 The villa was absolutely lovely and perfect for our family stay. The location is brilliant with Disney only being a few minutes drive away via Sherberth Road. There are numerous shops and restaurants all on the doorstep.

 Natasha was a wonderful host. She was accommodating and quick with her responses. The home met all of our needs and then some. Our only concern was with whoever is responsible for cleaning between tenants. It seemed as though they rushed through the cleaning process and missed a few things. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would return.

 Our family of 9 stayed here for our Disney vacation. We had a combination of children ranging from ages 2 to 8 and five adults. The house was clean, the owner was responsive and check-in was easy. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

 We had a great time staying here.The house was clean, fully equipped and even had some everyday items such as soap and trash bags available to use. The owner was super easy to contact and had a fast response. The heat for the spa included in price was great! We all really enjoyed the pool and the water park. Super close to Disney and Walmart.

 A very clean villa where reality matched the pictures. The owner was very attentive to requests, for example changing the air con within minutes of the request. We also requested a later checkout which was facilitated quickly for us. A great stay and we would return.

 The property was in a great location and close to all attractions we intended to visit. The home is spacious. The first night was warm as the temperature was set higher then I was wanting but it was corrected the following morning by the home owner. Thank you for the extra items left in the house. The garage is warm no ac or fans to use when playing pool but manageable if you open garage door. There are a few community rules that are different then vrbo homes I have rented in past but understandable due to the homeowners and home rentals in the area. I want to thank you for the use of your home. Owner's response: Thanks Mike, you're very welcome and I'm so pleased you enjoyed your stay. You are right, we do have a strict HOA, which includes quiet hours after 11pm, gated guard controlled access to the community and for both of which I am also very grateful as it helps to keep our community family friendly.

 Wonderful property and owner. The owner's attention to detail and communication was exceptional. We knew exactly what to expect and had no trouble getting in touch with any question we had. When we arrived, the house was extremely clean and had everything that the owner said it would have. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and the appliances are excellent quality. There were also many extras like a full-size crib for our toddler, a high-quality stroller, toys, books, games, and movies. It really showed that this a home the owner also uses for vacation. We have stayed multiple times in Windsor Hills resort, and this house and owner were definitely our favorite. Highly recommend.

 We went to Disney with friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. This house was in a really nice neighborhood super close to all the parks. There were 5 great bedrooms upstairs with 3 bathrooms, and one queen bedroom downstairs with a full bath. Two huge living areas with TVs, and a lovely pool and in ground hot tub. The house was SUPER clean (we are a group of nurses so we have high standards for that) with comfy beds and accommodations throughout. We did have some trouble figuring out the cable tv (turned out the remotes got mixed up around the house by the previous guests somehow) but the owner and the in town management service was SO responsive and helpful! Despite living in London, (5 hours ahead) the owner responded very quickly and the maintenance team was very easy to work with. They fixed our tv issues without disrupting our vacation plans in the slightest. The checkout process was also very easy. Just a few minor things to do, not a page long checklist like some rentals. The ONLY drawback to this house is that it’s in a very strictly gated community. That’s great for security, but it can be really hard to get an Uber should you need one. Overall we would 💯 stay here again. The house was beautiful, had a great pool (there is also a community pool with water slides etc) and the owner and maintenance staff are top notch! We are very picky, and we would highly recommend this property. Thanks Natasha! Owner's response: Thank you for the wonderful review it is truly appreciated. We have now labeled each remote control and each TV to make it easier for guests to use. The resort gate house has implemented a new system to process Ubers, but it is best to tell them to use the gatehouse in the notes field otherwise they try to enter the resort through the back gate which isn't permitted.

 Property is just as described in the listing. The first word that comes to mind at describing this home is spacious. We enjoyed the separation of rooms. The two master bedrooms with attached bathrooms were awesome. The shear size of the rooms was perfect for our family. The pool was a hot spot even on cool nights. The hot tub did take roughly 40 minutes to heat up but it was worth the wait. The kitchen appliances were upgraded and in great working condition. The added bonus of baby supplies such as cribs, highchair, toys and other equipment was perfect for our families needs. The game room was also fun to use. The valet trash was exceptional. Who gets trash pick up from your front porch everyday (except Wednesdays)? Tv's in every room was great, it was difficult to determine which remote controlled what but it was manageable when we did use it. Overall the perfect house for large families and families with kids. We will definitely consider this home for our next trip to Orland and you should too.

 My Husband and I stayed with our 2 children, as well 2 adult family members. (4 adults, 2 kids). It was perfect for our family, - everyone had their own privacy (bedroom, and bathroom). It wasn’t tight by any means with this many people. The Xbox and Wii in each of the children’s bedrooms were a bonus. The games room was excellent to have on our days that we didn’t have any parks to visit. After visiting the parks, the spa was a nice treat to relax in. We highly recommend this place to anyone with children. The gated entry made everyone feel safe, and the location is quiet and yet relatively close to many attractions. The owner was extremely accommodating and a pleasure to communicate with.

 Our stay was as close to perfect as you can get. We spent New Years week here and had a great time. The house was perfect for us. It has lots of space for everyone. After a long, crazy day at Disneyworld, we were happy to have such a nice retreat to unwind. I definitely recommend renting with Natasha. She was wonderful and always available for my questions and concerns.

 Stayed in this lovely villa at the end of May for 10 days. Modern, clean and well positioned. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Modern, comfortable living areas with good choice of TV channels. My 8 year old boys loved the games room with pool table! Pool area is great with sun all day long, water temperature was nice as weather was so good when we were there. Lots of information inside the house regarding the house itself and all the parks etc. Lots of games and books too which was nice. Bedrooms all very nice with comfortable beds, again my boys loved the game consoles in a few of the bedrooms. Owner was great to deal with, very prompt and gave us lots of information about the area prior to our visit. Windsor Hills is a lovely resort, the communal pool is fantastic for the children with a large pool and water park which is wonderful. 5 mins to Disney, Walmart just down the road along with lots of restaurants etc. Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely villa to anyone! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!

 Our stay was wonderful ! My husband and I and our 2 kids ages 5&2 stayed with another couple and their son age2. The house was perfect !! The house was spotless when we arrived. Beds and sheets are so comfortable. The crib was so handy! And there are a few Toys which was nice ! The kitchen is so well equipped I was very impressed, from a Mickey appetizer bowl to a kitchen aid mixer it has anything you need! The back yard is nice and private and gets sun all day long. We added the pool heat which made it so comfortable for our end of April stay. Very close to Disney even with traffic one evening to Disney springs didn’t take long at all. I would definitely book this house again! Natasha was great to deal with she responded to any questions very quickly.

 Thanks so much for the wonderful home. Beautiful decor, great location (less than 5 minutes to Disney, ~15 min to Universal). Well stocked. Plenty of space. Responsive and friendly owners. We couldn’t figure out the spa/hot tub and the owner helped us through it with patience. Would love to visit again next time we’re in Orlando!

 Just back from another enjoyable stay at Windsor Hills Retreat. The villa was the same as last time, beautifully presented and with the lovely heated (payable extra) pool just makes the perfect base for exploring Orlando & further a field. We love the christmas decorations up too as feels like home from home then. Dealing with Natasha is always a pleasure. We are just looking at times we can go back and enjoy it yet again. Highly recommend!
