When evening comes, cook up a dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, eat poolside in the screened in lanai, and retreat to your bedroom for a deep restful sleep in one of the brand new beds with luxurious 100% cotton linens. White noise machines will ensure you aren�t awakened too early from the kids playing Skee-ball, foosball, or Nintendo Switch in the fun and bright Toy Story Themed game room. Location, Location, Location! We bought this home because of its incredible location to Disney theme parks and Orlando�s central location to some of the best Florida has to offer. Located in the well established, safe, and beautiful community of Windsor Hills Resort our home is only 8 minutes from Animal Kingdom and 12-15 to Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and EPCOT. A short half hour drive gets you to all the action at Universal theme parks and Sea World. Driving a little over an hour will get you to the Atlantic Beaches and Kennedy Space Center or drive an hour and 40 minutes to get to the gulf side beaches in Clearwater- repeatedly voted some of the best beaches in the world. Hundreds of shopping, entertainment, and dining options are minutes away. Windsor Hills Resort is a 24/7 secure gated community with tons of amenities. It boasts a zero-entry lagoon style swimming pool, waterpark with waterslides, splash pad, water bucket and fun poolside planned activities and events. Also within the community are multiple playgrounds, including one fully fenced castle themed playground and a sports complex with tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball court, and putting green. At the community center, you�ll find an arcade/game room, theatre playing nightly movies, fitness center, convenience store, and cafe serving simple meals, snacks, and ice cream.

Younger kids will be entertained by their own circus tent playhouse, Duplo blocks, and age appropriate toys. � Spacious, fully stocked kitchen. Loads of seating options- share a meal at the extra-long dining room table with seating for 10, grab a quick breakfast at the kitchen nook table that seats 4, eat a meal poolside in the screened in lanai table with seating for 8, or grab a quick snack at the counter bar seating 3.  An easy 5 stars from us ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We stayed here for a week in November with our two young children. Krissi was WONDERFUL to work with. Anything we had questions/concerns about, she was kind and quick to answer/accommodate. The house is beautiful, clean and comes with everything you need to stay. We loved that all we had to bring was our clothes! A few details that I believe made this house extra special: The beds were super comfortable and the sheets were soft.The rooms were so well themed/decorated, the bath towels are thick and fluffy, & the lanai area was incredible and so well kept. We also loved the table and chair set in that area, it truly was beautifully decorated. The Toy Story room was incredible for our son who is obsessed with Buzz and Woody, it was a dream come true for him. They provided a double stroller, baby monitor and even sound machines. This house is a HOME. The 5 stars from us come from all of the special details, how well kept everything was and because of the exceptional care from the host, Krissi. She felt more like a friend than a host. We really hope to stay here again!
