Just Perfect
We stayed here for 6 nights in July. The property was in a fantastic location, was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. There were some lovely little touches from the owners which showed they actually care about their guests. I would definitely recommend this home to my family and friends as we really felt welcomed in a homely environment.

We enjoyed our stay here ! The home was clean and looked exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable and everything we needed was provided. There are stores near by but I would recommend skipping the Wal Mart it is crazy crowded. Try the Target or drive a little further to Publix for your food. The resort has many amenities available, there is a movie most nights and many other things to do if you are so inclined. We mostly used the small pool at our house and were out most of the day exploring Orlando. We would definitely recommend this home as a perfect place to stay if you are coming to the area !

We really enjoyed staying at Laura's place at Windsor Hills. The home was perfect with every detail well though out. Plenty of towels, games, dishes, cozy beds, amazing bathrooms and a fun splash pool that we played in for hours. The walk to the resort pool was quick and easy and employees were very friendly - my daughter got a glitter tattoo and slushee so was very happy. The resort was quiet and close to shopping and restaurants - especially our 2 favorite places: Sunset Walk and Gaylord Center - If you prefer less people and a relaxing atmosphere, you'll find both far more enjoyable than Disney Springs. Laura was fantastic with reminders and letting us know what to expect before getting there. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Amazing Long Weekend Stay
We went to Orlando for Cheerleading worlds and happened across this gem of a place. Everything from booking to check out was amazing. The owner was super responsive and quick to respond. The house is very close to many restaurants as well as the Disney property. We will be staying here again for all of our Orlando cheerleading trips!

Amazing Experience at Monorail Silver
We had a wonderful time at Monorail Silver! Laura was extremely accommodating and helpful, even when we ran into a snag with the pack and play for our 18 month old son. She was kind, helpful and extremely attentive to ensuring we had everything we needed and taken care of in a timely fashion. The home itself is stunning and immaculate! Theme Park Getaway
This is our fourth time renting in the Windsor Hills community and this property was by far the BEST. Not only is the neighborhood close to the Disney Parks, it is also easy to get to Universal Parks and the airport. The rental itself was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean. The owner was very accessible and responsive when it came to adding an additional night. Much thought has been put into the comfort of the guests at this property. Monorail Silver is perfection!
If you’re looking for a 3bed/3 bath home to rent in Orlando, look no further. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and the home met all of our needs and beyond. The kitchen is perfectly stocked if you intend to cook. We did a good bit of cooking and we had everything we needed. The theming of the house is awesome. Each room having its own vibe and very well decorated. Everything feels fresh and clean which is always nice when renting. You can tell that Laura and Jeremy take pride in the home and we extended that same courtesy. We did a few days in Disney parks and the commute was very easy. We also spent time at the community pool and that was another huge hit with the kids. Parking is plentiful across from the home and entry in and out of community is very easy.
For me i appreciated the little things, like pool towels and games provided and plenty of hooks in the bathroom for towels and swimsuits.
We are already planning our next visit back to Monorail Silver!

Magical Stay!
We had such a wonderful stay at the Monorail Silver! Our visit was for a milestone birthday at Disney World and Laura’s hospitality made the trip even more special. The space clean, updated and comfortable. The private pool was great for the days we didn’t go to the parks! Laura was proactive on reaching out to make sure we were comfortable. We are looking forward to staying here again in the future. Getting to Disney parks was no more than 15 mins and was a breeze to navigate. We also loved that there was a Walmart not even 5 mins from the place. Thank Laura for our great stay!

This is one of the nicest and cleanest VRBO rentals we have ever stayed in. Laura has put in so much thought to her guest that are traveling from afar. Seriously, all that you need to bring is your clothing and personal items. This Townhouse has it all. It has to be one of the CLEANEST homes (besides my own) that I have ever rented. I can't recommend this townhome enough. If you are planning a trip to Disney, look no further. Seriously it's a 6 minute drive to the Magic Kingdom. The other thing we loved about it, it's in a family neighborhood setting that is quiet and full amenities. Not only does the home come with its own private pool, but the neighborhood has amazing resort style pools with splash pads and water slides. The neighborhood bar and grill are fantastic also!!! Do not hesitate when booking this location. We will definitely be back. Thank you again Laura for your wonderful hospitality. Yes they leave you a wonderful goodie bag when you check in. I have never received that at any other VRBO booking before. Also there is a Walmart grocery store 2 mins down the road.

This was a lovely townhome in a great neighborhood close to all things Disney. I have stayed in Windsor Hills many times, and the convenience can't get any better, but this was by far the best rental we have had anywhere. The townhome is beautiful, recently renovated with all the best finishes, but it is more than just that. Laura, our host, provides so much which made the stay here easy and comfortable. If you are lucky enough to find this listing and it works into your plans, you should definitely book. You will not regret it.

