A Perfect 10🍸🍸Breezy Lanai Stunning Sunsets

 Tropical Luxury condo was not only a convenient simple drive to many theme parks but had all the comforts of home. It was easy to drive to and from the International Airport. There are many grocery stores and restaurants conveniently located close by. The beds were clean and comfortable, the patio had great evening sunshine and the Mickey Mouse room was a bonus for our daughter. Chris and Karyn answered any questions we had promptly. The pool and waterslides are a quick 2 min walk and we enjoyed lounging by the pool. We didn't use the playground but it looked really fun if you have younger children. We give 10 out of 10 for this clean, well stocked, 3 bedroom condo. We will be back! Thank you Chris and Karyn. The Henry's

 “Tropical Luxury” within the Windsor Hills Resort. We had the pleasure of returning to Chris and Karyn’s beautiful condo. Everything was clean and fresh. It felt like a designer put it together on HGTV. Loved the patio view and location. Very tranquil and appreciated the ceiling fan on the patio with classy decorative lights that set a beautiful mood at night. Amazing value!!!! Definitely will return.

 Hi Chris, Our stay at the condo was lovely! Everything was perfect and very comfortable. Our kids loved the Mickey themed room and all the decorations - especially the flamingos! We were very impressed with the well stocked kitchen. The facilities were great and the kids had a blast at the pool and waterslides. We thought the location was perfect and so close to Disney - we would definitely book with you again! Marni

 Morning!! Chris & Karyn, Thank you so much for hosting us in your beautiful home! I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you for working with me and being so flexible. Little did I know when I originally booked my Disney trip in summer of 2019 that the April 2020 trip would be canceled due to a world pandemic. You kindly said to me, please do not worry about it, we will figure out another time to visit. I so appreciated that as some of my friends were losing their deposits on vacations. We rebooked to this summer 2021 and just returned from our trip. Everything was clearly laid out for me before we left, I knew what to do and where to go. You gave clear overview on what to expect and bring as well as offering me suggestions and helpful information about the area and how to navigate to the parks etc. Thank you! Once we were in the condo, it was comfortable and welcoming. You have thought of everything! Even providing a few extra toilet paper rolls so that we didn’t need to run out and get any if we ran out. You were over the top thoughtful for my daughters Disney experience by leaving them a beautiful gift each to start of the vacation with a surprise. Their room was beautifully decorated and got them into the Disney spirit immediately. The mural on the wall was just phenomenal. All of the touches were noticed and appreciated! Your condo was clean and organized. We felt safe and comfortable. We were so busy with Disney parks but on our day off we enjoyed the pool area and the water slides. My girls loved it! Thank you again for all of the help you gave me in planning the trip and making things very accessible and easy for us. I will be in touch as I feel like I made a friend in Orlando !! Thank you both !

 😎Fantastic vacation! Thank you Karyn and Chris for sharing your condo for our family vacation. It truly was our home away from home, and if I’m honest even better. Modern, comfortable, and so much to see and do within a few minutes drive. Nothing beats a busy day of exploring the Disney parks or the many other attractions near by, then heading “home” to relaxation and luxury and just putting up your sore feet. We used the screened in balcony often, both in the early mornings with our coffee in hand before our busy days began and upon returning tired and lazy, sipping wine in the quiet evening and enjoying the night time sounds and stars above. The condo is very well appointed and cared for. It is apparent in every detail that the hosts have been very thoughtful and care for their guests experience. ie Easy care and comfortable surroundings, comfortable beds and linens, care package with basic essentials so that you don’t need to run out immediately to purchase things such as toilet paper, dish soap, and a few other things which were greatly appreciated. I loved having the in house laundry. Our daughters 15 and 16 fought over the Disney room until they compromised and rotated rooms (didn’t see that one coming). It was also a bonus to have a separate full washroom for them and our own ensuite. Our only disappointment would be that unfortunately, we didn’t leave much room in our itinerary to explore Windsor Hills resort itself. Thank goodness we decided our last day would be spent completely relaxing and spent our day at the pool. Next time this will be first on our agenda! 5stars all the way*****

 Karyn, my family and I stayed in your condo March 22-27 and absolutely loved it! It was so clean, comfortable, fun decor, and had everything we needed. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home! We did a fairly last minute spring break trip (no Disney parks this time around). We have always been on-site Disney fanatics, but after staying in your condo we are hoping once we finalize Disney dates for later in the year your condo will be available! Thank you so much again! We really enjoyed our stay. 🙂

