Traveling is expensive, we understand. If we can, we are willing to work within your budget! We love Disney/ Orlando and think that everyone should have the opportunity to experience these places. We want our place to stay booked! After all, Disney is already the MOST EXPENSIVE DAY EVER- your home experience doesn't have to be.

This is our 6 bedroom DOG FRIENDLY home. We love our dogs and are so excited for them to come on vacation with us.

** We have cameras on the perimeter of our home as well as on the pool area. Increased issues with destruction, indifference, and disregard to rules of vacation homes makes this the right decision for us.

** We have a fantastic cleaning crew and we strive to make this a clean & relaxing atmosphere for you- but we allow pets (even if you don't bring any) so if the thought of finding pet hair, (because let's face it you can NEVER get it all!) will lead to you asking for a "refund" please book in a non-pet friendly home!!

** There is currently construction happening in the back of Windsor Hills and it is behind our property. This is a major tourist city and progress is happening. If you require a better view, many homes have different backyard scenes that may suit you better. But for us, a cold beer, glass of wine and a different frame of mind works just fine!!

Over the past few months we have been renovating and updating our home and making it DOG friendly with all tile on the downstairs floor! This is our home away from home so we have a different approach than other "managed vacation homes." We allow pets, BUT this must be disclosed and we do charge a daily fee! We leave some basic supplies in the kitchen so you can make a meal! We keep toys, art supplies, and some pool toys on site for the kiddos.

This 6 bedrooms (three King beds, one queen bed, 4 twin beds, and +pack and play available ), four full bathrooms home is a perfect choice for large families or groups. The private screened in pool area is fantastic way to meditate and get ready for a busy day with a cup of coffee, allow the kids to get some extra energy out, or to relax after a long day at at the parks. (please note that there is construction of a new condo happening past the rear fence of our home) There has been minimal noise and no issues from this construction but I know that some guests find this unappealing....

This villa just 5 miles from Disney, so you'll spend more time enjoying the parks and less time in traffic. This really helps when planning your day in this exciting part of town. Visit the theme parks in the morning, head home early afternoon for a relaxing swim, then head back over the parks for an evening meal and the firework display.

Payment Terms

100.00 percent required 30 days Before Checkin

Cancellation Terms

Refund of 100.00 percent due if cancelled 60 days from check in date
Refund of 50.00 percent due if cancelled 30 days from check in date

Refundable Damage Deposit

Payment of 500.00 required 30 days After Booking, refunded 14 days after checkout
