A Date With Disney

 Excellent Stay As repeat renters of the Date With Disney, we again found the townhouse to be a perfect place to stay in Windsor Hills. The townhouse was again very clean and all appliances, although seemingly the original ones, worked very well. We found the splash pool heated to an excellent temperature and with its south- east exposure gets lots of daily sun. The 3 bedrooms provided lots of room when the grandkids were there as well. The owner , Gary, responds to all questions and concerns very quickly and makes the renting process very easy. The kitchen is large and has all you need for cooking.The complex itself is very nice with a large pool and water slide area. I would certainly recommend this townhouse to anyone and look forward to again renting it sometime in the future.

  Loved everything about our stay. Townhouse was clean, plenty of clean towels. Pool was perfect. Gary was prompt with communicating and responding. Not a single complaint. Would highly recommend and would stay again!

 Excellent stay We spent 8 days at this property with our two kids, and had a great stay. Gary was great with communication right from the get go and answered any questions I had, promptly. The house was clean and well taken care of with everything we needed. Being an end unit, you get a bit of extra sun in the pool which was great. The pool was heated and a nice temperature. Beds were comfy, and the kids loved the Disney bedding on the bunk. Close distance to the Disney parks, we were able to come back for lunch and a break easily. Overall I would stay here again and have already recommended it to others!

 Excellent location! A superb townhouse within the Windsor Hills complex. A very short distance to all the Disney parks and a great selection of restaurants and supermarkets close by. The private pool and end location of this townhouse make it a perfect place to stay for families or couples. The private pool is larger Than some others that I have stayed at. In addition the main pool and children’s water park on-site provide a relaxing place when not visiting the parks and local area. All round an excellent townhouse. The hosts are very attentive and kept me informed of everting that I needed to know about my stay! I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Plenty of bedding and towels available for guests to use.

 Wonderful stay! Our stay at Date with Disney met our needs in every way. First of all the communication with the owner, Gary, was excellent. He responded to my many questions very promptly, usually within the day. Instructions for entry to the unit as well as Windsor Hills were sent in lots of time and were easy to follow. He was even able to accommodate an early check in time on short notice. The unit itself was in a perfect location, about a 3 minute walk from the main pool and as an end unit got the sun on the pool almost all day . The splash pool is heated and was at a lovely 86 F. There are 2 safety guards to the pool as well so you don’t have to worry about little ones .The unit was very clean and had all the kitchen utensils, plates, glasses needed for our group of 6. All the appliances work very well.The three bedrooms, including one on main floor, allow for lots of room for everyone and allows those with mobility issues to avoid having to use the stairs.The unit is decorated traditionally and has tvs in every bedroom as well as in the living room which all worked well. There are other electronics available for use as well. Windsor Hills itself is very close to Disney as well as many restaurants and a Walmart. The main heated pool is large although it does get rather busy in the afternoon. Windsor Hills also has a nice water park, tennis and basketball courts, fitness centre and arcade so has lots to do for everyone. I certainly recommend Date with Disney to anyone looking for a great vacation spot.

 Great space for a family stay. A great price for 3 bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom, plus a kitchen and gathering spot for everyone. This made our 6 travellers, ages 17 to “much older”, very happy! The little plunge pool would have gotten more use had the weather been more co-operative, but a couple of us still managed to get in. This townhouse was well-cleaned, and best of all, it was not loaded with air fresheners and other artificial scents that are you wonder what they are training to cover up. Plus, scent-sensitivity runs strong in our family so we were most impressed to walk in and smell NOTHING! A truly clean house does not need to be scented and this place met that criteria. We had everything necessary - and more - that our limited cooking required and all appliances were in good working order. The location was convenient, too, just a short walk to the clubhouse and resort pool. Windsor Hills continues to be our resort of choice, the maintenance standards are high and we have a great sense of security inside the community. The homeowner was absolutely lovely to deal with throughout our planning process.

 Home away from home! What a wonderful find. Communication to owner has been quick and friendly. Villa was beautiful inside and out, we felt like we were coming home every evening instead of staying in rented accommodation. We would highly recommend and can't wait to visit again soon.

 We loved staying here! We didn't really stay in much since our trip was full of activities, but when we were there everything was great. The place was clean and cozy and the pool is a great addition to the place. If the pool isn't fun enough for your little ones you can wasily head to the pool in the community center, it has slides! The check in process was easy and feels extra safe since it is a gated community. it was also withing 30 minutes of Universal Studios, Disney, and Silver Spurs Arena. There was a plethora or restaurants to choose from, all within 10 minutes and a Walmart just down the street. Honestly, we couldn't have been happier with this place. Value, location, cleanliness, safety...everything I can think off was just perfect. If I ever need or want to come back to Kissimmee Gary's place will be my 1st option!

