 Hello Laura, I cannot begin to thank you enough for your amazing home and hospitality! Thank you for making the lodging part of our vacation a seamless and stress-free stay. From our very first communication, you have not disappointed. Everything Chauntae mention about you and your homes was spot on. It has been an absolute pleasure. Our time at Livin' the Dream was nothing short of amazing. From the cleanliness of the home, the amazing decor, the comfortable beds, the great pool, the cool game room, the abundance of items provided to ensure our comfortability, it was all well-received! We thoroughly enjoyed the fantastic amenities at Windsor Hills Resort as well. It is safe to say, you now have another NYC client that will be returning to visit :)

 A Nana with four 22 yr old college grads enjoyed our stay. Loved the home, great layout. Very comfortable, clean, convenient to Disney Parks, shopping, 192 restaurants. We enjoyed the pool very much, lots of room. A beautiful and quiet neighborhood tucked out of the busy traffic, but close to everything. Our host could not be more responsive. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Laura for making our stay so special.

 We were looking for a house to rent that would accommodate all of us comfortably (5 younger children and an adult child with grand baby) and this rental fit that perfectly. It was the best stocked kitchen we have ever stayed in as far as kitchen appliances! HUGE plus for us since we tend to stay put and not go to the parks or eat out (pretty much lived by the pool). We had a small issue with the spa heat not working on the evening we checked in but owners were extremely quick to respond back to us. They had someone out and had the problem fixed before we were even out of our pajamas the next morning lol. We will definitely look for this rental again in the future when we return to visit our family.

 The house was very spacious and as described. The kids loved having the upstairs to themselves and the adults enjoyed the quiet time downstairs as well. The game room was a big hit with the kids and the adults played some too. We had a problem with the Xbox games not working properly and Laura had new games sent to the house within two days - very nice!! The pool and hot tub area was a great outdoor space. The house is close to the Disney parks and close to Walmart for any needed items. The kids enjoyed the clubhouse pool and water slides. Laura was a great host and responded to any questions or requests we had in a very timely manner. We all enjoyed our stay!!! Thanks 😊

 The house was great! Close to Disney, great amenities, plenty of room for 3 families on our trip. Our kids loved the pool and game room. The house has everything you need. It was a great stay and we would highly recommend this house. 5 stars !

 We just spent a week at Laura’s house and we could not be happier! The house had everything we needed! Pots, pans, griddle, blender! And most of all the baby gear! Not having to travel with boosters and strollers! Even a pack n play! The house is well kept and beds are very comfortable! Laura cares about her rentals and the comfort of her guests and it 100% shows! She always responded right away! And has a whole link to see all the surrounding things to do and food to order from!

 Amazing stay!! The house is exactly as pictured and described, very clean, and was perfect for each couple to have their own private space, while our 3 year old was thrilled to have her "Elsa bunk bedroom". The pool and hot tub with the outdoor tv was clutch, and the resort was perfect for a relaxing day at home. Laura was super responsive, accomodating, and very communicative on what to expect and offered helpful information for our stay. Truly as advertised, a 5 Star Stay!

 Wonderful stay! The home is spacious and clean with so many amenities. I especially appreciate all of the baby/toddler items available! The pool and spa were amazing! Very nice and clean (pool guy showed up to clean and maintenance one day so well cared for) Safety features for the pool were much appreciated as well. Bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are all spaced throughout the home. Everyone was very comfortable. The home is in a gated community with clubhouse pool and splash pad. There’s a little shop that sells concession food, ice cream, slushies, etc. we enjoyed it! Love the location! Less than 15 min Disney and pretty much5-15 min from food, shopping, groceries, etc. Laura was available for questions very quickly! Highly recommend this place!

 This home has everything you need if you are looking for amenities, space, and location... Amenities: The pool and hot tub were phenomenal whether it was day or night. By having lounge chairs and a TV outside, we were able to enjoy it all times of day. The game room was a big hit with the kids, even for us adults at night! Space: I thought the bedrooms were spread out nicely throughout the house, with each having a bathroom so that was useful. Location: we had access to all the Disney attractions only 10-15mins at most. Also, having groceries and other needs were 5mins away so that was convenient. I was impressed how accessible everything was. Overall, Laura was very responsive during the entire process and would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a getaway while enjoying the perks of the property. It caters to adults with or without kids!

