This townhouse worked well for our four night stay. The booking and prearrival communication/instructions were easy and clear. This is an end unit and in a quieter section of the resort. The splash pool was heated and patio area fenced for safety. We had plenty of space for our three adults and two kids. We loved having the laundry on second floor too. We were able to make our own meals or easily could order out with precise delivery to our house. The grandchildren loved looking for the hidden Disney references throughout the house. All of our needs were met. Thank you for opening your home to us.

This place is wonderful! The location cannot be beat, it is close to all the parks, and there is every restaurant and store that you could need within minutes. It is super clean, and decorated so cute! Plenty of space, it would be ideal for families, will definitely stay again should I visit the area another time. So cool to have your own pool! The grounds are beautiful, it was quite, and well kept.

2nd time staying and would stay again and again! After staying in Disney resorts for years we decided to try an off property rental following Covid. We had the best experience! So close to parks! Super clean, comfortable, so much space for our family of 5. Any tiny issue was handled immediately. We have stayed twice and will stay again!

So happy I chose this townhouse for our 5 days at WDW parks. We are 2 adults/3 kids (16,13,11) and we loved all the space and amenities this home provided us. After long days at the parks, my boys loved the pool & the XBox, my teen daughter enjoyed her own cute room, and we loved the spacious master bedroom/bath - comfy bed and a super shower! Great tv's, comfy furniture, cute decor and nice in-unit laundry. We had great experiences with Lyft pick-ups and grocery drop-offs - so easy and reasonable! All rental details were well communicated and our questions were immediately answered - super customer service from the owner and local mgt. We're already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend it to others!

The house looks exactly like the photos and it's spacious for our need. The point of contact was very responsive and even went out of the way to provide a mattress for the pack and play which I really appreciate.

This was a great place for our small family to celebrate Christmas with grandparents whom we had not seen for 2yrs. The house was just as shown in the pictures. It was nice and clean, great layout where the grandparents had their space on the main level. The resort is very family friendly so my little ones barely spent time inside the house. Owner was easy to coordinate with, he responded to all my inquiries right away and I really appreciated it. Do not hesitate to book this place. We hope to stay here when we return to Orlando.

We stay at Windsor Hillsevery year. We love the neighborhood and how well the units are always so clean and Disney decorated. We won’t stay anywhere else or rent from anybody else.

The house was absolutely LOVELY and completely matched the description. I booked at the last minute and yet Owner was very communicative and answered all of my questions quickly. The heated pool was definitely my favorite thing! My kids loved that there was a game system there and family board games. This is a PERFECT place for a family vacation. That’s not even including the extra amenities.

This was the perfect rental, cheaper and so much nicer than a hotel resort. Will absolutely be doing this again in the future. The townhouse was beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The personal pool was one of the best parts for the whole family. The whole experience was great and the process so easy.

We have been to Orlando/Kissimmee three times over the past few years and have always stayed at Windsor Hills. Last week, we stayed at this townhome and were really happy about it. It was, by far, the best place we have stayed at in the Windsor Hills community and we look forward to booking with them again in the future! The place was super clean and updated and the communication with the owners was fantastic!

Property is nothing short of amazing. Everything went smoothly from the time we arrived to the time we checked out. The community pool area was fantastic for our days off from Disney. The kids absolutely loved it.
The townhouse is great location to the Disney, Walmart, community pool and local
Amenities. The kids loved the Disney theme room and having their own bathroom. The beds are a tad high and my son rolled off twice while
We were there but he was fine. There are bed rails, which we eventually found and used and he has no other falls. The living space is great, enough space for us all and relatively clean.
The beds were comfy but the pillows are getting a little old and may need some replacing soon.
The townhouse pool was great for what we needed; the kids loved waking up in the morning and going for a swim. I initially Didn’t ask for heated pool but once we got there realized it was quite cold, emailed the owners and had the pool heated in no time, so great communication.
Overall, we would say good value for what you get. We, as a family of 5, enjoyed our stay here and would for sure rent again in the future.

This is the absolute perfect location if you’re visiting the Orlando area parks!
It’s clean, cozy and has all the amenities you may need. The little jetted swimming pool on the property is a wonderful thing to come home to after a long day of walking!
The home is just minutes from all things Disney. It’s also close to a Walmart, restaurants, gas stations and other things you might need for a family vacation.
The owners were fantastic to work with. In fact, we accidentally left a couple small items. They were so kind to mail the items to us very quickly!
I sincerely hope to return to this home soon. It was the best place we have stayed in Orlando!

We had a great time at the property. The house was great and all we needed, we appreciated the extras (x box, tons of towels, pool toys, pack n play, highchair, car seat, strollers, etc). We realized the first night (at 11pm) the fridge was not working and called and had a return call by 9 and someone there by 10am! It was a nuisance, but things happen and we were back and running in no time. Windsor Hill’s is awesome- pools, spray park, location, movie theater, snacks etc- top notch!

Just stayed this past week, outstanding rental unit! Have stayed on and off Disney properties many times and this proved to be one of our most favorite trips to Orlando. The location was perfect and we were amazed of how close we were to all the Disney parks. The townhouse itself was extremely clean, plenty of room, and had all the accommodations of home. Full applianced kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs throughout, WiFi, 1 full bath per room including a ground level bed/bath. The splash pool was a welcoming feature after our long hot days at the parks. Fully screened in to keep those pesky Florida bugs out. The resorts larger pool with water slides and clubhouse was an added feature our family was able to enjoy. If you are looking for a top notch stay, I would highly recommend this one.

You simply cannot beat the location and proximity to the parks that this townhome and community offers. We are a family of 5 and couldn't imagine paying significantly more to stay on Disney property when we got three bedrooms, a full kitchen and our own personal pool here! The condo was clean and tidy and fully stocked for our needs. We did need to buy trash bags and paper towels. The only suggestion I have is that the carpet upstairs is very dated and could stand to be replaced! Outside of that I couldn't have been happier. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were a little flat but there were plenty extra for us to use. The bathrooms were clean. Plenty of dishes for our use. Loved having the pool right outside the door. We didn't venture up to the large pool but it looked amazing. Having space for our family to spread out was vital. Philip was easy to communicate with and get a hold of. The community itself was also very nice and quiet. The check in process was a bit lengthy and slow at the front gate and we did struggle sometimes with the pass provided to open the gates, but it wasn't enough to deter us from staying here again. I'm please with the closeness of the Walmart as well as how quickly we could get to and from all the parks. Animal Kingdom was the closest! We loved this for our first Disney trip and we were not disappointed! Thank you for contributing to the amazing week we had.

My sister and I took our three kids to Disney in January. It was a first time for all of us and I was nervous it would be overwhelming and hard to navigate. But the Disney Magic Townhouse was a refuge! It is beautiful, clean, safe, and only a few minutes drive to all parks. The staff at the gate were incredibly welcoming and helpful, as if it were a resort instead of a development of private homes. The pool area also includes two perfect water slides, a splash pad for smaller kids, a game room, small grocery, and snack bar. It was awesome. The townhouse itself was bigger than we expected. It had everything we needed and more. The kids room with Mickey theme was the room everyone fought for- it really is that cute! I can’t wait to return again soon.

We stayed here with My son and his family 4 kids 4 adults and it was perfect for us! We stayed in the main level bedroom and even had our own Bathroom! Loved it! And getting to Disney was so easy! We had an RV and it all worked out great!

Nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean. The pool was just the right size and warm. Great for a soak after a hard day at Disneyworld! I especially liked that there was lots of hangers, really big washer and dryer, and lots of room to move around. Nice TV's in the rooms and comfy furniture.
