The owners really have thought of everything in this home. The resort has a fantastic playground and you feel so safe with the security. We loved the splash pool after a day at Disney and having a washer and dryer was an added plus.

We had a wonderful time! The owners were easy to communicate with. Everything was just as described. There were a lot of cute little touches around the house that really showed care and time is taken for this property. The pool in the back is great for when you don't want the crowds at the main pool. That being said, the kids loved the slides and the baby loved the splash pad. The little grill was great for a quick lunch and snacks. Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our second stay at the Snow's even more than our first stay! It was so nice going into our trip knowing that we would have everything that we needed once we arrived. It truly felt like coming back home this time.
Lisa and John's residence is so clean and well maintained. We had plenty of room for our party of 7 to spread out and not be in each other's way.
We had one question about something during our stay. Lisa and John were quick to respond to me when I emailed them. It was even on a holiday! They went above and beyond to help us out.
We have stayed here twice in the past 3 years and look forward to more stays in the future. I would recommend this location to any one who is looking for a nice, relaxing place in the Orlando area. We were unable to book this location during our stay last year because it was unavailable. We booked another residence in Windsor Hills. While that location was nice, it just wasn't the same. We were so excited this year when we were able to stay here

This place was absolutely PERFECT for our family of 6! Exactly as advertised (if not BETTER!) It has everything at the house... They even supplied tolietries! My kids favorite part was the personalized goodie bags they made each child. So much fun to walk in and see that💜. The owners were EXTREMELY communicative... we had zero issues, but them wrote us checking in multiple times. I've never had such great communication with an owner on here before and I've been renting from VRBO a LONG time! Highly recommend!!

Our first Orlando trip

We were very impressed with this property and how close it was to everything our family planned to enjoy while in Orlando. It had groceries, resturants and shopping all within as little as 3 mins to 30 mins from the townhome. The townhome was spacious for our family of 5. It was clean and everything worked as expected. Our kids loves the clubhouse and pool areas. The splash pool at the townhome was small, but during the times where your kids just couldnt stay out of the water while you cooked or were in the townhome it was a great addition. Our family would happily return if we visit Orlando again in the future.

What a wonderful place for my family of 7 to stay. We were pleasantly surprised by all of the tiny details that went into making this home a spectacular place to call home for our vacation. Lisa was an amazing host and responded very quickly to all of our needs. This was our first time staying off Disney property. Normally, we stay at Disneys Fort Wilderness. However, we wanted to see if we could get the Disney experience without actually staying on property. I think we nailed it. We went to Disney Springs multiple times, tried beignets at Port Orleans, took the monorail to the different Disney hotels, visited my in-laws at Fort Wilderness, and rode on the ferry to Magic Kingdom. This was all possible because of our location of stay. As far as the house itself, we enjoyed how cozy each bedroom was decorated. I loved that every bedroom had its own personal bathroom. This is something we don't have in our own home and it sure was a luxury. The temperature of the house was perfect. It wasnt too hot or too cold. The washer and dryer located on the same floors of the bedrooms was so convenient. Everything was neat, clean, and well stocked. We used the pool daily, but never made it to the community pool. The only reason we didnt is because we loved the privacy of our own pool. It is not a big pool, but certainly was big enough for the 7 of us. We also enjoyed the walk to the playground, basketball court, and arcade. Definitely will stay here again!!!!

We wish we could give it more stars. The place is clean and has everything you need. The host is easy to contact and quick to respond. My kids loved the private pool! It's an excellend location to Disney the parks are 12 to 15ish minutes away depending on traffic and time of day. We were able to easily leave the parks and go back multiple days. The master bed was so amazingly comfortable we slept great even the first night. We highly recommend this place, just don't book the week we want next year!

Magical Disney Stay!!

We had a wonderful visit!! This was by far the BEST communication experience we have had on VRBO, and we rent frequently. Lisa is super quick to respond to emails and even provided our girls with personalized gifts that they absolutely loved. She was just lovely to work with and so very helpful. The townhouse is spacious and incredibly clean! We really appreciated being able to spread out - plenty of room for our two kids, my husband and I and Grammy. We loved that there are 3 bathrooms and a nice big living area as well. The kitchen is fully stocked - so nice to not have to run to the store for garbage bags, paper towels, etc. Loved that they have kids' plates and bowls too - super convenient. It is also so cute with the Disney theme and really made our experience so magical. The kiddos squealed with delight when they saw the Mickey bedroom, with bunkbeds!! A dream come true for them! The beds are extremely comfortable (WAY better than most VRBO's) and it was so nice to actually get a good nights' sleep before long days at Disney World. The kids loved the water park and we enjoyed delicious frozen drinks by the large resort pool. The water is super warm and relaxing. It's an excellent location, as it was just 10 minutes from Disney, close to tons of great family restaurants and super close to Walmart (with a large grocery section). We hope to return soon! We highly recommend this fantastic townhome!!

