All Windsor Hills Resort owners who are in good standing with the HOA are welcome to list their Windsor Hills property on this website. If you would like to list your property, please contact the resort manager for further details.
Eligibility to List - Only property owners may list homes on the Windsor Hills Private Rentals website. Listings submitted by managers or management companies will be removed.
User Accounts - User accounts must be set up in the owners name. The 'Listed By' section will display the homeowner's name and not a management company or property manager's name.
Owner Website Link - If an advertisement includes an 'Owner Website' link, it must direct either to the homeowner's personal website or to a page that exclusively lists that particular homeowner's home. Links to general listing sites or management company pages are not permitted. No OTA (e.g., VRBO, Airbnb) links are allowed under the Owner Website link.
Prohibited Advertisements - Management company websites or websites that can connect potential guests to outside communities are not allowed.
Management Company Branding - Management company names and/or logos cannot be shown anywhere on the website.
