This gorgeous two floor townhouse is located in the prestigious Windsor Hills Resort. The townhouse is just steps away from the main clubhouse and is well maintained, continually updated, and sure to please. We have and continue to maintain a very high level of service to our guests ensuring that they have constant access to reach us and secure their peace-of-mind with providing an on-site management company which stand ready to assist them 24 hours a day.

NEW COVID-19 Cleaning Procedures: Our cleaners sanitize and disinfect all high touch surfaces including, light switches, doorknobs, cabinet hardware, remotes, keypad entry lock, countertops, tables, etc. We take great pride in our home and we want everyone to stay safe and healthy during this time frame.

We manage a total of 4 properties in Windsor Hills. We have been managing vacation rentals since 2008 and have enjoyed meeting so many fun families and friends. They enjoy staying at a resort so close to Disney and ESPN Wild World of Sports, and they like the space the homes provide and the amenities. Other resorts can’t provide a fantastic water park, huge pool and walk out your back door to your splash pool. We have 5 star reviews on rental platforms similar to WHPR.

This townhome was updated in 2018. New living room furniture, TVs, mattress and bedding! We continually purchase new towels and sheets so the guest will feel right at home. Our townhome provides our guests will the following:

+Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, appliances, dishwasher, seating 6 at the table and breakfast bar
+3 Bedrooms and 3 Baths with new SMART TVs:
-Upstairs master bedroom (King) with attached bath (tub/shower)
-Main floor bedroom (Queen) with an attached bath (shower)
-Upstairs bedroom (2 Twins) with an attached bath (tub/shower)
+Front loading washer and dryer located upstairs near the master
+Hair dryers are provided for each bathroom, as well a one iron
+Private heated splash pool with lanai
+Keyless home entry, which is so nice when going in and out to the parks
+All bath towels, pool towels and linens are provided

When traveling with the youngest of guests, children and infants, we can provide the following:

+Stoller
+Pack n Play
+High chair
+Games, books and toys

The Windsor Hills community and our townhome is monitored by outside video surveillance. Footage remains private and may be used for liability reasons and to monitor occupancy and other policies noted here.

Cleaning Fee 150.00 Per Booking

Payment Terms

100.00 percent required 60 days Before Checkin

Cancellation Terms

Refund of 100.00 percent due if cancelled 60 days from check in date
Refund of 50.00 percent due if cancelled 30 days from check in date

Refundable Damage Deposit

Payment of 200.00 required 7 days After Booking, refunded 7 days after checkout

Location

The Windsor Hills Resort is approximately 2 miles from Disney World's main gates. The resort is gates and secure, so you will feel safe vacationing at this fabulous resort. The townhome is well established and has been rented by guests since 2005.
