The Magic of Disney only one villa away!
My family and I stay at Belles Villa, was nothing short, but magical. Perfectly located nearby to all Disney parks, resorts, and even a Walmart right around the corner. This was my first experience staying at any kind of rental home, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place at such a reasonable price. His home is located in an amazing neighborhood with on-site amenities for pools, entertainment. Sarah was always there when I needed her if I had any questions months leading up to my stay and during my stay. A few days before my check-in date, my daughter got sick and we were supposed to go on a cruise before checking in at the Villa for the weekend. I immediately reached out to Sarah and told her my situation. Because no one had booked that week to stay at the villa, she was willing to let us check in that same day of our cruise if we decided not to go. Overall, my experience leading up to my stay and during my stay exceeded all expectations. This villa is absolutely beautiful and magical. If anybody is thinking about whether they should choose this home for their vacation or not I encourage you 100% confidence, Belles Villa is the place to be. 5/5 ⭐️

Faultless. From the quality of communication, the empathy to UK travellers and responsiveness, the welcome pack and provision in the villa itself (incredibly useful for short-stay trippers), the standard of cleanliness, and the comfort, it was simply brilliant and most definitely enhanced our stay in Florida. We stayed in three different accommodations during this whole trip, including another one of the bigger villas on Windsor Hills after a stay at the beach. Belle's Villa trumped our other choices by a long way. If you carry on doing what you're doing (and bravo to your property management crew too by the way) you will be too solidly booked up for us to guarantee getting this villa on our return. But we hope you are available when we come back, because you will be our first call. Thanks a million, Sarah. It was all the little details you and your team thought of. Just made it so easy and comfortable. What a wonderful experience.

Sarah was a fantastic host, from the booking process to arrival. The additional extras in the house were a lovely touch.
The house was very clean, Morden and well kept.
Very comfortable beds, lovely quiet area.
Pool was lovely my young children had such fun, additional safety measures give us peace of mind.
Club house had splash area, slides, pool which was great fun.

Fantastic holiday home
We had the best time staying here, from the moment we walked in!! The place was extremely clean and so well set up, it literally had everything you needed to make your stay comfortable. The host was amazing also and very responsive. I can not fault this place at all. I would highly recommend staying here and if we return to Orlando I’d stay here again. The plunge pool was really good especially at the end of a long day at the parks and once kids were in bed to just be able to relax and unwind without having to leave the unit.
The resort pool and splash area was great for the days we didn’t go to the parks. Again everything was presented well and maintained to a high level.

Beautiful Bella Villa
Bell's Villa is the perfect place to stay for your Disney Vacation!! Our host Sara made the booking and check out so easy for us. The photos & description are spot on. Publix, Target, Walmart, Dollar store are close by for all your supplies. Easy drive to get to all the Disney parks and Downtown Disney. Easy drive to Disney parks or Disney Springs. Lots of nearby restaurants in case you don't feel like cooking. We loved it here and will be returning. Thank you Sara, for helping us celebrate our special Anniversary at your beautiful home. A wonderful place to stay!
Belle's Villa is beautifully decorated and impeccably maintained. We stayed for a week to use as a base to explore Florida before heading to the parks the following week. From my initial enquiry through to booking and arrival, Sarah was extremely responsive, despite being in a different time zone would answer my queries practically straight away! We chose the villa due to the gorgeous Disney theme, but beyond that the villa is so much more. From a multitude of storage space to a fantastic entertainment package on the TV, for a self catering accommodation I was so impressed that Sarah had ensured that there were supplies, from bin bags to washing up liquid, sandwich bags, washing facilities and pool towels to name just a few. The consideration of what a traveller may need without having to spend money at a supermarket for items they won't reuse is very welcomed! Windsor Hills is a lovely gated community that was quiet and secure. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Belle's Villa and would not hesitate to recommend or stay here again. Thank you Sarah x

Perfect family holiday to Orlando
We are a family of four, and this is our fourth visit to Orlando. We come for the parks and the shopping, and this time was no exception. Belle’s Villa is perfectly located for the parks, and shopping outlets, so we were so glad we booked this Villa. The booking process was simple, and communications at all points were excellent. We arrive at around 10pm and were efficiently booked in a the reception gate house in a couple of minutes. The house was fantastic for our needs with two bedrooms upstairs and one down, each with their own bathroom. The kitchen and lounge is open plan and has all the home comforts you could possibly need. The kids loved the pool, and it was a great place to cool down during a particularly hot spell. The air con is fantastic, which meant coming home after a long day in the parks and shopping was so nice. We used the on site pool facilities a number of times and the kids said it was great. Sarah is the perfect host, and was available at all times to answer questions. Belle’s Villa really felt like a home from home, so will definitely be booking again in the future.

