I had to pleasure of staying at this incredible property and I must say it was an awesome experience. We came to enjoy Universal Studios and we did just that. The property only added enjoyment to what we thought would be a long drawn out process. We had every intention of staying at the park from open to close but we managed to sacrifice a day at the park to simply enjoy the property. My family and friends were amazed at how comfortable every aspect of the property was from sleeping to the many amenities. Absolutely NOTHING went wrong regarding the property and I hope future guests are as lucky. Mrs. Laura and her team were ready to accommodate at any given moment had we needed it and that added to the overall experience! What a way to bring in my wife's birthday! I highly recommend this property or the others they offer. You won't regret it.

A Nana with four 22 yr old college grads enjoyed our stay. Loved the home, great layout. Very comfortable, clean, convenient to Disney Parks, shopping, 192 restaurants. We enjoyed the pool very much, lots of room. A beautiful and quiet neighborhood tucked out of the busy traffic, but close to everything. Our host could not be more responsive. Very pleased with our 10 day stay at "Livin the Dream"! We were 11, ranging from 30 months to 72 years. The house worked great for all. Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodated all & ready access for all to bathrooms. We found it to be a very well-equipped from kitchen, to pool to bedrooms & bathrooms– everything needed to settle in & enjoy the stay. Special note regarding all the baby/toddler equipment onsite which was clean, in good repair& saved transporting our own or renting. Our 5 grandsons (30 months to 9 years) loved the games room. They were either there or in the pool – they weren’t hard to keep track of! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood away from the busyness of Kissimmee, yet a location easy for getting to Disney parks & close to grocery stores & restaurants. Unfortunately weather& schedule limited time at the clubhouse & community areas but they're nicely equipped& very popular. A special shout-out to Laura the host who was exceptional to deal with & definitely among the best- if not the best- ever encountered. Highly responsive to inquiries we made of her, proactively reached out with information/suggestions/support. When things went awry on our end, was quick to provide solutions & help. I believe the truest test in assessing a property is would I recommend it to family and friends if they were visiting that locale. I have no qualms in recommending this house to anyone looking for a large, comfortable, well-equipped vacation home in Kissimmee

Laura was absolutely wonderful! Her communication is unmatched. We always had updates and she even checked in to report about a change in the weather for our stay. You can’t beat that level of attention! We have rented many houses before in the area but this one we will 100% be coming back to. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our party of 10. Everything was fresh, clean and tastefully decorated (something hard to find in most of rental homes) We stayed at Windsor palms resort across the road last year and it was nice but Windsor hills has a lot more to offer while also being family friendly and quiet. Thank you Laura & Fred for such an amazing experience you are super hosts for sure!

Nothing short of an amazing, relaxing and cozy home with all the needs. My family of 10 adults loved this home and rarely left. We used the pool and kitchen and game room mostly and had the most fun. Comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms, was just a great stay. Top notch communication with Laura before during and after the trip. Amazing host. We will def book again with you.

We have stayed in this neighborhood before because we like the convenience to Disney. What a great place to come back to after a long day park hopping. Stop looking & stay here!!! We loved our stay. The house is super clean & in a gated community. It is a short 15 min drive to Disney. We were able to use the pool (heated) & hot tub in February. My kids loved the kids themed bedding & the game room. Owner is fantastic & super quick to respond to any emails.

This was an amazing home to stay in! Our family visited Disney World the week of Thanksgiving and this home provided us with everything we needed to complete our trip. The amenities in the resort were amazing and out hosts ensured we had everything we needed to feel at home. We traveled with 3 little ones and this home had all we needed for our little ones to be comfortable and had all the necessary items children require for travel. Our hosts were spot on when it came to communicating with us and we’re available whenever we had any questions. We plan to stay with them again for any future vacations our family plans! My little ones especially enjoyed the bedding we got to choose for them. I highly recommend this home for anyones vacations. What a dream home! The perfect location. First time ever booking a home to stay at for a Disney/SeaWorld vacation. Very clean! House was very welcoming nice and updated decor. It was nice to not live out of luggage while on vacation. So much space! Game room and pool was perfect for nights after the parks. Laura was a wonderful host, and very responsive! I would definitely recommend and will stay again when in the area. Beats hotel stay by far! Thanks for everything!

We had a full house on our recent trip but it still felt like plenty of room! We loved the two levels and how the rooms were big enough for multiple people. We didn’t feel cramped at all. The game room was such a wonderful feature for the kids and the pool in the back yard was used constantly! Working with Laura was super easy and a blessing! She was super responsive when we had an issue with the washer early in our week but it was resolved immediately. We would definitely stay In this home again or in another of her properties!

This was our first time staying in the area and everything was as described. The home was perfect for our large family and the kids really enjoyed having the pool. “My family and I have rented a few houses in the Kissimmee/Orlando area and Laura’s home was BY FAR the best we have stayed at. So many thoughtful touches, plenty of towels (bathing and pool), and even a welcome basket with snacks. The beds we comfy and unlike many houses the sheets were soft and not overly starched. There were two issues that happened with the house (not by any fault of the host) during our week long stay and Laura’s response and action to fix them were surprisingly quick. We will definitely be choosing one of Laura’s homes again the next time we visit.”

This is a great house! We were here from Thursday- Sunday and never even left the house during our stay. The Pool deck is great and you have everything possible to have a very comfortable stay! The kitchen has everything you need to cook. The complex is great with lots of greenery and Laura is very quick at responding and always helpful! We really had a great time! Highly recommend it.

