NEW-Total Renovation-Game Room-Poolside Theater

 Very clean property. Great house to share with another family! Large outdoor seating! Was worth paying extra for heating the pool. It was great that they had pool towels! Close proximity to Disney parks (20min) Comfortable beds. kids loved the game room and themed rooms! The check in process at the gate took a long time due to high check in time not at fault of the house.. The club house had food at decent prices, frozen drinks were great! Kids loved the splash pad and slides.. Would stay again if we came back to Orlando area.

 The property was neat, tidy, and had everything as described in the listing. The game room, pool, and poolside theater were the highlights of my kids stay. Easy access to Disney, close proximity to groceries and restaurants, and daily trash pickup were some of my highlights.

 We had an absolutely wonderful time at the house. Everything was as promised in the listing, and at times even better - the games room was marvellously equipped, the gated community was safe and charming, and the clubhouse and amenities were awesome. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone

 Beautifully decorated home with several themed bedrooms and an awesome game room. We loved the big projection tv with the screen above the pool and will always remember watching the Super Bowl game on it while lounging poolside and soaking in the hot tub! Our large family group appreciated the ample seating available inside and out. The quad stacks of washer/dryers were also very convenient. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay for a memorable vacation that is so close to Disney.

 We just finished up a wonderful week with this rental. It was perfect for what our family needed - with ages ranging from 2-70! It was a great way to relax after a long day at Disney! Easy to get to resorts, very clean and fun! Highly recommend!!

 Had a great time at the Floridian Riviera with the family! Very clean and no bugs which was our priority! The game room was awesome! I will add that we also enjoyed the pool area with the tv and movie screen, and the two sets of washer/dryers. The grandkids also enjoyed the community pool and water park. Will definitely consider renting again when we come to Orlando.

 The home was perfect for our family. Welcoming when we came in with music and lights on and very close to Disney parks-about 20 minutes with traffic. It’s also close to Walmart for groceries. We had a few things we brought up to the property managers and they stopped by to take a look. We had great communication with the booking agency-did have a little mix up with the check in location and instructions but all was remedied quickly. Kids loved the game room and the pool. Thank you!

 We LOVED this house! Our boys loved the game room! The pool/spa and patio set up were great. Watching movies in the pool was a family favorite, for sure! The house was immaculate and well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfy too! Thanks for the memories. We will be back!

 The beds were very comfortable, and the seating in the house was well thought out and plentiful. The only negative would be the guard gate; they were not very easy to deal with at times. The pool was great, and we did get the heated option for mid October. The kids loved the game room, lots to do, and the themed bedrooms made it that much more exciting for them. We found the community pool area to be a lot of fun for all age groups.

 If we had one word to describe this property it is “Magical”. This home is luxurious with all the amenities any guest can ask for. This home comprises of 6 bedrooms and is very spacious to host large families or couples. Two of the bedrooms are decorated with Disney themes but our favorite was the large game room which has Marvel Characters. The proximity to Disney world is ideal and is equipped with a private pool and spa. The modern décor is amazing and the kitchen is equipped with high end appliances. We definitely considered this property a home away from home. This property is well kept and is definitely at the top of our list for home rentals. We are looking forward to going back again!!

 This house was perfect for my family to get away. It was very spacious and had everything needed for anyone of any age. The kids loved the game room and my mother enjoyed having a bedroom on the first floor. We loved everything about this house. It will be our home away from home everytime we visit FL.