Magical Villa Perfect for Holiday of a Lifetime
We recently stayed at Belle’s Villa during our family holiday and it is fair to say that it exceeded our expectations.
The Villa itself was beautiful. Extremely clean and containing pretty much everything we could have wished for during our stay. Very much Disney themed but not overdone and suitable for families with kids of all ages.
Located in an amazing complex, Windsor Hills was extremely safe and secure and a great place to spend rest days in between park visits.
The parks themselves were all within a 20-30min drive making navigating around this area of Florida really easy.
Would definitely recommend to anyone considering holidaying in Florida, you will not be disappointed

Truly Magical
Very impressed with our stay! As soon as we walked in we dropped our bags with excitement. The pictures online do the place no justice. Every little detail is truly magical. I’ve stayed at every tier on property place Disney has to offer and also stayed at various places at Windsor hills and this one by far takes the cake. Way more magical that on property resorts in our opinion. The place was extremely clean and the decor was perfect and very comfy. Extra blankets, etc. Communication with owners was perfect. They left a little welcome happy basket that made my 10 year olds entire trip. All I can say is the details made it all truly magical and we already can’t wait to come back!

The most amazing Disney villa, you could possibly want for your holiday.
We’ve recently stayed at Belle’s villa, and fell in love with it straight away.
Everywhere is beautifully decorated and modern, very clean. Sarah the host also adds a few personal touches as tea/coffee pods, laundry detergent and also a few extras bits, which makes all the difference when you arrive after your journey.
Sarah is brilliant at communicating throughout the booking process of the villa, via email or messages.
I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Belle’s, families or a couple your have a fabulous time in the villa. Also a big plus is the pool which is south facing and perfect for a dip in after the Disney parks.

From booking Belle's Villa the communication with Sarah was outstanding, always responded very quickly and helped with all the questions I had, in fact went above and beyond on the replies, this was really appreciated.
Our family arrived at Windsor Hills where the access into the home was very easy. The home was beautifully decorated and so much though has gone into this lovely family home. We loved all the little touches (which were actually big in our eyes), you will know exactly what I mean if you book and stay. The pool was lovely and nice not having any neighbors so very private. The beds were extremely comfortable, which was so nice coming home to after a day at the theme parks! TV in each room was amazing, nice hot water every time and the fact that there was also plenty of towels for each room including towels for the pool. My daughter (who is 20) loved the Mickey waffle / pancake maker, made a fun start to our day!
The accommodation was very close to everything, and the fact that there is a Walmart and Starbucks within a few minutes drive was a bonus for me (mum of the household)!
I cant wait to stay here again and would definitely recommend staying here, whether you are a family or couple it's perfect in every way.

Hidden Gem!
This place is an absolute treasure! Sarah is an exceptional hosts who are always quick to respond. The photos do not do justice to the beauty of the unit. Although they provide a good idea of what to expect, the unit surpassed my expectations. The decor is tasteful and features thoughtful themes that make the space feel like a home. Magical and Memorable: A Five-Star Stay at a Disney-Themed Home
My family and I had the pleasure of staying at a Disney-themed home recently, and I have to say, it exceeded all of our expectations. The moment we walked through the door, we were transported into a magical world of Disney. The attention to detail throughout the house is simply incredible. Each of the three bedrooms has its own unique Disney theme, with fun decor and memorabilia that made us feel like we were sleeping in the middle of our favorite Disney movies.
But the theming is just the beginning. This home has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and cookware you could need, and the bedrooms are cozy and comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. We particularly appreciated how peaceful and quiet the neighborhood was, providing a relaxing respite from the excitement of the parks.
Speaking of the parks, the location of this home couldn't be more perfect for a Disney vacation. We were just a short drive away from all the parks and attractions, which made getting around a breeze.
Overall, I can't recommend this Disney-themed home highly enough. It's truly the perfect place to stay for anyone who loves all things Disney, and it made our vacation truly unforgettable. Five stars all around!

