Just Renovated! Poolside Theater-A/C’d Game Room

 Loved how many rooms and bathrooms this house has! The private pool was a huge hit with the kids.

 The place is exactly like the pictures. The location is great, the place was clean, communication was easy, the beds are comfy, and the kids particularly liked playing for hours in the pool and game room. They even watched a movie on the screen in the pool. Overall, a great place to make memories!

 We rented this place for our 1st Disney World vacation. The place was beautiful, and immaculate! My husband and I along with kids on the trip (9months, 2yrs, 5yrs, and 13 yrs) along and my brother and his wife. Everyone loved the house and the heated pool! The decorating was spot on and the game room was a HUGE hit!! We will rent this house any time we come back to Disney World!! Close and convenient!! And a great clubhouse pool area for kiddos!! Thanks for an amazing stay!

 What a delightful home! It exceeded all of our expectations. We were traveling with a three generation family of nine and everyone loved it! It was roomy, very clean, and comfortable. It was completely updated. There was a television in almost every room, two living rooms with comfortable seating, coffee bar, game room, fun children’s bedrooms with a “secret room”, pool with large movie screen, and plenty of outdoor loungers and seating. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. I cannot say enough positive about this home and our stay there. Just a perfect time had by all. Thank you! Already planning a return visit.

 Our family loved the house and amenities! We had the pool and hot tub heated and it was awesome! Our grandsons loved the game room! The whole house was wonderful and would highly recommend this property! The boys did use the waterslides at the clubhouse one of the days and loved it! So close to Disney and Universal etc. Loved Loved it!

 The house was amazing! I traveled with another family and the kids (even the 19 and 29 year old) loved it! Everything looks new and resort amenities were great! Thr internet was spotty and buffering (I could not work at all) and a couple of days in I think the pool wasn’t filtering (a lot of bugs so we didn’t use it the last 2 days).

 This vacation home is perfect! We stayed with our kids as well as family friends and their kids. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The Star Wars and Harry Potter themed bedrooms were a huge hit (I mean who doesn’t love a secret hidden room?)! The kids also loved the game room and the pool. The house was totally clean and the beds were comfy. Two thumbs up!

 Roomy clean plenty of TVs especially the outdoor projector in the pool area. Sound bar entertainment. Kids rooms are cool game room is great.

 Location is perfect…easy to get around to everything. Eric’s home was clean and cozy. Plenty of space for us and the kids. Highly recommend Eric’s home for your stay.

 Everything felt brand new ! Kids loved the game room and the themed bunk rooms. Adults loved the movie in the pool. Close to shopping and take out. The AC was not cool enough for us but we keep our home at 68 and this would only cool to 71. That's probably cool enough for most people. :)

 If you are looking for the perfect vacation home in Kissimmee, this is it! The home is spacious and has plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. And TV's galore! If you are looking for a paradise for kids; come and enjoy this vacation home. The neon game room with foosball, air hockey, pool table and video games with two kid-sized chairs will be a hangout for kids and teens. The kids will also love the Star Wars and Harry Potter-themed bedrooms! The beautiful pool and jacuzzi are perfect for relaxing on the spacious lanai. Oh, and don't forget the movie screen on the lanai for watching movies at night! The location is superb for Disney, dining and shopping. And, to top it off, there is a resort-style pool and water slides on the property for your enjoyment!
