Disney, Universal and even a quick hop on the highway to visit family in Tampa! We truly had a magical vacation and are already planning our return to Sunshine Dreams at Windsor Hills.

Wilma the owner is very accessible and responsive to any questions. We found the pool area and theatre amenities at the resort very nice and all of the grounds are well maintained.

Wilma and Bruce had everything well set up in advance and we had a smooth check in and check out. The Condo itself is spacious and fitted to a very high standard , and has everything you might need for a break in Orlando.
We will definitely be back!

Our family had a great time while staying at the Condo "Sunshine Dreams". The 3 bedroom condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, quiet and enough for a family of 5-6 members. The kitchen is fully packed and ready for cooking, if needed.
It's nicely located, close to the amusement parks and restaurants. The amenities are great also, has a large pool with a water park. We would definitely consider this place again for another weekend getaway.

The apartment is very well placed for access to the Disney parks which is handy after a long day out with tired kids.
There are a number of convenient restaurants and supermarkets close by and the apartment is very well maintained and managed.
The communal pool is very welcoming in the evenings and my kids loved the waterpark style slides.
We were very pleased with our stay and would certainly recommend the apartment for anyone looking for a convenient, clean and comfortable base away from the Disney madness.

Our family had a beautiful stay at "Sunshine Dreams" in Windsor Hills 4/4 4/1 0/18. The condo was updated, clean, comfortable and perfect for the 4 of us (2 adults & 2 grandchildren). It is in a safe area and a short drive to the Disney Parks. We enjoyed coming back to this quiet condo for a good night's sleep. The beds are comfortable and the A/C works well. It's about a five minute walk to the community pool which was warm and inviting. The owners, Bruce and Wilma are easy to work with and respond to inquiries about their lovely condo in a timely manner. We highly recommend "Sunshine Dreams". You will enjoy it!
