 This house was absolutely perfect for our group, plenty of space with 5BR and 5Ba. The pool, which was used a lot was very nice, had nice privacy and good shade when it got too hot. Mark and his wife were excellent hosts and I would highly recommend this to anybody I know. Very close to Disney with lots of restaurants nearby.

 My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend with my 2 kids, and my in laws and had an amazing time. It’s a great house! My kids loved the pirate room. So nice having a heated pool especially in February, the kids swam nonstop! Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Great location, we frequented the Walmart that was 5 mins away! Enjoyed using the beach bag on our day trip to Clearwater. Would highly recommend Mark and his family’s home anytime!

 Mark has been the most amazing and accommodating host. Information sent out clearly and efficiently. His home is the best we have stayed in whilst on holiday here in Florida. Clean, spacious, cosy and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Some days we wanted to stay at home rather than go out to the parks! The pool and hot tub are perfectly maintained and an added bonus, although the clubhouse with further amenities is a simple 3 minute walk from the property. I cannot recommend Mark and his home enough. We will 100% be staying here again on our next visit.

 Exceptional Experience! This is a great house in a great location with great hosts! Our family loved celebrating Christmas here. This house is welcoming and well appointed. The rooms are large for gatherings, and with 3 bedrooms on the first floor and 2 on the second, and you have plenty of room (inside or outside) if you want quiet time. The neighborhood offered security and loads of extra amenities to enjoy. The best part was being so centrally located to the amusement parks which my family went back and forth to. All Disney parks were at most 15 minutes away and Universal was about 22 minutes away. Everything you could want in a home away from home. Far exceeded expectations! Oh, and the owners were super communicative.

 WOW! What a lovely home! 5 bed, 5bath home was very clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, and we loved having a washer and dryer available as well. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for our rest days, mid day breaks from the parks and evenings. We liked having no rear neighbors in the gated community. The location was very convenient to the Disney parks with a super walmart up the road for groceries. I strongly recommend this property for your Disney vacation! Thank you so much for having us!

 We stayed here for over a week. It is comfortable and well maintained. We went to Disney and loved that it was so close to the parks. The house is spread out, so it is quieter than what I am use to. We have four kids so it is nice to be able to have some peace and quite. We used the wagon when we went to the beach, and loved using the boogie boards.

 The very best home in Windsor Hills! My family and I stayed at Wellhome Parkside for a week this March. The home was well kept, clean and the pool & hot tub were perfect. The rooms have a modern feeling and felt really helped us feel like we were home. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom so it made getting ready for visiting theme parks easy! Lots of homes in this neighborhood, but this one has a great view. Not only is it's backyard looking into a green space, but it's super close to the tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts, charcoal grills and only a very short walk to the resort pool. We were able to get to Legoland and Seaworld because of how central Windsor Hills Resort is located. The kids loved jumping for hours into the pool and my wife and I loved hanging out after the kids were in bed in the hottub. The built in game room was great with a pool table and air hockey. Plus a unique and different feature of this home is that it has a "megabar rental closet" with lots of additional games, a PS4, basketball, volleyball, putters & golf balls, and even electric scooters with helmets for the kids (or kids at heart!). We've stayed in Windsor Hills before and this home is by far the best place we have stayed at. We've already booked March of 2023 and can't wait to visit again!

 We stayed here for a week in March 2022 and had the time of our lives! The home is comfortable, well decorated, with a beautiful back patio and pool that backs up into green space. There are many homes in this neighborhood with pools but this particular house has a pool with a view. We loved that every bedroom has it's own bathroom. There is a well stocked game room with everything you need for a beach day. The beds are very comfortable. WILL BE BACK!

 Our family recently had the opportunity to vacation in this home and it was FABULOUS! We were hesitant to spend the extra money for a private house versus something smaller, but it was worth every penny! We’ve never vacationed or lived in a place with a private pool and it was a game changer. As much as we enjoyed the water park/community pool (and appreciated how close of a walk it was) we actually spent more time in our private pool. Note: having a 2 year old my wife was very nervous about having a pool BUT because of the safety/alarm system we never had to worry about the 2 year old getting out without us knowing. That helped alleviate a lot of stress. Beyond just being a spacious house (5 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom), it was evident the owners went above and beyond with attention to details to make the experience even more enjoyable/set it apart from others in the resort. Some examples include but are not limited to: lights around the back yard that are solar powered which give a nice ambiance in the evenings, one of the master bedrooms was extended making it more spacious, one of the bedrooms has an extensive pirate theme that our boys loved, the garage has been converted into a game room (with AC) that has pool & air hockey (for free), a game closet is available to rent board games & other items (we were happy to play Catan), a whole beach kit (chairs, wagon, towels), and the kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, a blender, multiple means of making coffee, etc. Another aspect of this house that we loved was because of it’s location we didn’t have anybody behind us. Walking around the neighborhood and seeing the many houses backed up to one another we realized what a nice extra benefit this was. We highly recommend this house and are hoping to make it a regular part of our future vacations!