We had the best time on vacation thanks to Lisa. She is so great to work with and our accommodations were the best. My husband and I with our 4 year old 7 year old and our 29 year old step daughter. The place was great. Very clean. Reasonably priced. Close to parks. Very close to Walmart. Love that we have our own individual pool and then bracelets to go up to the pool house/water park it was perfect for the kids. The food at the club house was awesome too. Will with out a doubt stay with them again. Thank you Lisa!!

As a family of 6 (with 4 kids under the age of 10), being able to stay at this property really made our trip so much easier! As a larger family, we are over capacity for Disney resort rooms and it was not reasonable to get two rooms (financially or logistically with the layouts). Having the Snow's house with the 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms made it so nice! We were able to spread the kids out a bit, and were able to do Disney prep work for the next day without tiptoeing around at night. The owner was so responsive when I emailed with a question. The house was very clean and well organized (and I have high cleanliness standards!) The best bonus was having the stroller variety to choose from and the booster seats to borrow. The kids loved the waterpark the afternoon of our arrival and even tested out the pool at the property and really enjoyed it. We loved being able to pack less and wash clothing, and enjoyed the use of the Mickey waffle maker one morning. Walmart delivered groceries to us with no problem, and the kids loved having a tv in their bedroom for a little morning cartoons. This is truly an excellent property and we will be sure to return! This place was perfect for us for our week-long stay in Orlando -- SO close to Disney, spacious, comfortable, and the hosts clearly went above and beyond to ensure a great experience - it had everything we needed. My family of five, including children, ages eight and 11 found this to be the perfect size place to stay. The owners were very helpful through the entire process. They gave me suggestions on restaurants. They had a in-depth booklet about the home that explained everything inside the house and even where local grocery stores and attractions were located. The house was so cute with each room, decorated in a different Disney or universal theme! My kids enjoyed swimming in the small pool in the back. The clubhouse, pool with slides, arcade, and other features within the community were outstanding. Our family stayed in another home close by and we spent a whole day just using the features within the community. We would love to come back here! Lastly, the owners left the cutest gift bags for my kids when we arrived, including a small, autograph book that my son loved taking around Epcot!

This property came fully equipped with fantastic amenities like a water park, playground, and a personal wading pool. Regrettably, our busy schedule didn't allow us to make the most of these features. On the plus side, it's conveniently located near shopping options such as Walmart, Publix, and CVS, not to mention an array of dining establishments. If you happen to have youngsters with you, it's a good idea to bring some entertainment since the property doesn't offer much in that department. They do have a few games and an extensive collection of books, though. Families with young children will also appreciate the availability of highchairs and strollers. In addition, I'd recommend packing all your cooking essentials, including salt, spices, oils, and condiments. This property operates somewhat like a hotel, offering only coffee and sugar. However, you'll find an ample supply of dishes, as well as all the necessary pots and pans. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the deep soaking tub in the master suite is a definite highlight. I highly this property for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Disney Trip for Family of 7!

If you are looking for an accommodating stay to visit Disney World or Universal Studios, look no further! We stayed here with my family of 7 to visit Disney World for the first time. The location was great! It is close to Disney parks, about half a mile away from a Wal-Mart, and very close to restaurants and shopping. The resort pool, play area, and water slides were AMAZING and a super quick walk from the town house. The amenities were above and beyond, the owner even had Disney themed goody bag for my kids upon arrival! The private pool was so convenient for relaxing at the end of the day. The kids loved their own Disney themed room and bathroom. I loved how every bedroom had an attached bathroom! The owners provide you with everything you need to make your trip as worry-free as possible. I really appreciated the welcome packet......especially the instructions on how to use the TV remotes.....lol! They very quick with responses if needed.

We rented this stunning 3 bedroom for our kids’ very first trip to Disney and could not have been more impressed! Lisa & John were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They truly put a renter’s interests first and foremost by going above and beyond for us; from providing little extras for the kids and prompt replies to any needs/questions we had (which were few!). Directions were clear for all aspects of the property and we found the guest arrival information book very helpful. The home was very well stocked and I’d like to highlight the kitchen and available baby items in particular. We had plenty of dishes, pots and pans, soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and ziplocs to last us the week! Everything was well organized and easy to find. It was also incredible to have several strollers available for use; we used the double at Magic Kingdom and the single around the condo property for short walks. It was very easy to get to all things Disney from this location as well. The splash pool was the perfect size for my 3 kids (ages 7, 5 and 1.5) and the big association pool was lots of fun. The main area also had a small market with food items available (including ice cream; bonus!!).
Overall we hope to make a trip back someday and we were very happy! Thank you Lisa & John!

