The pool and spa are private and can be heated (extra charges apply for the heating). The deck also offers a covered lanai for shade and dining. There is a child safety fence for the safety of your little ones. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans and utensils, with a spacious sitting breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and glass top range.
The dining room is tastefully decorated with 8 persons sitting comfortably. There are two lounges, giving you so much space to enjoy your time off with your family and friends.

And if you want some game time, this property has it all with a top-notch game room (air hockey, pool table, arcade games).

In terms of bedrooms, there is one queen sized bedroom on the first floor with an adjacent bathroom. It is perfect for guests with baby/toddler or for those that prefer not to deal with stairs. Five fabulous bedrooms are located on the second floor: two master bedrooms with their own luxurious bathrooms, cottage style king bedrooms, the Disney Frozen theme room (2 twin beds), and the Star Wars theme room (2 twin beds).

By law, if you do not respect this rule, the owners of the property or the property managers (Horizon) will have all rights to evict you without any right for compensation. And you would put yourself at risk of being reported to the police at any time by neighbors or the HOA. We ask you to not have any visitor during your stay. Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property. As per HOA rules, 3 cars are allowed to enter the community and each driver will need to be registered at the gate to get granted access during your stay.

Windsor Hills is a premium gated subdivision. It is located only 2 miles from Walt Disney World. You will get complimentary access to the clubhouse amenities: Gym, game room, mini water park... there is even an onsite marketplace. The property is located 5-10 min walk from the Clubhouse.
