A newly built Wal-Mart is within 3min by car from Windsor Hills main entrance with the Disney Parks only a 10min drive.

There are 34inch wall mounted SMART TV's in all bedrooms, a living area with a wall mounted 55 inch SAMSUNG SMART TV. This is a self catering unit with a fully equipped kitchen and baby equipment.

There is a new wine/bakery at Formosa 1.0 mile from Windsor Hills. This is ideal for browsing for gifts, wine & beer tasting and lunch, this truly is a lovely unique venue and worth a visit.

TAX OF 13.5% WILL BE ADDED TO BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY 60 DAYS OR MORE 50% OF DEPOSIT, LESS THAN 60 DAYS TO 14 DAYS 50% OF RENTAL AMOUNT, LESS THAN 14 DAYS 75% OF RENTAL AMOUNT. ALL CANCELLATIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A $40 ADMIN FEE. IT IS RECOMMENDED FOR GUESTS TO HAVE TRAVEL INSURANCE IN PLACE TO COVER ANY UNEXPECTED CANCELLATIONS.

 ☆☆☆☆☆ We stayed at Windsor Hills for 2 weeks on our recent trip to Florida and had an amazing time. The condo was absolutely fantastic, it was spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you could ever need. There is a booklet within the condo which contains useful information which is very handy to have. The pool and splash park were fantastic as was the community area which hosted activities for the kids if you choose to spend a day by the pool. The location was ideal, with Walmart and other amenities close by and only a short drive to the Disney Parks. The owners of our condo were very attentive and helpful. We had an issue with the AC which they arranged to have it fixed quickly. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Karen Gray.

  5 STAR REVIEW This is the fourth year in a row my husband and I have stayed in Anne and Andrew’s wonderful condo. We love the décor, enjoy the mornings and evenings on the lanai and love the beautiful kitchen. The view of the pool is fabulous. The sunset views from the lanai are spectacular. Pineapple Vacations, the management company does a great job, this condo is spotless every time we arrive. Windsor Hills is about as close to the Disney Parks as you can get if not staying on the Disney property. It is a convenient 10-15 minute drive to the parks. The Windsor Hills property is the most well kept and clean resort we have ever experienced. They take great pride in the landscaping, cleanliness and upkeep of the community. It is a joy to walk around the resort. We always feel very secure - Windsor Hills takes safety very seriously. You can’t go wrong booking this excellent condo.
