HOME:
The Magical Memories is updated and locally managed 2224 square foot four-bedroom/four-bathroom, air-conditioned vacation villa that sleeps up to 9 guests. Pull into your private driveway and walk through the front door into a spacious, open-concept living area with contemporary décor. The great room is well appointed with comfortable furniture that is perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV or enjoy the pool views through the wall of glass.

Near the living room is the formal dining room area with a table that seats six. It is a comfortable space where you will enjoy serving family and guests your culinary creations or a delivered meal from your favorite restaurant.

This home has literally everything you will need to feel right at home. You will love the amount of personal amenities from blow dryers to the vacuum. Traveling with little ones, you will like the on-site high chair, Pack-N-Play already provided.

The Magical Memories kitchen is open to the main living area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or full course meals for your family. You will love the expansive granite countertops and handy breakfast bar where guests can sit and share a cup of coffee. Even the new stainless steel appliances are sure to wow you. There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen where you can easily seat four. It is also a great place to gather guests for a card game after dinner.

BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed, large dresser, and a Smart TV for late night viewing. There is also a private sliding glass door that leads out to the lanai so you can enjoy the balmy Florida nights under the stars.

Bedroom 2: The second master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a Smart TV.

Both kids bedroom are done in a modern Disney themes.
Bedroom 3: This great room is Mickey and Minnie Mouse themed. This room has two twin beds and has a Smart TV.

Bedroom 4: This room has been rumored to be "Out of This World" with a Star Wars theme. This room offers a twin over full bunk. There are also smart TV in this room so kids can watch their favorite shows.

All four bedrooms in the villa have en-suite bathrooms which include shower, tub or a both combination of both. The floor-plan of this home is great and offers peace and quiet no matter which room you choose.

POOL and LANAI:
Beyond the sliding glass wall in the great room there is a screened lanai with a large (Optional Heated) South facing swimming pool and spa. There are also patio loungers for sun bathing and a 6 person dining area outdoors so you can enjoy a meal outdoors. It is like having your own private resort!

STREAMING, WI-FI, ENTERTAINMENT:
This home also offers great connectivity with free high-speed internet, cable TV and Disney+ streaming service. You will love the extra gaming options in the garage.

THE RESORT:
In addition to all the pleasures of The Magical Memories home, the Windsor Hills community offers a wealth of entertainment possibilities FREE to our guests. You get unlimited use of the huge community pool and water attractions that opened in 2018. The two water slides and splash pad are sure to provide hours of fun. The community offers a game room, tennis courts, basketball courts, fitness center, playgrounds, private theater, and much more.

This home is 2 miles to Disney...Located in the closest neighborhood to Disney's front door. You will love this location as much as we do. Book 1 mile further up the road and you will loose 45 min or more a day in traffic. NOT HERE! Quick In and Out!

This home is located in the resort community of Windsor Hills Resort and offers you the lagoon pool, community spa, dueling water slides, zero depth kids splash pad, 55 person theater, and endless sports courts. You will also love being so close to the "The Promenade Sunset Walk" as it has everything you’ll ever need. This beautiful outdoor entertainment district is home to casual eateries, fine dining, retail specialty shops including a Target, theaters, regular family outdoor events, concerts and the H2O Water Park.  Fun, family friendly home located close to many local attractions. Screened pool offers fun from sun up to sun down! Plenty of room for the family! There's also a clubhouse pool with water slides and game house to amuse the kids.

 My wife and I, along with our four kids stayed at Magical Memories Villa in early February to escape the Chicago winter. We could not have been happier with our trip. The Windsor Hills community is beautiful, well-maintained and only about ten minutes away from the Disney parks. It’s also minutes from Walmart and a ton of different restaurants which was perfect for us as we ate at the house some days and went out at times. The house itself was amazing. We had everything we needed as a family of six . It was one of the rare times we all felt the pictures on the website matched the actual home. There was more than enough space for all of us and it was so nice that each bedroom came with it’s own bathroom. It is clear there has been a lot of TLC recently put in the home. The new furniture, fresh paint and kitchen upgrades were all noticeable right away. Having the washer and dryer there was so nice and allowed us to pack light. The outdoor patio and inground pool was the highlight of the house though. We spent most of our time outside and in the heated pool and hot tub. The patio was spacious and the pool was large enough for all of us to be in all at once. We are going back in July for a week and will continue to use this as one of our go to escapes!

 The Vertin House was a perfect spot for our family vacation. Bigger and better than in pictures, immaculately cleaned , new furnishings, spacious living area and good size bedrooms. It had everything you can possibly need ( including the egg slicer and a wine bottle opener:) plenty of towels and linens and a nice surprise in the garage - a pool table. It is located in a lovely private community with an amazing pool and water slides for the kids to enjoy. The pool area was never crowded and we were always able to find an umbrella and chairs to use. The area has plenty of restaurants to chose from and yes, it is minutes away from the Disney World. We will definitely come back and recommend it to our friends.