 “We just spent 5 weeks and we can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. We were welcomed to some nice touches as soon as we checked in. Laura’s home is fully equipped for a family to relax, cook, and enjoy the weather and the resort and feel comfortable at home. The location within the resort is wonderful with parks close by and a nice large field to play out front. The location of the resort is great as well since it’s close to everything. Laura is very fast to respond to any questions and is a wonderful “super host”. The house was great, exactly as described and Laura’s responsiveness provided us assurance that any question that we had would be answered quickly! She would even give us updates if a utility company would be working in the area that may cause power or internet outages. I would book again with Laura in a heartbeat.”

 The house is exactly as advertised and pictured. Our family stayed for a few weeks with remote work and school, and the wifi/internet was great for all of us. Laura is quick to respond, easy to work with, and very helpful in getting things fixed in a quick timeframe. She is definitely one of the best hosts we've ever had. The house had plenty of space for the 4 of us and the kids loved playing Xbox, air hockey and pinball throughout our stay. We had a great time here and would definitely stay again.

 This home is amazing! I really loved how well Laura made this home feel like my own. The location was great for grocery shopping and going to different attractions. Very responsive to any questions I had during my stay. It's also a plus that pest control and a pool cleaner came by during our 1 week stay (there were no issues with bugs inside the home or inside/outside the pool area by the way). I would definitely stay here again whenever I come back to Florida. Thanks for the great hospitality Laura!

 “My first thought as I walked through the house was “the pictures don’t do this place justice”. I loved that this house was super clean and almost seemed like rugs had been deep cleaned before I got there. I can’t say enough about host and their quick responses. I ended up having a last minute request for parking passes for additional guests late at night and Laura was not only quick in responding to me but also provided the passes without hesitation. We had questions and comments about the fridge and she was super accommodating and even offered to send a tech to take a look even during a holiday weekend. The home is very well equipped for kids. If you have kids, this home has all baby gear you need for them: monitors, high chair, pack and play...right down to potty seats and plastic kitchen utensils for them. I mean everything! We really enjoyed the home and the to top it off the water park was such a nice add-on. Party atmosphere with DJ. The whole family enjoyed the clubhouse. There’s even a movie theater and you never leave the neighborhood. Location wise, it’s extremely central to ALL Disney attractions and súper close to Disney springs. We were very happy and would come back again. I recommend it to big parties...tons of rooms!”

 Fantastic home!!! We had a “stay-cation” here and we had a blast! The home was beautiful and had everything we needed! We have previously rented from rental companies, and this experience renting from an individual instead of a company was such a huge difference. The home was stocked with so much more than we were used to! The tv outside was perfect! The game room was fantastic! The location was great! We had our 2 fur-babies with us and the park is literally across the street from the driveway. So convenient! We had a great time!

 My family and I stayed in this amazing home. First I want to say that the host are absolutely amazing. They responded immediately to every question I had plus provided us with an electronic manual of the home and area. It was beyond amazing. The bedrooms each have a bathroom and are set up away from each other so privacy is great. Teenagers had their own space where the adults did not disturb them. The house is fully equipped with all your needs including items for babies. This was a great find for my family. The kids never left the game room and the parents had a blast beating them in some old school arcade games. We brought our bicycles to ride through the gated community and it was so quiet and safe. My kids experienced riding up and down hills for the first time. It was hilarious. We completely forgot we were in the middle of a pandemic and everything felt normal. We did not visit the clubhouse because we enjoyed the home so much. It is near shopping and gas stations. The home was very clean and comfy. Beds were super comfy for us. Kids loved the bunk beds in the one room also. The pool was so much fun and not too deep for our peace of mind. They also provided a safety net if necessary. The home has more than one AC and Hot water heater so we never ran out of hot water or felt uncomfortable with the temperature. We actually extended our stay and the hosts accommodated us with out any issues. Looking forward to returning to this home very soon.

 Laura is a super host for a reason. Our communication was key, from pre-booking, checking in to make sure we arrived and wishing safe travels. The small yet meaningful gentle touches made the stay even more amazing. The house was perfect for my family. Each bedroom very comfortable and cozy. Game room amazing with board games for family fun night. The home was equipped with necessities down to a pump for the pool floats. There was also a binder with important visitor information, which we found very helpful to decide on which place to dine in. Overall 5 stars. Laura you are the best!! I’m looking forward to our next stay

 The house was exactly as described, very clean and there were several thoughtful touches like ample beach towels and floats for the pool, several staples like sugar, salt and pepper in the pantry, and personal care items like soaps and shampoos in the hall closet. We loved the game room and the fact that there were board games to play as well. The property was very secure with gated entry to the community and had several amenities at the club house. We would definitely stay at one of Laura’s properties again!
