Welcome to WINDSOR HILLS!!!
Our 3 bedroom condo is located in Windsor Hills, the 5-star resort community less than 3 miles from the Walt Disney World entrance.
Luxury Chic Condo is ON SECOND FLOOR, CORNER UNIT conveniently located just in front of the pool.
Our condo is completing upgraded as you can see in the pictures with new countertops, appliances, porcelain flooring, brand new furniture, fixtures, and so much more!
The living room has plenty of seating with a comfortable, L-shaped sofa and chairs. Relax watching TV with hundreds of cable channels.
Enjoy family meals in the updated dining area with dimmer lighting and a large wood tabletop with seating for 6.
The kitchen has been fully upgraded.
All beds in the home have brand new, high quality mattresses. All baths have been upgraded with quartz countertops, hair dryer and hotel quality towels.
Each bedroom has extra sheets. Hairdryers are in each bathroom. And a full sized washer & dryer with iron and ironing board are there for your convenience.
When you arrive, there are two elevators for your convenience and ample parking outside the building.
We use a highly secure keyless entry system to access the condo. Each guest is provided a unique access code prior to check in along with a FOLDER with detailed instructions. Check-in is after 4PM on the day of your arrival. Since there are no keys to collect, you can enter the condo anytime after 4PM using your access code to unlock the front door.
Check-out time is no later than 10AM on your day of departure. The cleaning crew need to prepare our home for the next guest who may be arriving that same day, so we appreciate your cooperation checking out by 10AM, otherwise, you may be charged an additional fee from your security deposit.
Our Property Manager professionally cleans, inspects and manages our home. They are available to assist you with any issues in our home during your stay. The home is thoroughly cleaned prior to each check-in. There is no daily cleaning. Fresh linen and towels are provided for every guest. Starter soap and toilet paper are provided in each bathroom. We also provide beach towels for use at the Resort pool and water park only but should not be taken off property.

We will withold a damage deposit against your credit card. This will be charged with your final payment. The amount ranges from $200 - $500 depending on the size of your rental. The specific amount for your rental will be noted in your reservation confirmation. So long as there are no damages to the unit, this amount will be refunded within 48 hours of departure. Please keep in mind that it may take 7 - 10 business days for the credit to be reflected on your account based on your banks credit card companys processing times. Payment Terms: We accept zelle without any extra charges, PayPal/Credit/ Debit card add 4% of extra charge (Credit and Debit Card are use by PayPal)
The pool and the children's water park (slides) will be closed for maintenance during SEPTEMBER 2024
 I highly recommend this Airbnb! The host Victoria & Daniel we’re extremely responsive, and helped me with all of my needs. The home met all the standards of its name Luxury. The place was extremely clean, well decorated, and accommodated anyone that was single to had a family. I appreciated the safety of the gated community. I wasn’t able to enjoy the pool due to my short stay, but it was beautiful to be able to see it from my balcony and see all the other families enjoy quality time with their families. The towels were plush, and for someone such as myself who does not sleep the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby lol. Thank you Victoria & Daniel for being such amazing host.  From the start , Victoria and Daniel were excellent at communicating with us all the property details and how to go about the booking. They sent us photographs and explained about the condo and its position. We had very clear instructions about how to enter the site and the property itself and they gave us contact details of a property manager in case there were any problems. On arrival - the condo was spotless and so roomy for a family of 4! Both our teenagers were thrilled with their own rooms and tvs and this gave us all the space we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped and we loved the washer/dryer facillites which meant we went home with clean clothes ! The view was lovely overlooking the pool and we were very close to the main reception and snack bar too. Lots of room to relax in the front room after a full on day at the parks! Super efficient a/c and celing fans throughout too Beds super comfy and lots of beach equipment if you wanted to venture out further than the parks for the day. We are very sad to be home but had such an amazing experience hiring a condo for the first but not the last time with Victoria and Daniel ! Thank you both, we will be back !