 The condo provides great space needed for family visits. The location perfect for a 5 minute to resort pool. Particularly nice is the pad within steps the front door making it easy to unload suitcases and groceries. Because the unit is an end unit, there a nice side yard ladder ball or corn hole

 Kids loved the pool! Definitely pay the extra for pool heat, it was well worth it. The place could use a little updating, and I wish some of the basics like coffee filters, salt/pepper, and dish soap had been provided. However, overall, I enjoyed staying here and would definitely do so again. Thanks!

 Townhouse is in a great location for Disney visits especially for animal kingdom. Included pool heat was a nice touch. We don’t pay extra for it usually but it was nice to be able to go for a quick swim. Can’t beat the value as it was cheaper than a hotel and had 3 bedrooms. This unit is located very close to neighborhood gate so quick to get in and out.

 This house was great. We stayed here while we attended a cheerleading competition at Disney World. I would recommend renting a car as the uber's start to add up. All utensils, bowls, cookware, etc was provided. There is a Walmart about a mile down the road. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall we had a great experience and will seek out this house when we return next year. Loved the house and value. We come to Disney World for cheerleading every May and will definitely try to get this same house again.

 Situated in the Gated Community of Windsor Hills, you cannot ask for a safer more convenient location to stay. The Swimming pool was warm and enjoyable, and would suit a family with kids who like a dip and a splash after a day out at the theme parks. The Air Conditioning or heating worked well, very necessary at Christmas when the temperature can vary from cold to hot on a day to day basis. The Master bedroom and bedroom downstairs were good with good quality mattresses. The Kitchen was equipped with a Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, microwave and Oven/Hob, all worked fine. Although adequate, a few extra utensils would be useful for those families who do a lot of cooking. The TV was fine, and the Internet was excellent, very important when you have Kids with you. The washing machine and Tumble Drier worked ok. Value for money I considered good, cheaper than other similar size properties. I would recommend this property for families on a budget, its safe, convenient and a good size.

 This property was perfect for our stay. The home is spacious and has all the amenities you would need and/or want. The private pool is great for afternoon swims when you don't want to go to the larger pool (which is also great and a short walk away). And the best part is how ideally located the house is to everything - there is a Walmart a couple of minutes away for groceries and anything else you might need and you are very close to all the Disney parks and other Florida attractions. Gary was wonderful to deal with - communications was always excellent and he was quick to answer any questions I had. I would highly recommend this property without hesitation and we look forward to staying here again when we return for future vacations. Private note Thank you for a wonderful stay at your home Gary.  Estuvimos con mi familia durante 13 noches. El barrio es muy cercano a los parques de Disney, y tiene un Walmart a pocos kilometros. La seguridad del barrio es excelente. Si bien aprovechamos muy poco las instalaciones, la piscina es muy buena, y tiene toboganes de agua nuevos. La casa cumple con lo indicado en el anuncio. Buena limpieza en toda la casa. Cocina completa con todos los artefactos funcionando. Habitaciones amplias. Baños completos. Estacionamiento en la puerta de la casa. Entrada con clave electrónica. Gary utiliza un servicio de coordinación por una inmobiliaria, recomiendo realizar el check-on online, llenando un formulario junto con la tarjeta de crédito de garantía, para no tener que asistir personalmente a la inmobiliaria. Gary, thanks for all. Everything was as we expected!

 Great location! All Disney parks are just 10 min. away.. House was clean with 3 nice sized bedrooms.. Kitchen comes with all utensils! We liked the pool, but didn't use it as most of our time was spent in Disney parks. Overall, very nice house and I'd rent again when we visit Orlando next time!

 The property was as pictured/advertised. Close to Disney and other area attractions and in a great community with a pool and slide that the kids really enjoyed. The townhouse itself was comfortable and clean and the owner made sure we were able to start our vacation with no issues.

 This was one of the best stays we've had in a really long time. Everything was perfect and easy. The booking of the property, the communication with Gary, the late check in, all of the instructions, the management team, the property, etc, everything was great. There was only one little minor issue, which was the first morning we didn't have hot water, but we went to the management team before going out to the parks and when we got back it was solved and it was perfect. The only reason I mention this, is because things happen, and there are so many people that love to complain about everything and make big deals about minor things. These things happen and they are normal. It's the way that management handled it, they were quick and efficient, and problem solved. That's what they are there for, to help out. This community is amazing and close to everything, including the parks. Thank you so much Gary for allowing us to stay at your property. We will definitely come back and stay at your property.
