South facing pool - only 5 min walk to clubhouse

 We have stayed at Windsor Hills so we were familiar with the community. This time we decided to try Anna's Cabana. It was PERFECT. A nice park is right across the street and a short walk to the main clubhouse/pool area. We stayed with 9 people and we felt there was plenty of space to spread out. The beds were comfy and everything seemed well updated. My kids enjoyed the game room and pool. We spend most evening in the spa after long days at the parks. The house does have a stroller which came in handy for my sone. Alison was easy to communicate with prior to our stay and while we were there. We can't wait to come back and stay here again.

 Anna's Cabana was perfect for our stay! It met all of our needs and more! The private pool is perfect for young children that need a close eye. The south facing/heated pool allowed them to enjoy the pool all day. The location near the Castle playground was perfect! Alison is extremely responsive and great to work with. A+ overall - can't wait to come back!

 We just got home from 10 perfect days at Anna’s Cabana and wish we were still there! 8 of us (including two young children) enjoyed everything from the game room, the pool to all the space we had to spread out! The pictures are an accurate representation of the property. It is well equipped and in a perfect location to go to all of the Disney parks, Discovery Cove, SeaWorld and others. We were able to come back to the house during our Disney parks days for a break/swim before heading back for the evening. The house is also is a great location in the Windsor Hills community, a short walk to the community pool, water slides (a big hit with the kids) and the market. Alison is a wonderful host! She was responsive to all our communications before and during our trip. Thank you for everything!

 Annas cabanas villa in Windsor is a beautiful spacious villa, in a fabulous location. It had everything we needed definitely will equipped. The pool was a great size! The games room was awesome! My son spent hours in there. There is a park literally opposite the villa which was lovely. Just a few minutes walk towards the club house you could see the fires works going off in disneys magic Kingdom at night. The villa had a nice modern feel to it. Everything was perfect. We did have a few little minor issues which was dealt with promptly. The host was easily contactable and very efficient. To some it up the villa was everything we could ask for & more my only regret Is that we didn't stay long enough. We had the best holiday thanks to Annas cabanas and we will most certainly be returning again

 We’re usually a Disney property family but with two sets of grandparents traveling with us this time we decided to try renting an off property vacation home. We stayed for a week at Anna’s cabana and it was beyond perfect for our family! First impression was how clean everything was and that we had all we needed in a home. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom which the grandparents appreciated a lot! The kids were obsessed with the game room (air hockey and ping pong matches were intense!) and the heated pool. I loved how close we were to the parks and ease of getting there. We also enjoyed the community pool and water park- kids couldn’t get enough of the water slides. My teenage niece loved the Harry Potter room! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

 This property was wonderful. It was a quick drive to all the Disney parks so very convenient. The layout was great, everyone had their own space, and it was all very well maintained. Our kids loved having their bedrooms upstairs away from grown ups and everyone appreciated their own bathroom. The owner was always very responsive to any questions before or during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

 Absolutely amazing property!!! ***** This is an absolutely amazing property for a vacation rental. Perfect in every way. The bedrooms attached to the bathrooms are so convenient and allows each member to have a private retreat. The pool and hot tub is perfect for an end of day relaxation and family time. We will definitely stay at Anna’s Cabana in the future.

 Multi Generation Vacation ***** This was our 7 year going to Windsor Hills and this was the best property yet. We will be booking it for future trips. We were a family of 4 (2 boys 9 & 10) and grandparents. The house layout with the kids rooms upstairs was perfect. The adults enjoyed being on one level and not having to trek up and down stairs. The sofa's were so comfortable and the beds as well. Kitchen was well equipped and the fridge and pantry had plenty of space for groceries during our two week stay. I'm a small business owner and the ability to connect easily and consistently to the internet via internet is critical. It was reliable. The only minor downside was in the bedrooms with ceiling fans - on the same switch as the light so light off fan off. Additional box fans were available as well though.

 Family Vacation ***** This was an awesome house with a lot to offer. It had plenty of room for all 9 of us. The whole family loved the game room and swimming in the pool and hot tub. After a long day out at the parks, it was nice to come back to the house and relax and have fun. This house offers everything you need and the owners are very nice and great at responding to any needs you may have. Windsor Hills is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it to everyone.

 Bi-annual Family Vacation ***** We stayed at the beginning of June for a family vacation with 5 adults and 5 children. The home was very spacious, clean and included everything you could need. The owners were very responsive from the first inquiry until the time of check out. The home is as pictured. Definitely recommend this vacation home

 Amazing Stay ***** We stayed at Anna’s Cabana at the end of March for Spring Break week for Michigan Schools. We had 9 people total with 3 kids ages 7, 3 and 1. This house was absolutely perfect and every bedroom had its own bathroom and was extremely clean, very well laid out and decorated perfectly. It is very conveniently located close to all the Disney locations and Sea world. We went to Magic Kingdom and Sea World while here and our kids couldn’t wait to get back to the house and the pool/hot tub every day! It is located right across from the park which is great for the kids and close to the clubhouse which has a community pool and water slides which the kids also thoroughly enjoyed! The game room was another great perk of this house. We can’t wait to go back again!

 Excellent Disney Home * * * * * Beautiful, updated home close to Disney with amazing amenities. This house has everything that you need for a wonderful vacation. Plenty of room for adults and kids. We had 11 people and never felt crowded. We especially loved that every bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The property owners are top notch and we’re always available and response from the first day of booking until check out. We use VRBO for many of our vacations and this is definitely one of our favorites. We will be booking here again on our next Disney trip!

 Perfect * * * * * This is a perfect new rental in Windsor Hills! We've rented numerous homes in this development over the years and Anna's Cabana was the best. Very clean, tasteful decor, responsive hosts and a great location. Plenty of room for everyone (we had 2 adults, 3 teens and 2 preschoolers). Plenty of bath, kitchen and pool towels. Target is nearby to get groceries and toiletries. Nice upgrades in home such as: larger sized laundry washer/dryer, bidet in master bathroom, Ring doorbell for security, duel fans in game room and lanai kept air circulating and comfortable in FL heat. The staff at the clubhouse was really friendly too. We will be back.

 Family Getaway * * * * * The Beautiful home was just as described and the owners were very responsive to my questions and an issue we had at the gate with a couple guests we had visit. New Covid rule owners have to add guest so we called Alison and she quickly responded and got them added. Thank you! We will definitely be renting from you again!
