4 bedroom, 4 bathroom, large pool with spa, poolside furniture and dining table in the lanai. Pool area has the usual mesh screen protection and is fitted with a safety fence (removable by the guests if desired).

We are situated on the main boulevard of Windsor Hills as you drive through the maingate.

Additional Rate Info

There is a cleaning fee of $150. Optional pool / spa heating is available at $30 per night. A pre-heat charge of $30 is charged for stays of 5 nights or less.

Location

700 yards from the main gate, straight up Teascone Blvd., the villa is on the right hand side... the 3rd house with a tiled roof (not shingles).

Facilities

The lounge has a large 55″ flat screen Smart TV with Netflix, DVD player and free wireless internet access. There are three leather sofa’s in the lounge… plenty of room for everyone to relax. Dining table which seats eight, kitchen nook seating for 4 and additional seating along kitchen counter.

Large swimming pool (with a removable child safety fence), deck, with spa and shaded lanai. The deck has a large table ideal for outside dining, with seats and loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

All bedrooms have en suite shower/bathrooms and have flat screen t.v’s, some with DVD players built in.

King and Queen rooms have dressers and mirrors

All bedroom wardrobes are stocked with clothes hangers.

Bathrooms have plenty of towels and hairdryers

Our games room has a pool table, fooseball table, a full size table tennis table and TV with Xbox and Wii games consoles

We have full laundry facilities and additional bed linen for all bedrooms.

The villa is also equipped with high chair, stroller, pack n play (travel cot) and child bed rails.

We have plenty of pool / beach towels, no need carry extra weight bringing your own
