Our Villa is centrally located within the community just a short walk past scenic Reedy Lake to the Clubhouse and Community Amenities: 140,000-gallon pool, hot tub, splash pad, water slides, clubhouse, marketplace, movie theater, fitness center and sports complex (basketball, volleyball, pickleball, tennis, putting green). Nestled atop a hill between three playgrounds, open greens and a short walk to sunset vista.

All bedrooms have smart TV's and black out curtains. First floor bedrooms wheelchair accessible. All bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, travel-sized soap, shampoo, conditioner, and plush towels. Adult bedrooms include ceiling fans and cable TV.
