Totally Renovated Beautiful Home-Great Game Room

 We had 3 couples, another adult, 6 year old, 4 year old, and 1 year old. There was plenty of room and more! Every room was perfect. The pool and hot tub we’re great. The kids enjoyed our days at the house more than some of our Disney days.

 Jonathan and Kristen’s home was absolutely beautiful!! The gated community, amenities, space and distance to all the parks were more than we could ever ask for. The house was immaculately kept and stocked for a family to feel comfortable and at home. The home is modern/new and updated to look like a catalog home. The house includes the necessary kitchen appliances, highchair, washer and dryer which made the stay much more convenient. We wish we were there long enough to enjoy the community pool that looks like a resort style pool! The number of bathrooms and bedrooms were perfect for the family to feel comfortable and have their own space. Our 3-year-old son is still asking us to go visit the Florida home and that he misses it. The game room, heated pool and jacuzzi were excellent amenities for entertainment! We would 100 percent return in the future and would recommend this home to anyone who wants a luxurious and spacious home for vacation in the Orlando area.

 The house was spacious and clean. There was more than enough room for 11 of us. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The game room and pool was a great hit with the kids. The drive to the Disney theme parks was about 10 minutes. The only downside was that we had to pay extra to heat the pool ($30/day).

 Great location, incredible amenities and so much space! We loved our stay here and would gladly do it again. Everybody enjoyed the water park and the pool/game room at the house and the drive to the parks was quick and easy.

 My family of 14 people stayed at Emerald One for 9 days. This property was very clean. Well decorated. The pool and hot tub were warm and my kids had a great time. Grandkids had a great time in the game room as well. It was our home away from home. I would definitely recommend this home for a great family vacation.

 I have never been more excited when I walked into this home and saw how beautiful and clean, and the way it was decorated just made you feel special. Anyone looking for a place to stay MUST stay here. It is a one of a kind home, minutes from Disney World, has a guard gate. Best place I have ever stayed in my 50 years!!!

 Our family had a great time at the house. It was perfect for what we needed - lots of space, a heated pool, TVs and games, washer/dryer. The kids loved the game room and Mickey Mouse bedroom. We were pleased that the house was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the backyard pool and community pool. Even with traffic, it was a relatively short drive to Disney World. Definitely would stay again

 Property was beautiful and way more space than we needed but we wanted the privacy of the pool and it did not disappoint. Location was great and close to the parks along with essentials. The only thing I would suggest if you are traveling with little ones is maybe bring a gate for the stairs which I had not thought of.

 It’s a large gated community. Property was perfect size. It was clean and had all of our starter items. Kids loved the pool. Heated pool = hot tub. If you want the hot tub then you have to pay extra. We did fine without the hot tub. More than enough room. It was my husband and I and our 4 kids (16, 14, 9, 5). It’s about 20 minutes or so drive to Universal depending on traffic. It’s in a high tourist area, so lots of traffic. There are all kinds of shops and places to eat nearby. There is a Walmart 2 minutes away, but it was ridiculously crowded. We went further down to a Publix for a more peaceful Shopping experience. Very nice place. Felt Nice and homey. Would definitely stay again!

 This property was perfect for us. My husband and I have 5 kids and there was plenty of space. Beautiful house with tasteful decor. Great neighborhood. Good amenities. The property owner has great communication. We had zero complaints and would definitely stay again. I'd highly recommend to other families or groups!

 This was a great property for our family to be close to the theme parks. My kids loved the game room and the pool! They also enjoyed the themed bedrooms - especially the Mickey room. The property was also super clean!

 What a wonderful house here! I’ve stayed at many vrbo/Airbnb properties (pre-COVID) and this one is near the top of my favorites. I’m used to seeing a place used hard by guests (scuffs, dents, damage, etc.) but this one had minimal to no damage anywhere. It held 11 of us comfortably with all the king beds and we didn’t have any problems that required contact with management. We all had a blast and thank you for letting us borrow your place!

 We stayed for 3 nights with a big group for a Disney trip. The house was BEAUTIFUL!! Looks just like the pictures. It was only a 10 minute drive to the Disney parks! Jonathan answered some questions we had right away and solved the issue. We would definitely stay again!

 The house was beautiful! The host was very attentive and friendly. Everything in the house was SUPER clean which I loved. My only problem was the pool lighting. No lights inside the pool and the hot tub didn’t work :( other than that it was a great stay !

 We really enjoyed our time at this vacation home. Everything was clean and well maintained. The location is great with lots of privacy. The property managers are super nice and friendly. We asked about if the house had a kettle and it didn’t so they asked the home owner if they could purchase one for the home. The next day they came by the house with a new kettle and a blender as well. Exceptional service. The house is beautifully decorated with a very modern look and feel. We would definitely come back to this house. The resort is also very nice with lots to do.

 You'll love this house! Clean, modern, very conveniently located, close to Wal Mart and all businesses on Route 192, and 15 minutes from most of the theme parks. House is ideally set up for family fun with the pool and game room. Beds were very comfortable and bedrooms were all stylishly decorated. We would definitely return!
