Southwest facing pool for the sun worshipper!

 The best stay! The property was so close to Disney and made for an easy drive to the parks! My kids absolutely loved swimming in the pool. Overall, they’ve thought of everything that one may need when staying at a home away from home. Cannot recommend enough!

 Excellent Villa - perfect location Two families, 8 people in total had a fantastic stay here. Location of the villa is perfect for all the parks and has a Walmart pretty much 2 minute drive away so super convenient. Villa is spacious and provided enough room/space for everyone including your own en-suite to each bedroom which is a huge plus. Outdoor private pool was great, kids enjoyed it along with the games room. The gated site that the villa is located on was also immaculate with a communion pool which was great. Was like a home from home. Communication with property owner from booking to answering any questions during our stay was also second to none. Would recommend to anyone I know travelling to Florida to do the theme parks :)

 50th anniversary Family trip Our family enjoyed all aspects of this home. The grandchildren enjoyed game room, dress-up closet and pool/spa area. The home and community were lovely, relaxing and secure. It was a delight to work with Donna and team. We plan to make this a regular family getaway!

 Every detail has been thought of and provided! We had a lovely stay in this beautiful villa! We loved the decor (classy and neutral with whimsical Disney touches), and every need was provided for including pots and pans; dishes, drinkware (including melamine for the pool) and utensils; towels to use by the pool; and starter amounts of laundry/dish detergent and paper products. Beyond the basics, we found helpful and comfortable touches everywhere we would want to find them! Mirrors in convenient locations, cozy fleece blankets for cuddling on the couch, comfy and spacious dining areas including by the pool, and a powerful A/C unit in the garage/gameroom. We loved using the pool table and air hockey table, the pool was clean and well-cared for, the bedrooms and bathrooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, as well as nicely placed for privacy, and the location of the home vis-a-vis the Disney parks is unbeatable. Another unexpected surprise--a full dress-up closet in one of the kid bedrooms! Mine are teenagers now, but would have LOVED this when they were younger. Donna (the owner) was a dream to communicate with, including very responsive (less than a half-hour) when we couldn't locate our check-in email literally as we were driving up to the gate (our fault). She checked in on us when she received notifications of storm-related outages in the area, and continued to keep in touch until she was sure the phone line had been restored (thankfully hadn't lost power). We couldn't recommend this vacation home more highly!!

 Fantastic Home Base for Disney The house worked out great for our week long visit to Disney. Donna is very easy to communicate with and the home is clean and comfortable. Kids loved the pool!

 Perfect We LOVED this house and highly recommend it! The home is exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated, and the neighborhood is lovely. Even when you first walk in the door, there’s a feeling of welcome! The linens are fresh and clean and the beds and pillows are quite comfy. You’ll find the kitchen well stocked with quality plates, utensils, pans, dish towels, and much more—they have thought of everything! You’ll find starter toilet paper, but will have to bring additional yourself, as well as any food or cooking spices, soap, laundry detergent, etc. (this is fairly normal, so not unexpected for us). Bedrooms are decorated tastefully and, for the kiddos, really fun; and there’s a beautiful, covered patio and pool area included. Our family has a 4-year-old Houdini (no joke!), so we especially appreciated the VERY secure setup for the pool. There was no way he could get out the door, let alone into the pool, without us knowing. Our grandchildren LOVED the playroom with more toys and activities than we ever expected. A very nice washer and dryer are just off the playroom—and you’ll find a great supply of pool towels there. The photos, which are great, still don’t do the house justice—you’ll love it!!

 A WONDERFUL VACATION We had the best time in Florida. Donna made our stay so easy and communication was amazing. One of our littles wanted to get a hair wrap and we needed to have a day pass issues for the stylist to come to the house. I had it in my email within the hour. 💙💙 The second need was the fire alarm. It decided it needed new batteries. We sent a text to the property manager (number in the very detailed book) and he showed up almost immediately and had it fixed in no time We had 10 family members staying in the house and it was perfect. The pool was heated and well maintained and the furnishings were all up to date. The littles loved the game room and even found dress up clothes in the closet. We really wanted to stay another week Thank you Donna for making our vacation so wonderful The house was a perfect location to all of the parks and grocery stores.

 Perfect! Between the location, amenities, and size this home was perfect! So much to do in the house, on the property and within miles of the property! My kids loved the neighborhood water park and having their own personal pool too! You will not be disappointed.

 Great House, Great Location! Donna's place was a great place for our three generations of family to gather for a few days at Disney World. The kids loved the themed rooms and the adults enjoyed the comforts of the rest of the home. We only wished we had more time to enjoy the property, neighborhood and pool. Donna was one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts we've experienced among the scores of rentals we've experienced. Highly recommend this place.

 Couldn't ask for more! What a great stay! This house has everything and more that made our stay amazing. Comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, games, and a bathroom for every bedroom. You can tell the owner put a lot of thought and effort into every little detail in the house to make it an amazing stay for all ages. The check in process was simple and quick. I highly recommend.
