Welcome to our luxury villa with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms a private 30'x14' pool with spa, Sleeping 10-12 people, this is probably the best positioned house on the resort, and the closest you can rent to the magnificent Windsor Hills Clubhouse and all its amenities including the Water Park ( The kids don’t even need to go near a main road to reach the Clubhouse from our Villa it’s only 100 metres away via a footpath to the side of our home.

The pool faces south so that it catches the sun for the whole of the day. It overlooks the lake, resplendent in flowering lilies and so is not overlooked unlike most villas that you will rent in Florida. If you prefer to relax in the shade we have a large covered Lanai with thick cushioned furniture just waiting for you to sink down at the end of a long day at the parks. the perfect place for casual entertaining and alfresco pool-side living. The whole area is enclosed by a mesh screen to enable you to enjoy entertaining and the illuminated pool and spa late into the evening, without ever having to worry about flying insects.

There are pedestrian only pavements around the lake taking you just one minute to walk to the sumptuously appointed communal pool and clubhouse. Likewise, cross the quiet road and take a 1 minute pedestrian pavement walk to the tennis and volleyball courts.

Fully air-conditioned and furnished by an Interior Designer to the highest of standards to ensure a really luxurious holiday, the open-plan living room opens directly to the pool deck and features a 46inch Flat Screen tv with cable, Free Wireless Internet, DVD & stereo system. ample seating on comfortable sofas, this room is light and airy, a place for the grown ups to relax while the children or the young at heart play in the air-conditioned games room, furnished with futon couches, their own 32" TV with Playstation 2 and Surround Sound DVD player or one of the many board games. For the older children & Dad the Pool Table will keep them amused in the evenings while Mum enjoys a cocktail while relaxing in the jacuzzi.

The fully equipped kitchen incorporates a breakfast/dining area, and has upgraded appliances including self-cleaning range, large microwave, fridge-freezer with ice & water dispenser on the outside of the door , coffee-maker, blender, waste disposal unit and dishwasher. A separate laundry area houses the automatic washing machine and tumble drier.

Prepare a special romantic dinner and enjoy it in the luxury of the formal dinning room or outside in the covered Lanai with the lights reflected in the lake and on the pool. Or catch the morning sun through the bay window in the breakfast area.

Each of the 5 bedrooms, all with televisions, have been individually furnished to a high standard, all are en-suite and come complete with high quality bed linen and towels. The house boasts one Master King Bedroom, two Master Queen Bedded rooms, radio-alarms, telephones, walk in wardrobes, luxury shower cubicles, hairdryers and twin wash basins. The two remaining bedrooms have twin beds with ensuite bath/showers and single washbasins. One of these is upstairs, located on the first floor, thus making it an ideal self-contained retreat for a small group within a larger group of families and/or friends.

We are the closest Pool Villa you can rent to the fabulous Windsor Hills Clubhouse and all its facilities including the Water Park and Lagoon Pool, kids do not even need to go near a road to enter as we have a handy footpath directly from the side of our Villa to the Clubhouse, the distance is 100 metres.
Our Pool Deck is south facing so it gets the sun all day but we also have shaded areas to relax in, we overlook the Windsor Hills Lake so no rear neighbours, we feel our location and setting can not be beaten.