 We are currently staying at the condo and are loving it. The condo is comfortable and well stocked with everything you’ll need. There’s even a kitchen aid and rolling pin if you feel like baking while on vacation! The beds are comfortable and it’s nice having two bathrooms! The resort has so much to offer that we’ve spent days of our vacation and never leaving! Chris and Karyn have been so helpful for every step of the way. When we were figuring out how to book, and how the resort works and even giving us recommendations for while we are here for places to go and things to do! Truly amazed at the level of customer service they’ve provided. We will be sad to leave in two days. 10 stars!!! 5 stars is just not enough for these hosts ☀️

 We had a great experience. Your home is spectacular. The fact that it had every comfort of home made it that much easier. There is nothing worse than going to a rental and there is nothing but the bare minimal. I also really appreciated the detail that we were given a little starter set of essentials from Palm Tree Vacation Homes with some toilet paper, dawn dish soap, detergent for the dishwasher, clotheswasher, paper towels and a few garbage bags. This was very unexpected and a very nice convenience after a very long drive to get to Florida. This is our second trip in 4 years back to Windsor Hills. We love the Resort and were so thrilled to see the new Splash Park that they added on. My kids had a great time. They range from age 9 to 17 and there is something for everyone. Thank you for trusting us with your home. If we ever come back to Kissimmee we would be thrilled to rent from you again.

 The kids loved the Disney Themed bedroom mickey mouse equipped with their own tv and games. It was very thoughtful of you to also have strollers which helped us alot at disney. Lots of extra beddings, beach and bath towels and close proximity to stores,restaurants and disney. We enjoyed our stay. Such a Gracious Host

 A perfect 10 is an understatement!!!!! Tropical Luxury was absolutely gorgeous, clean and comfortable…..truly felt like home away from home. We recently had our first family vacation which included my husband and I, his parents and our 2 children(16 and 8 years old) we could not believe how spacious and accommodating this condo was. The bedrooms were large and inviting with flat screen tv’s in every room! We also loved how the kitchen, dining area and living room flowed together perfectly – the décor is flawless/seamless. Once we had settled into the condo we decided to tour the resort. WOW! Was the first word that came to mind. The pool and clubhouse were beautiful, the staff were so polite and they even had a pina colada slushy machine for the adults!!!! The kids loved the waterslides but I honestly think my husband loved them more lol. Such a beautiful resort. 5 mins to Walmart and 10 mins to Disney…..it could not be in a better location. My father-in-law was already planning our next visit before we left. Thank you Chris and Karyn for making your home feel like ours for a week. We highly recommend this condo and resort to anyone planning a trip to Disney or anyone just looking for a beautiful spot to relax.

 I would like to say that your condo "Tropical Luxury", was awesome! The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the creature comforts of home, only better. The lanai was well used. The entire place was clean and cozy. We appreciated your recommendations on local pubs and restaurants and other tourist attractions to take in. I would recommend your condo to anyone who is considering renting a luxury condo for their vacation at a reasonable price. The pool was a welcome place to hang out during the days when we were not taking in the sights and shopping. Thanks again for your hospitality.

 We recently stayed at Tropical Luxury (AL303) and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Top shelf! This is a well-cared-for condo. The unit was pristine and full of colour and imagination. (The kids bedroom with the Mickey Mural is great!) Beautiful decor, comfy beds and lots of extra towels, as well as beach towels too! The kitchen is open to the rest of the condo which allows everyone to participate. We were impressed with the array of kitchenwares, utensils and appliances. We loved the lanai for early morning coffee and late night chats with a fine glass of wine. The pool and clubhouse are beautiful and well maintained. Located so close to Disney, shopping and restaurants.

 Chris and Karyn's condo was a delightful surprise. The condo was beautiful, clean, warm and comfortable yet also sophisticated. The deco and attention to detail was quite impressive. It felt quite spacious and had a nice open and bright feel to it in every room. We especially appreciated the screened in patio that allowed you to sit comfortably outside. The available amenities with pool and tennis courts were top notch. I would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family. Well worth the money - made our stay feel extra special.

 Dear Chris and Karyn, Thank you so much for the use of your condo this past week. We returned home yesterday after a truly magical family vacation. Your condo was perfect in so many ways – comfortable, convenient to the parks, beautifully decorated – it was the ideal home base for our time together. I feel compelled to add that whoever decorated that condo has a truly creative eye and has been very clever in optimizing every square foot. It’s a fun, welcoming space.

 Just a word to let you know we arrived at your amazing windsor hills condo, We walked in and had that wow feeling ,beautiful decor the patio is very cool I will spend my time outside there. This would be our 4th time staying at Windsor Hills, and I would have to say this was the best.