Upon planning a last minute DisneyWorld trip for my family, I came across Sarah’s place. Airbnb said it was a rare find since her place is usually fully booked. After arriving, I completely understood why. Sarah’s place is everything you could want in a vacation home - and more! It’s clean, spacious, comfortable, conveniently close to the Disney parks, as well as stores like Walmart, CVS & Publix. And don’t get me started about the looks… It’s even better than the pictures! My family LOVED all the cute Disney themed accents throughout the house, especially the kids!
Sarah was amazingly responsive & kind throughout the whole process. She made herself available to answer any questions we had & gave suggestions and tips. This made things so much less stressful, coming from someone who works 12-hour shifts overnight.
I could keep going but there is a character count. So to sum up, this place was easily one of the best parts of our trip. 10/10, hands down would book again in a heartbeat!

The Most Fantastic Place to stay !!!!!!
This was an A+ Property , for so many reasons
1) Communication with the homeowner was fantastic. She was beyond helpful, generous and quick to respond.
2) The house was incredibly clean and had everything that we could possibly need and then some.
3) Everything was in excellent condition and well maintained. Beds were mega comfy.
We have stayed at Windsor Hills each winter for a decade at many different places this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. It didn’t feel like a rental it felt like our home for 2 weeks. We can wait to stay here again.

Sarah’s home was beautifully appointed and an absolute amazing location if you are visiting the Disney Parks. Sarah was kind enough to allow us to use her stroller, pack and play and high chair. The private pool was amazing (we rented a pool heater as well). The safety measures surround the pool were very great. The pool was our biggest concern with a 15 month and 5 year old, but we felt comfortable once we saw the pool fencing and experienced the door alarm.
Walmart, Target and Publix are very close to get any supplies you may need. And there were lots of restaurants (fast food and dine in near by).
We loved our stay here and would highly recommend Sarah’s place

Comfortable, relaxing stay.
Belles villa was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possibly need for your stay.
The community Windsor Hills was very well kept and safe, with amenities you can use for your stay.
We were unfortunate enough to be on holiday when Hurricane Ian hit Florida, and the concern and Hurricane basket from the owner (Sarah ) was very welcome.
We shall definitely consider Belles Villa for any future holidays in central Florida.

Absolutely Perfect!!
There wasn't a missed detail at Belle's Villa! It is the perfect combination of beautiful and "Disneyed" Our daughters were blown away with all of the Disney themed rooms and little added touches while my husband and I were thoroughly impressed with how clean and beautiful everything in this home was. Sarah and Josh were so easy to work with and always responded within minutes.
Air BnB's can be a gamble and have often left me underwhelmed but Belle's Villa exceeded our expectations by a long shot!
We can't wait to go back and will definitely stay here again!

We just stayed at Sarah's beautiful home for 5 days during our first time visiting Disney World as a family. We truly could not have asked for a better place to stay. Here are a few of our top things we enjoyed the most about Sarah's property:

Not only was the house gorgeous, it was really quiet and comfortable, which was perfect after long days at the parks. It was in a great location within the neighborhood, very private but easy to get to the entrance and clubhouse. The beds were really cozy too. Washer/dryer came in so handy to do laundry.
- Sarah was super responsive, check-in was a breeze and we had all of the house information well in advance, which was one less thing to think about.

