This beautiful villa is located less than 5 miles from Disney in the gated resort community of Windsor Hills (the closest pool home community to Disney). Your vacation rental includes access to all of Windsor Hills' amenities free of charge. This includes the community pool and water park.

Enjoy all of the beautiful Florida sun with a south facing pool and spa. The pool has been updated to a saltwater system. Stop swimming in over chlorinated pools that burn your eyes. Saltwater systems use a computer and electrolysis to control pool hygiene. Most vacation home pools are visited by a pool guy once a week that dumps tons of chlorine into the pool so that it lasts until he returns the next week. Those pools smell of chlorine and burn your eyes. A saltwater system is like swimming in saline. The water has a soft and silky feel. Saltwater systems are also better for your skin and hair because the chlorine level is properly controlled. Once you swim in a saltwater pool, you'll never want to rent a non-saltwater pool again.

Since the house is perfectly south facing, the covered lanai offers excellent shade all-day for those who need a little reprieve from the sun's rays. The lanai ceiling fan creates a cool breeze when needed. The pool is set back a little from the neighbors creating some relative privacy. There is also a security gate around the pool for safety (rolled out of the way for pictures).

The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. There is also a breakfast nook for quick meals before heading to the parks. Counter top appliances include a Keurig machine in addition to the normal coffee pot, kettle, toaster and blender.

Just past the kitchen is a dining room with seating for eight. A highchair is available for younger guests. We also provide a pack-n-play and strollers that may be taken to the parks.

Connected to the dining room is the living room and 65 inch Smart TV. Feel free to use your Netflix or Disney+ account to watch movies and television shows.

The downstairs features three bedrooms. The two master suites are closest to the pool with doorways off of the living room. These suites feature king beds, TVs, dual sink bathrooms, walk in closets, water closet and tiled showers.

The third downstairs bedroom is a Mickey Mouse themed bedroom and bathroom with a queen size bed. The bathroom has two doors and serves as the primary bathroom for the downstairs living area. The bedroom has a nice size closet and TV.

The two upstairs bedrooms are the inspiration behind the Galaxy Beyond name. Come stay aboard a Star Destroyer during the Battle of Endor in our Stormtrooper barracks. Guest will enjoy a double over double bunk bed. The Toy Story room features twin beds with Andy's Toys ready for adventure. We hope your kids will enjoy the fun d?cor inspired by the two newest lands in Hollywood Studios.

Finally, no Florida home would be complete without a game room. The Marvel themed, air conditioned room includes an air hockey and foosball table. The other part of the game room features a private theater for watching your favorite movies and shows. The streaming box allows you to use your favorite streaming services. There is also a washer and dryer for doing any laundry during your stay.

NOTE: Your safety matters. This property has a Ring doorbell device and exterior security cameras facing the front outdoor entry, driveway and sides of the home. The cameras DO NOT look into any interior spaces. The cameras actively record video when motion is detected by the device or when the video doorbell button is pressed.

We pride ourselves in continuously renovating and trying to improve our guests' experience. Below is a list of recent renovations.

January 2020: New 55" smart TVs for master bedrooms, updated dining room furniture

October 2020: Refreshed Marvel theme in game room. Painted kids bathrooms to incorporate theme from bedrooms. Installed Ring doorbell and cameras for safety.

November 2020: Installed dusk to dawn switch for outside lights.

December 2020: Converted spare garage into Marvel themed theater room.

January 2021: Redecorated master bedroom suites.

March 2021: New carpeting in bedrooms, stairs and upstairs hallway

December 2021: New whole house AC units for upstairs and downstairs

May 2022: Repainted foyer, kitchen, living room dining room and hallways.

June 2022: Air conditioning added to theater and game room.

October 2022: Installed Stormtrooper barracks in the upstairs Star Wars bedroom.

December 2022: Added landscaping behind pool.

March 2023: New orange sectional couch for living room.

June 2023: New custom artwork for living room.

September 2023: Added Hidden Mickey game, updated living room entertainment center, added string lights to pool area, replaced kitchen faucet, new ceiling fans in living room and lanai. Reconfigured Star Wars wall to turn on from light switch at the door.

December 2023: New dining room table and chairs, new kitchen table and chairs, new patio table and chairs.

January 2024: Custom Mickey pool installed, kitchen cabinets painted and new flooring installed throughout the house.

DYNAMIC RATES
As of October 2021 we have switched to dynamic rates and minimum stay requirements. This means that our rates are changed every night based on demand and our available capacity. This helps us keep our rates current. Like other owners, the rate of $1 per night is just a placeholder on this website.