We had the perfect vacation at Lisa and John’s townhome! The house was perfectly cleaned, decorated with all the finest Disney touches, and everything was exactly as described! For starters, communication was more than amazing! Lisa and John checked in periodically before our stay. Then on top of everything they had gifts for my two kiddos! Lisa even checked in to see if we made it ok and when we would be arriving so tissue paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent would be there for our stay! The resort is beautiful and has plenty to do and I hate we missed a lot of the activities because we were at WDW majority of the time! House is clean and stocked with the necessities (so don’t bring like I did!). The resort is about 15 mins from Disney and Walmart is down the street and if you forget to get things from Amazon, it can come to you there or to the locker down the street! A lot of the fast places also delivers. I don’t have any complaints whatsoever! We are definitely coming back! Thank you, Lisa and John for treating us like family! I felt at home at your place! Great Stay and Close to the Parks!

We stayed for 7 nights and did 3 days at the Disney parks during that time. The townhome was very conveniently located about a 15 minute ride to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. We had 4 adults and two kids (3 and 6) and we all fit very comfortably. The owners even left a small gift bag for each of our girls that they LOVED! We also took advantage of the clubhouse pool and small water park for two days while there and loved every moment. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would recommend staying here to anyone!

The location to the Disney Parks is amazing! There is absolutely every thing you need at this location. If you are a family traveling with kids this is perfect for you. Strollers, pack and plays, stools, potty seats, gates, bed rails. Seriously. All. The. Things. The cutest selection of bed time books in the kids room! The washer and dryer in the unit are perfect for keeping up with kid laundry. They even left the sweetest welcome gifts for our kiddos. The small pool on the patio is perfect for the kids and it is heated!!! They have safety features (fence and alarm) to secure the pool area. Our kids enjoyed visiting the clubhouse where there is a movie theatre, game room, and the main pool with waterslides. 10/10 we will be visiting this property again.

What a great place to stay in Orlando. House was very clean, well maintained and had everything you needed . Our two kids were each able to have their own room and space, and the pool in the back was perfect for splashing around in the mornings. The neighborhood was safe and secure. We also got lots of usage out of the main pool and water slides. Situated close to Disney, grocery stores and restaurants. Would recommend and return to this property.

I initially planned to stay at the Animal Kingdom Lodge, but they were sold out. I'm so glad they were. Lisa and John's property was a great option. Short cat ride to parks and even just 1 hour to CoCoa beach. Their townhouse was spacious and short easy walking distance to resort pool and waterside. They even left small gifts for our boys who are 9 and 10. I will definitely stay at their property again.

We love staying at Windsor hills. The 3 bed 3 bath townhomes are great for larger groups going to Orlando attractions and the location is PERFECT. The small pool right outside of the back door is perfect after a long day in the parks for sure. Highly recommended.

They made sure everything from the minute we booked until we walked out the door was perfect. The house was very clean and as advertised in the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay at Windsor Hills in the Snow at Disney location. These accommodations were the perfect home away from home while on vacation. The proximity to Disney World was what first sold us on this area. We loved being so close to everything, but also in a quieter slower paced atmosphere where we could relax. John and Lisa were so easy to work with. They responded quickly to any question we had. When we arrived at their townhouse everything was just as it was pictured and described in the listing. We had no problem checking in at the gate house or entering. We really loved everything about our stay. We had no problems while we were here and will definitely be back again. John and Lisa left a guest directory that explained everything about the house and property. Plus it gave some helpful tips about things nearby. The pools at Windsor Hills were also very nice. We enjoyed the whole community! Thank you John and Lisa for allowing us to stay at your house. We look forward to coming back again!

My husband and I stayed here with my 6 and 10 year olds, and it was our best vacation stay ever! This home is a close drive to the Disney parks, but infinitely more comfortable than a hotel. It was super well stocked with everything we needed from small shampoos and conditioner to paper towels, tin foil, Tupperware, loads of hangers and towels, and more. Even a Mickey shaped waffle maker. We enjoyed the small splash pool out back and used the Windsor Hills larger pool on several occasions, which we all loved. It is warm and heated and the jacuzzi is perfect. The water park is not heated, but my kids still enjoyed it a bit. We would love to come back sometime. At least 2 more people (6 total) would’ve fit very comfortably here. We received prompt emails back about questions we had though they were really answered in the detailed electronic manual as well.

Everything was great. I was not disappointed with how smoothly everything went at check in and afterwards getting into the townhouse. It was clean and had some basics to help start us along. My grandson of 4 enjoyed the little back pool and the other children did not tire of the pool and water park. The home was enjoyable.
Other than an invite I sent for a Guest that did not come up which caused us a brief moment of panic and discomfort, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We just wanted to say thank you for making this experience so enjoyable. We loved the house. And appreciated how everything was clean and easily accessible. My kids loved their surprises. The only issue we had and it was on me I didn’t realize the pool was as deep as it was so I didn’t have my kids life jackets with us. But we found some puddle jumpers at Walmart. My kids loved all the playgrounds and pools. And my in-laws got food at the community area a couple times. We would definitely like to use your house in the future next time we plan another extended Disney trip.

