 Family Vacation for first time Disney World visits Loved the layout and location of the villa. The layout allowed for families to have private time as well as areas to gather as a group. The location was very convenient to getting to the parks within a very short commute, as well as being conveniently located to food and shopping as needed. The hosts were extremely pleasant to work with, including going above and beyond to help locate a treasured stuffed friend my grandson left behind accidentally. Communication throughout the rental process was timely and thorough.

 We stayed in this beautiful family villa for over 3 weeks. From start to finish the villa was fantastic. Great communication with the owners through booking process and during our stay. Really well presented, clean, spacious and fully equipped. The views from the pool are amazing with memorable sun sets. I would highly recommend this villa for a family vacation

 We could not have been more pleased. Communication was awesome. The house is exactly as described. Everything was absolutely perfect for our group. Each bedroom had its own bath! We highly recommend this property....you will not be disappointed!

 Magical Mickey Villa is a great home. It is very welcoming, spacious and comfortable. It has all the amenities of home. Having three bedrooms with large beds and two bedrooms with twin beds was definitely a plus. Our grandkids also enjoyed the game room and spent a fair amount if time in the evenings in there.We had our full family and grandkids with us so we did the full range of Disney activities. Magical Mickey Villa is a great location for that as trips to and from were short and easy.I would highly recommend Magical Mickey Villa and our family will definitely stay there again if we’re in the Orlando area. The owners, Judy and Greg, were great to work with.

 One of the best view you could have in this nice community! The house is very close to all the parks and the waterpark in the community is very nice if you have young kids. We enjoyed the house and the kids loved the playroom in the garage. We are highly recommend this house if you want to enjoy your stay in Orlando.

 Wow!! This house is amazing! The pictures online are nice, but it so much more beautiful in person. Very, very, very spacious! Beautiful and very very clean! Nice and friendly neighborhoods to take your morning walks! Only issue I had was checking in but the host contacted me immediately when she noticed we were having problems and made sure we got in right away! Again, the house is AMAZING

 House was just as we imagined and better. She responded quickly and took care of us immediately. Our spa jets wasn’t working and had someone out immediately to get them working! Check in was pretty easy once we got registered onto resort. Location was great a well. Took us about 20 mins to universal. Less than 10 mins to Disney. Would definitely return!

 Very nice home, the picture does no justice. It was big, clean and roomy enough for 10 family members to stay comfortable. It was central to all the parks and activities. Amazing location! Myself and family can't wait for our next stay!

 We booked this home to spend time with family, and we were so impressed with how clean and comfortable it was. The home is well appointed with everything we could need, and is really beautiful! We spent a large part of our time at the hot tub and pool deck, using the BBQ to make meals together and enjoy on the pool deck together. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful home and I wouldn't hesitate to book it again - fabulous!

 The property was the best Windsor hills house we have rented, it is furnished to an extremely high standard and well equipped with everything you need. The view from the pool and terrace is lovely and it is so peaceful. I would definitely book again. No negatives at all with this property, fantastic location for the parks. The management company are very good as well

 We have just returned home having spent two weeks at this Villa. We have been holidaying in Florida for over 30 years and have stayed in many places over the years, this villa is without doubt the nicest villa we have rented. We would highly recommend this villa to anyone thinking of renting it. This spacious villa was spotlessly clean inside, decor and furnishings are to a good high standard. The owners have catered for everything, pool toys, pool towels. Plenty of clean towels inside the villa, large commercial washing machine and drier, which was of great use. Plenty of cooking equipment and utensils for home cooking. Lots of plastic sealable containers for taking snacks out to theme parks etc. TV.s in all rooms with cable with over 1000 channels. The photos on the website do not really do this property justice. Most bedrooms have en-suites with large showers, there is also bath tubs. If you are considering renting you only need to take food and clothes, everything else has been taken care of and provided by the owners, ie hairdryers, iron, dvd's, cots etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the villa, which has a great view from the pool deck and look forward to renting this villa again in the future. The villa is booked and managed by Citrus Grove Villas based in Kissimmee. We found them to be extremely helpful and had good communication with them throughout.

 We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful villa. Citrus Grove Villas provides great information before our trip and on arrival at the villa. It’s location is great for all the theme parks, airport and restaurants. It had a very high standard of decoration and was very well equipped, lots of it brand new. The view from the pool is over a small wetland area with wildlife, which is lovely. We had a small problem with the pool temp one day which CGV sorted immediately. We would not hesitate to book this villa again.
