Many vacation homes in the area will claim to be "near Disney". But most of them are 10+ miles away and require traveling on I-4, which can push travel times to Disney up into the 45+ minute range.
Windsor Hills, where our home is located is less than 3 miles of back roads (very little traffic!). It is the closest private home resort with private pools to Disney!

FULLY STOCKED kitchen, including drip coffee pot, keurig, toaster, blender, mixer, tea kettle, crockpot, and all the essentials!
Guest will be provided with a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, trash bag, dishwasher pod, etc. But for a longer stay, you will need to shop for refills.

Pool heat is available for $30/day
We can help organize grill rentals for $99/week
