Pull into your very own private driveway upon arrival and walk through the front door into your home away from home. The open concept living room is centered around an 82" 4K smart TV with a PS4 for all your entertainment needs. An air hockey table is right next to the space so you can play a quick game while waiting for everyone to get ready or while waiting for food to cook in the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal or grab a quick bite to eat before heading out the door. Dining table has seating for 8 and counter seating for 4.

Outside the wall of sliding glass doors is an enclosed salt water pool and spa for relaxation after a long day at the parks or a simple stay-at-home getaway.

The garage game room includes a pool table and a 125-inch drop down projection screen, surround sound, and comfortable seating for 9 with air conditioning.

All four bedrooms are on the same level and consist of two king master bedrooms with private en-suites, a princess themed room with two twin beds for your little princesses, a Mickey themed room with two twin beds. All bedrooms are equipped with 50" smart TVs and cable.

POOL AND SPA HEATING: Included with all stays October 14, 2021 and forward. All future pricing now include this premium amenity without the need for separate requests. Previous heating requests prior to October 14, 2021 can be rest assured that previous bookings were priced with the best pricing in mind.

GAS GRILL: Gas grill provided for convenience at $75 per booking. Includes cleaning and a propane tank. No refills. Send requests to owner or property manager during booking and checkout for reservation. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before arrival. Requests made after will incur an additional $35 charge per trip.

PLEASE NOTE: Security cameras are installed around the exterior (excluding pool area) of the house for security and safety reasons. Any tampering with the cameras will result in immediate removal from the premises and fines.