Perfect Accommodation
We are just back from Monorail Silver and couldn't be happier with our choice. The property is really well equipped with everything you need. Most importantly, it's also very clean which is rarely the case in holiday rental if you look past the surface. If, like me, you are very particular this is a major plus point as I felt comfortable and at ease right away.
For our family of 4 the house was perfect. Having a washer and dryer made life so much easier too and meant that we were able to pack fewer clothes than we otherwise would. There's also plenty of space and places to put things so you don't feel cluttered.
Windsor Hills itself is really well located and very close to the parks. There are shops and restaurants just a few minutes drive away. The community pool is a great place to spend a couple of hours and our children loved the water park area.
If we return to Florida Monorail Silver will definitely be our No. 1 choice when choosing where to stay.

I want to thank Laura for allowing a group of friends and I to enjoy the weekend in her lovely home. The pictures don't do the place justice home was clean, spacious, and in a private neighborhood. The location was convenient as well, with Walmart being right around the corner as well as many restaurant options. This is a great place to stay if you are visiting Disney parks. The Hype is Real
After reading all the great reviews for this property , we hoped the 5 star rating was accurate. I'm here to tell you it is! We had a small issue on our check in day and Laura and her management team worked quickly to find a solution and went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. You can trust if there is a problem, she will do everything in her power to fix it. Now on to the rental itself Rooms- clean and spacious. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes getting ready for the parks so much easier in the morning. Location- You are so close to Hollywood Studios , it would be easy to take a mid day park break for a nap and a dip in the pool Pool- we only used the splash pool at the house but it was very nice to soak in at the end of a hot park day I would recommend this rental to anyone. Don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

Comfortable stay
My family of 5 enjoyed our stay here. It was comfortable for all of us. The kids enjoyed the small pool in the back and loved the LED Lamp in the Star Wars room. The host was communicative and let me know if we needed anything to reach out to her. The community pool and club house on the property were also nice. My kids liked the water slides. The other thing I will say is that the AC is extremely powerful which can make for some cold nights, especially in the downstairs room. Everything went well during our stay and we will consider staying again!

I chose this home because of it’s fabulous location and the updated & beautiful decor. We found everything to be as presented in the description. The owner was gracious, courteous and accommodating to our needs as well as very organized and forward thinking with prompt communication. STOP Scrolling, this is the one....
Family with pre-teens approved! The townhome is beautiful in person and the gated community in which it sits is equally as charming. The community pool was large, warm, and very inviting (the pool pizza is actually pretty good). The private pool to this unit was amazing and one of my most critical factors in choosing a rental. Play all day at Disney, Universal, Sea World, which are all literally 20ish minutes away (Florida traffic is for real). The attention to detail with things like; band aids, salt and pepper, extension cords (this was a lifesaver), and so much more made this such a special trip for our family. ProTip; the Wi-Fi info is on printed signage throughout the unit (Don’t be like me and write the owners a message only to look at the wall literally 3 seconds later).

Clean and convenient!
The Silver Monorail was the perfect getaway for my family over Thanksgiving. The 3 bedrooms are well appointed and the house is immaculately clean. The pool was a great addition. The house is a short walk to the community pool, which has three water slides and an arcade. As is standard for this area, there are not many toiletries provided so you will need to supplement the TP, bathroom soap and shampoo for a longer stay. The kitchen was well stocked and had enough cleaning supplies. There is a loud alarm on the pool door to protect the kiddies— so you can’t leave the door open as you go back and forth to the pool. Very safe for little ones! My son especially liked the Star Wars themed room. There are board games for the kids and pool towels provided.

Superb property!

Laura and Jeremy were absolutely amazing! They were extememly accomodating in helping us navigate around hurricane Ian. Laura is very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. This was our first Disney trip that we stayed off property. This townhouse was perfect! It was very clean, spacious and very well decorated! My parents enjoyed the small personal pool and my 12 year old loved the community pool. It was a great community, close to stores and restaurants, and a quick drive to the parks. Just returned from a 10 night stay at The Monorail Silver and it did not disappoint!! Home was spacious and nice to have a pool to have a soak after a long day at the theme park and when kiddos went to bed!! Home was very clean owner was very responsive!! Perfect Home for Family Vacation!
My family and I enjoyed this home so much! The home was very kid and family friendly. The home was very clean! Everything we needed for our stay was provided. This included a stroller, playpen, pool towels, toys and games for the kids etc. My 8 year old really enjoyed the Star Wars themed room! The home is also located near the Disney Parks, many restaurants and other activities. Laura also gave really great recommendations about places to visit in the area. Perfect home away from home
The Monorail Silver was the perfect place to stay for a week. We all had our own bedroom and bathroom to spread out and have space. The property was clean, comfortable and convenient to attractions, groceries, gas, etc. All the necessities were included such as a toaster, coffee pots, pans, plates and even a dark colored wash cloth to wash off your make-up! The splash pool was fun and convenient to relax in after a long hot day at the parks. We would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again.