OMG... OMG.. I can’t say how AMAZING this place is! It’s better than the pictures! You have every dish/utensils you can want for.. including a pizza cutter ❤️ Enough dishes for a small army. Rooms are clean and have TVs. Pool and hot tub are WELL taken care of and have pool toys as well. If you are reading this review.. PUSH THE BUTTON AND BOOK THIS PLACE! I promise you will not be disappointed! Check in process was seamless and we even had a snack basket waiting. My family will be booking again!

My family had a lovely experience with Laura and this rental. The home was perfectly situated for what was to be a great family Disney vacation. Unfortunately the Covid pandemic put an end to Disney plans however the rental was perfect. It was spotlessly clean upon arrival, had all the amenities of home and full sunshine in the lovely back yard all day. While our trip may not have gone as planned the property owner kept up open communication throughout and went above and beyond to make sure she was available if we needed anything. This home was beautiful! We had a wonderful time the area is great and the house is wonderful plenty of room for everyone and the pool was amazing as well. “I can’t say enough great things about this host and villa! From the beautiful, clean and well decorated villa, to the small details throughout the home. There was a basket of snacks to welcome us on arrival, which after a long drive with hungry kids, was a life saver as we unpacked. The villa has ample pots, pans, utensils and small appliances to allow for eating in. The game room was a big hit after a long day at the parks. Laura is very fast to respond with any issues/requests. We loved our stay here and plan to return again.”

If you are looking for the perfect off Disney property to stay, look no further! Laura’s house is amazing! From the bedrooms, to the Disney bedding, to the games room, to the community water park , we had no problem finding something to do. We were literally 13 minutes from Magic Kingdom and spent a day at the community pool/water park. We even had space left over in the house to fit more people! I highly recommend this house as the perfect Disney escape!

We want to relay what an amazing experience we had with renting “Livin the Dream” at Windsor Hills from Laura and Fred Jury for our extended family trip. Laura assisted us through the booking process and was more than helpful providing tips and suggestions leading up to the check in date including offering an early check in as no guests were at the house on the day of our arrival. The custom electronic guide book and the information / instruction binder were very helpful as was the welcome basket for those that remained at the house while we went and picked up our supplies for the week at the Walmart a couple minutes away.
The first impression of the house was terrific as the cleaning staff had left it absolutely spotless and the pictures online were accurate or even understated. The house is equipped with everything we needed including a large refrigerator and an excellent barbecue. The beds are all comfortable and we were even able to pick from a few selections for the kids bedding. The pool heat was perfect and the outdoor area was more than comfortable for our group. The location is perfect for Disney or Universal and the resort pool and slides are great for a day of relaxing away from the parks. The security is great and we all felt at ease walking through the Windsor Hills area. All in all this is truly a 5 Star spot to stay and will be our first inquiry on our next trip to the area and one we would not hesitate to highly recommend to family and friends.

Whoa! This place is amazing! My girlfriend and I were traveling with our 2 medium sized dogs. This place has it all! The place feels like a home, and everything has been thought of. Laura is lightning fast to answer any questions, and wanted to ensure that we had a 5 star stay. The hot tub, pool, game room, and comfy couches were highlights for us. Our dogs were very comfortable right away, and there is a huge lot across the street to walk them. We only used one room, but all rooms looked well appointed and comfy. We liked it so much, we may be buying a house in the same community. It’s safe, quiet, close to everything and has great public areas to check out. Thanks again for a great stay!

"I have stayed in hotels, motels, resorts, houses, and with family on vacation and for work. This time I chose to take my staff to Orlando for the Annual PGA Merchandise Show. Let me tell you, finding a place to stay for 6 people for a week is not easy. This is where “Living the Dream” comes in...
This house/home is perfect! Laura has done something special here. Every room has the amenities of a 5 star resort, but feels like home. I personally enjoyed how each room is spaced apart, so there is no noise coming from any other room. The house is very nicely decorated and not overdone. This really makes you feel like this is your home for the week. The bathrooms are elegant and huge with more than plenty of towels. The game room has a pool table, air hockey and video games. Really brought the kid out in me again!
I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during my trip. I can’t wait to go back. Why even bother looking for somewhere else. This is it for me! Thank you to our host Laura! She was always one phone call or text away. It almost felt like she lived next door. We had an amazing time!"

“Laura’s place was an absolute DREAM. If you are planning a Disney vacation, this place is a MUST. This is not my first Airbnb rodeo, but this has by far been one of the best. Laura was incredibly accommodating, GREAT communicator, and truly one of the most professional hosts I’ve experienced.
The home is beautiful, spacious, very clean and only 10mins from Disney. There is a screened in PRIVATE pool that alarms when you open the door w/out pressing an alert button. This alerts adults if small children have gone out by the pool w/out supervision. We didn’t have kiddos with us, but when I told my sister this feature (she has 3 small children) she added it to her stay list of Orlando. We’re already looking to book this for our next family reunion.
The game room is an amazing addition. We stayed for my friends bachelorette and Laura was sweet enough to add chick flick movies.
The neighborhood is exceptionally safe, with the only downside being that security takes their job a little too seriously. Laura was prompt in making quick adjustments if they gave us any trouble, supplying vouchers, etc, and I was amazed at her attentiveness. We used uber/Lyft to get around, but I’d imagine having your own car would make things a little easier. However, using Lyft was a cheaper option then renting a car and very doable! The place is close the parks and stores, it ended up saving us a lot more money than paying for parking at Disney. I wouldn’t have done it any other way.
That being said, every single one of our party was blown away by this place and truly felt it deserves an incredible review. We were bummed we couldn’t take our host out to dinner to say thank you! It was hard for us to leave, but hope to return here for our next Orlando trip."