We have previously only stayed on Disney property, but I chose to stay in the condo (townhouse) this time, to give us more room. This townhouse exceeded my expectations. Rental was easy to locate, clean, and owners were quick to respond to any questions we had. Our little family enjoyed our stay and felt really safe. Place was very clean, accommodating with plenty of space and looked exactly how the photos described. Will definitely be going back.

The townhome was very clean. In a nice gated community with a very nice neighborhood pool area (my kids loved the water slides and the arcade). Check in/checkout was simple. Communication with the homeowners was excellent. We loved that the kids room and bathroom were decorated in Disney!! More than enough space for the four of us!! Very happy!! ❤️

The property owners were very nice and super receptive! Had a nice welcome bag for us with cool stuff for my 14yo who was celebrating his upcoming birthday. The property owners were awesome and even let us check in a couple of hours early. Only hiccup we had was when we got to the residence, the 4 digit code that was given to us to get inside (last four of my cell) would not work. I tried calling the Property Manager first of course, but she did not answer. Thankfully I was able to get a hold of the owners and they gave me a temporary code to get inside so that worked out well! Place is exactly as described. If you have little ones, they will love the Mickey room! Splash pool was heated and nice for a relaxing dip, especially after being at the pool and water park, which can get very crowded very quickly. Master bedroom upstairs (as others have notated) has a great mattress! Super close to Disney and there are plenty of restaurants around or places to DoorDash from. Overall, a pleasant experience. If you have younger kiddos and want to be close to Disney, this is a good choice.

The location was absolutely PERFECT...quick drive to Magic Kingdom for a day, easy access to the highway for a day in Clearwater Beach and also perfect for a quick run to Wal-Mart for groceries and forgotten things. Owners were extremely thoughtful in leaving our three young girls little bags with Disney themed toys, stickers and other various gifts that they absolutely LOVED! The private pool was perfect with a child fence. Allowed us to have peace of mind, but also the perfect size pool for our daughters. We needed to reach out to the owners RIGHT before our check-in and they quickly replied with help that didn't delay our check-in. Entire process from booking to check-out was seamless. Lasting memories made...we'd definitely stay again!

Loved the area where this resort was located. Just outside of Disney grounds but very close to all parks. The decor was very cute. Kids loved all the Disney touches throughout. There were even gift bags left for the kids which was very sweet. Owners communicated well and everything was very easy. Unit was a short walk to the large pool and water park area. Kids loved the splash pool after a long day at the parks.

This was the best rental experience we have had with our family. This home was so accommodating to our family that includes a 2.5 year old. There was not one thing we wish we would have brought as this house had everything; strollers, gates, bed rails, kids dishes etc! The location is so close to the community pool so that was an added bonus with a little one. The gates and guards attending gave you peace of mind that you were in a safe place. Highly recommend, especially to families! Also home owner was always quick to respond leading up to the trip!!!

This rental property was exactly as pictured. We were a family of 4, everyone in my family was happy with our stay.
The owners were very responsive and provided helpful information about the area in my check-in instructions email. There's also a binder with information. We were able to use the splash pool since it was heated and we also took advantage of the community amenities and outdoor area that was right outside of this property. We would stay here again.

Townhome was very clean, and in a great location (walking distance to the resort pool). The homeowners were quick to respond, and nice to work with. My kids loved the Mickey room, and we loved that it could sleep all 4 children. We had a great time, and would definitely stay here again.

We LOVED our stay. Everything was great from the day we booked the property until the day we sadly said goodbye. Lisa reached out right away and was a wealth of information on top of being so warm and inviting. The house felt like home from the second we walked in. It was clean, welcoming, and had all of the comforts of home and then some! Having all of the extra conveniences the home offered made our Disney days that much easier to enjoy and it was so nice to have the relaxation that the home offered when we came back at night. We would stay here again in a heart beat!

First time staying off property for our family of three. House was clean and comfortable. Quick easy walk to pool. Small pool at our condo was super warm. Everything we needed-even a stroller which we used at Hollywood Studios! About 8 minutes to Disney and little longer to Universal. Nice to have space to spread out. Even a big grassy area out the back door. Loved the coffee bar area in the house. Owner was super responsive. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect for our 9 night stay with an infant and toddler. So many amenities for children made starting our vacation super easy and on the right foot. Host was very helpful with suggestions and was always extremely prompt to respond to any questions
Our son LOVED the Mickey themed room. Pack n play provided was perfect to snug into main floor bedroom for 1 year old. All items listed by owner are in excellent shape
Entire property was clean and excellently maintained
