Welcome to Maus Haus, a newly remodeled, bright and airy single-level home where hygge is found! Maus Haus has 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms, pool and spa, and is located on the preserve, therefore offering privacy and a beautiful view. It's located a short walk to the community pool, splash pad, grill and playground! Come and enjoy some serenity and well-being (Hygge) after an eventful day in the parks!

Sleeping arrangements: 2 king bedroom suites, one queen bedroom suite, and one full-sized trundle over twin pull out. Additionally the navy chair in the living room folds out into a twin sleeper. Cubbies, bag/coat hooks and flip flop/croc drops are located at the entry for easy organization. Lightly Mickey themed, we welcome you to enjoy comfort and serenity after a fun and exciting day at the parks! We encourage a hygge lifestyle, especially while on vacation:)

*Pool Table and Foosball room as well as a quiet "campsite corner" for the little ones to unwind.

*Very Well behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee (sorry, no cats due to severe allergies).

*Large food storage drawers, dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker and Keurig are included in the unit, as well as pool towels (for Windsor Hills Resort use only) and bathroom towels.

*Enjoy board games, and our give and take books for you to swap as you read.

*includes pack n' play, stroller, and high chair for use.

This is a self-catering unit, although a small starter pack of dish soap, sponge, toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner are included to get you off to a good start!

Maus Haus is managed professionally by M&M Management, and they will be readily available to assist you with any needs during your stay. The home is professionally cleaned before each visit; and there is no additional daily cleaning scheduled, but may be requested if needed through M&M for an additional fee.

Free wifi and free parking for up to 3 cars. Self-keypad check-in at or after 4:00 p.m. on day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure. Please note: we do have a Ring doorbell system, and cameras located on the sides of the home.