 Beautiful home / interior design! Each room had its own bathroom/shower / bathtub, and the place even had a pool/jacuzzi! The place also has a GameRoom with a pool table along with other additional rentals. In addition, the park/sports area for Volleyball, golf, tennis, and basketball is just located in the backyard. This home was located in a very convenient area. My family, and I had so much fun and am hoping to get to come back someday! Thanks so much!

 Best vacation home/spot I’ve experienced so far! The house has five large bedrooms, each one is attached to a bathroom. The bed and pillows were on point, slept soundly. Came with a group of adults so There’s a game room with pool table and air hockey table and then there is a closet full of sports equipments you can rent. My favorite was the pool and hot tub and lights in the pool to swim at night. I hit the hot tub almost every night I was there after a long day out. The screen covers the pool for privacy and to keep the bugs out. Super cool because this is rare for Minnesotans like us! This location is close to Disney World and Universal studios. Best place to eat are the food trucks at World Food Trucks on Kissime.

 Excellent place! Excellent location! Close enough to everything and far enough to avoid all the noise and hussle and bussle. Tall ceilings! Auto-scooters! Wonderful pool AND HOT TUB! Also has a game room and laundry. Plenty of smart tvs. Clean!!! The bed & pillow was soooo comfortable! Did not wake up with headache or backaches! The owner was also very responsive. Parking space can fit two cars. Just about every bedroom had its own bathroom or bathroom next to it. Trash is picked up every morning - VERY CONVENIENT! Resort also has a mini-mart with plenty of supplies as well - ALSO CONVENIENT! Will definitely book this place again!

 It was really awesome! If you are considering renting a vacation home. Rent this one! The only negative was the vacation didn't last long enough. There was nothing we could say that was bad. We had an amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations and everyone had a blast. It was spacious, had more than enough bathrooms, the game room was a plus and we spent every night in the pool! You will enjoy every second of your vacation!

 A group of four people stayed here from April 28 - May 3 and it was a fantastic stay. The home is beautiful and very well appointed. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay in Orlando. We loved the private pool and hot tub so much that we didn't want to leave. The complex is well maintained and has beautiful facilities such as a large pool with splash pad and waterslides. If you are looking for a place to enjoy all that Orlando has to offer, you should stay here.

 This is a beautiful home! The home we booked was cancelled at the last minute and when I reached out to see if anyone had availability, this family worked with us to save our trip! The pool and hot tub were perfect for our family and our kids spent more time in this pool than the main pool. It’s a short 3 minute walk from the clubhouse and water park and a 5 minute walk to the closest playground. The furniture and home decor are wonderful. In addition to having plenty of linens and towels, they also provided several beach towels and a “to go” cart with lawn chairs, beach toys, and shade, which would be perfect for any family traveling to the beach. The home also includes scooters, helmets, and recreation equipment for a minimal rental fee. For those, like myself, who may need to work remotely while on vacation, the home has two office tables, one upstairs and one downstairs. It was nice to be able to work upstairs while my family enjoyed the pool without them having to try and keep quiet. The communication with the owners was fantastic! They are incredibly flexible and accommodating, answered all of our questions, and reached out after we checked in to see how things were. We felt completely at home here and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone who is looking to stay at Windsor Hills!

Warm sunshine, blue skies, casual walks in the park, warm pool with a spa, game room, electric scooters, water park, pickleball, putting green, poolside dinners, unlimited local attractions, playing in the ocean surf, hunting seashells, and the list goes on ... The house was very clean, light and beautifully decorated, and offered the convenience of home. With 5 bedrooms and 5 baths, there was more than enough room to comfortably accommodate our 3 generations being together, and yet it was so relaxing. We are already planning our return trip.  Very satisfied with the amenities and location. This is a great place for family gatherings as it has plenty of activities available close by. Our grandkids loved it there. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated but not over the top. This is a place you could stay, never leave the community and have plenty to do. However if you like to do theme parks, you are within a few miles of them. The owners were very concerned that our stay was fun, carefree and safe.