Monorail Silver is one of the nicest places we've ever booked! It is beautifully decorated, spotless and the host was very welcoming/accommodating, even leading up to our stay! Typically, a rental will only provide a few basics, but Monorail Silver exceeded our expectations for amenities and items one might forget to pack. Beach towels, extra linens, kitchen appliances, utensils, and the list goes on... The beds were very comfortable and the showers were amazing, and our kids LOVED the themed rooms! Our only regret is that we didn't have a lot of extra time to enjoy the town home and the AMAZING pool/waterpark on the premises. If we come back to Orlando, we will stay there again!

Loved it! Felt like home!
We stayed for a full week at Monorail Silver in March of 2022 and from the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The house was very clean and have a very modern feel. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 1 one year old. We loved that they had a high chair, a pack and play AND a stroller to use. The stroller was great for taking the baby around the resort and to the playground. When we first got there, our baby was so excited to see the pool! We loved that we could enjoy the pool with privacy. It was also nice and warm!! We appreciate the pool heat very much!
The rooms and beds were comfy. The bathrooms were so nice especially with the tiled shower and rainfall shower head! We appreciated that the kids room still had a tub so we could give the baby a bath. Having a shower for each room was SO nice and convenient. And as I said before, everything was spotless!
The location of this condo was nice and quiet. The resort location was very close to all the Disney Parks as well as a Walmart where we ordered grocery pickup from. It was the perfect spot!
Having all the amenities of a house was great because we were able to run the dishwasher when needed and we did our laundry before packing to leave as well. Made it easier to pack and less work when unpacking at home! Everything was so up-to-date and worked well.

Perfect retreat!
This was the perfect place for our family of four! Great location; close to all the parks we visited (Disney, Universal, and Sea World), and convenient to Wal-Mart for a few necessities and local dining. The house itself was wonderful- clean with nice amenities both inside the house and at Windsor Hills, in general. We loved the space to relax after a busy day at the parks; whether napping, gathering in the living room for a family movie, or chatting outside in the (heated!!) private splash pool. The back overlooks a field, of sorts, and it was so nice to stand outside in the quiet mornings and evenings and watch the herons look for food. Laura did a wonderful job communicating with us leading up to our stay, during, and afterwards. I would highly recommend this house!

Very nice condo! Great location and close to Disney. I would suggest packing additional towels and washcloths. Air can not be lowered below 73. The condo was very stuffy at times but there were nice ceiling fans and portable fans as well.

This was our first time renting with VRBO but we are so happy we did! The whole process was easy and we ended up with a beautiful townhome for our trip to Disney. The home owners were excellent with communication leading up to, during and after our rental. The home was immaculate and beautiful, only maybe a 10 minute drive to magic kingdom. Walmart is less than a mile away so that’s convenient. So many awesome Disney theme touches were all through the house and my kids loved that! Beds and linens were super comfortable and clean. Kitchen had everything you could need to prepare a meal, although we mostly did take out or dining out. The private pool was clean and just the right size for my kids to enjoy after a day at the parks. We didn’t have enough time in our trip to make use of the water park inside the community but it looked very nice from what we could see! Overall, this experience was amazing start to finish and we will definitely consider renting again, both through vrbo and possibly with this same owner!!

Fantastic!
Our family (myself, wife, 2 sons ages 11 & 7) had a wonderful stay this past week at Monorail Silver. This was the 4th time we had stayed at a home in the Windsor Hills Resort, but the first time in this lovely townhome. The home was just as advertised; actually better. A seamless booking and correspondence with Laura made that even better from the very beginning. After booking we made the decision to increase our stay by an additional night and Laura quickly helped us with that change. Laura provided all that we needed to help with a quick check-in at the gatehouse upon arrival. The home was easy to find and access with the keypad entry. The home was clean and very inviting with a pleasant vacation decor. Of course you can't beat the heated plunge pool just past a sliding glass door. The door can be a little tricky to navigate if you are not familiar with the required alarm that is on the door - grateful for that with small children, but we quickly found clear instructions by the door. The pool was wonderful - not large but the perfect size for a family staying in the unit. Did I mention how clean everything felt? We chose to return to this neighborhood because we have fallen in love with it. I don't think you can find a better location or value than Windsor Hills. Each of our previous stays have included a trip to Walt Disney World which is just a few miles up the road. We have stayed at a Disney "value" resort and have found that in addition to the money savings, you can be at the resort just as fast as waiting for a bus at your resort. On this trip, we did not even go to the parks. We wanted a great home to relax and spend time together as a family. This home was perfect and Windsor Hills delivered again! You can't go wrong with this home or neighborhood. The only negative: we had to return to reality and go back to work and school! We will return!

This home was perfect for our family. The home was newly updated decor-wise as well as appliances. Owners were extremely accommodating and responded with any question right away. You will not be disappointed booking this condo.

This place was beyond amazing, it was in the most perfect location of everything. The house was the perfect size for my partner, my son (3) and myself. I didn't want to leave and I know my son will miss...

Great place!
The townhome was very clean inside and pool as well. All of the beds were comfortable (and clean). Town home has been updated and it looks great. Would recommend any family to stay here.

Great place for a family stay. Everything was immaculate. Very clean. They literally had everything we needed. I loved the layout of the home. The location was prime. Communication was very quick and check in was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. (Originally reviewed on Airbnb)

Great location and quiet neighborhood. Our toddler enjoyed the mini amusement park and the pool area. Lovely location for kids and family to enjoy. Lots to do at the surrounding areas.

This property is in a great location with easy access to Disney, Universal, restaurants and other stores. The homeowner was responsive and very helpful. Property was just as described and worked perfectly for our family of 4. The neighborhood amenities were great, especially for kids. Will definitely look to rent this property again next year.

Lovely and modern townhome - perfect for kids! We loved our stay here. My kids thought the Star Wars room was so cool and we enjoyed the pool every day after fun in the parks.

Lovely Place
This unit is just as picture. I stayed at Windsor Hills before but in a different unit. I love how secured the property is and how my kids enjoy the community pool and the mini water park. This unit have everything we needed and more. I do have minor complaints. The kids bunk beds made so much noise when they moved while sleeping. All you hear in the middle of the night was the bed making noise every time my kids moved and if you have young ones you know they move a lot. The check out is 10am and checking in 4pm please keep this in mind when booking your flights. They won't let you in the unit any earlier than that. The bathrooms had one roll of toilet paper and it was 1/2 used so make sure to get more at the store before your arrival. Also, I didn't realized there were extra towels until the second night that my husband open the dryers and they were all there. Last but not least on our last night at the unit they predicted heavy rain and thunderstorms so some water came in on top of the sliding doors in the living room. I'm sure if these things are fixed it will be a perfect unit.

Will return! The townhome was perfect for our family vacation! Clean, plenty of room, and close to everything the area has to offer. The private pool was an added bonus for all of us! The resort was very safe and provided lots of fun for everyone including an awesome neighborhood playground. The owners hospitality was amazing, we will be happy to return again soon!

Awesome stay! We loved our stay at this house. Everything was very clean and ready for us when we arrived. Our communication with the homeowner was fantastic and we had all the info we needed upon arrival as well. The resort pool was great and our kids loved the water slides. We will definitely stay here again if and when we're able to return to Florida for another family vacation.

We rented this property for a short weekend getaway close to home. The property was clean and exactly as it was pictured. The Playgrounds around the resort along with the large pool and splash pad at the clubhouse made for plenary to keep my kids entertained and have a nice relaxing stay.

This spot was beautiful bright well appointed and comfortable. Our little pool I affectionately call the puddle was private no onlooking neighbors perfect for our family for the after breakfast dips and evening gatherings after our daily excurtions. Pool alarm was a tad annoying for adults but great as a safety feature for your little ones. My boys are 13 and 7 and absolutely loved their Star Wars room equipped with ps4. Although the bunk beds could use some tightening and wd40 every mattresses in the house was SUPER comfy!! Kitchen had everything we needed walmart right across the street for any supplies. It July hot all day...if you are night swimmers like were we couldve used some heat in the pool but opted out of it and it was fine. Owner suite was great (no locks so parent privacy beware lol)...super lux shower was nice touch ;) Waterpark was safety gated which was a welcomed surprise..and if you find just the right spot in the pool you and watch your older ones from there. Pool (0 feet to 4'10 feet) can tend to get overcrowded so mind your social distancing and be prepared for LOTS OF KIDS in the pool. Floaties allowed! ...ps adult beveraging allowed by pool but no bottles. Host Laura was the best!!! Friendly and extremely accomidating for anything we wanted or needed...Thank you for opening up your home to us!! Overall awesome stay...be safe Florida Godspeed!

Stunning townhome! Very modern finishes and equipped with everything my family needed. My 3 year absolutely loved the Star Wars bedroom! Super close to Disney, grocery, and restaurants. Can't wait to book our next trip!

Awesome Hosts! The residence was a beauty. The check in and check out was a seamless process. The best things about the home outside of the hosts are the simple touches around the home. 13/10 property! Will book again soon!