Sarah is a wonderful host! Her home is absolutely beautiful and contains practically everything you need during your stay. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and my kids are already asking when we can go back. Loved all the details that made our Disney trip even more special, like the Mickey waffle machine and the Disney decor throughout the house. As a mom of little ones I was very impressed with the pool safety measures in place, I felt totally at ease with a pool out back knowing there was a gate and an alarm. We loved hanging out at the Clubhouse pool and water slides too. The location of this home was also ideal, so close to all the Disney parks and other great attractions. Where do I start? I had spent a week at another property in Windsor Hills and extended our stay at Belle's Villa. Wish I had stayed here the whole time. I have rented countless times, but never have I had a host like Sarah who goes above and beyond for her guests. The house was beautiful! Every room was well decorated and clean!!! The water slides were a hit for my kids as well as the private pool!!! It was so amazing and so family friendly! The house was spotless! I loved everything about this house, but I think I loved the host even more!!! If your looking for an amazing spacious vacation rental this is the one for you!! I promise you won't regret it!!!! Sarah thank you for everything!! You are truly an amazing individual! I can not wait to come back and send my friends and family for you to host them! Exactly as pictured!
Perfection. As an OCD mom of four that doesn't leave home without her own towels and bleach wipes, I was so, so happy to arrive at this beautiful home. It was exactly as pictured and so clean. My teenagers loved all the amenities as did my four and eight year old. Rare to make everyone happy! We were in town for the national volleyball tournament and the location is perfect. We were close enough to everything but it was still private and protected-especially with the gated security. I felt so prepared to enjoy the property thanks to Sarah's detailed communications prior to our arrival and checking in with us. Having our own pool to come home to after volleyball was an added bonus. It's so rare for a family of six to all agree on something but we all agreed this was perfect!

Amazing experience! Great location (not only from Disney, but also within the resort. It was well-appointed and stocked with everything we needed. We went swimming nightly - the pool was fantastic and a great way to end the day. AC blew cold. Washer and dryer were spot-on. TV's in every room. Wow! First off, the hospitality and kindness of Sarah is above and beyond. I have stayed at many rentals and her friendliness and accommodation is exceptional. The home was incredibly clean, tidy, cozy and welcoming. The amenities are wonderful and everything you need is literally 1-2 miles away. My family and my best friends recently booked Belle’s Villa for a weekend in Orlando for Disney. We usually stay at the JW Bonnet Creek but made a choice to pivot to allow kids to stay together for more bonding. It was very clean, great check in instructions and thoughtful digital guestbook. We would book again!

Amazing Disney Getaway!!
We booked this property for a Disney getaway over spring break. It was the perfect size for our family and very convenient to the parks and stores. The kids loved the plunge pool and the water park. Spring Break Orlando Trip
This property was perfect all around. Was a great proximity to Disney, Universal, LegoLand, etc. We stayed a week during our spring break with two kids (3 & 6) and they loved the decorations and the water park at the pool. Everything in the house was updated and well taken care of. My only complaint would be nicer toilet paper :).

Sarah was a great host and was very easy to get in touch with throughout our entire stay.
Hope we can stay at her place again next time we come to Disney World. Would recommend her place 200%!!

When I stumbled upon this flat on AirBnB, it seemed almost too good to be true. Everything was perfect as it appeared online. Sarah is the most thoughtful and gracious host.
She provided me with the information I needed and ideas of things to do around my stay.
The kitchen is perfect and contains everything one needs.
The rooms are beautifully decorated with a Disney theme, and the beds are so comfortable.
The location is incredible.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The house is exponentially much more beautiful in person. The community was unique, gated and secure, and so close to Disney! Every amenity was on point. The decor is stunning, the beds SUPER comfortable, everything was spotless.....it was just altogether absolute perfection!
However, the most remarkable thing about booking this place is not the local attraction or the fantastic amenities this property comes with....it was the host - Sarah. She went above and beyond to ensure we had the most incredible stay possible. I highly recommend this house and this host.

Best property we have stayed at!
This house was so beautiful! Had everything we could ever need. We stayed here instead of a hotel and were so happy we did. We all had our own space and privacy. The house is big, the pool is clean and amazing. You can swim after a day at the parks and it was so relaxing. The minute we walked in we could see the attention to detail and the cleanliness of the house. It’s all Disney themed and every room and living space has its own Disney charm added to it. My kids were so excited and we all want to stay here again next time we go. The owners were very responsive and very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. We will for sure be staying here again!
The clubhouse has a big pool and water park that guests have access to it as well. We loved that it was a gated community and not knowing the Florida area, we felt very safe. The area is very nice. Stores are very close by and every Disney park was about a 15 minute drive away.

This townhouse was perfect for our stay. It is beautifully updated and was clean. The property manager was very easy to communicate with and work with. She was very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend this place!

Belle's Villa exceeded our expectations. The house was super clean and modern and had everything you could ask for. Sarah was an amazing host with exceptional communication. We had a great time and I would highly recommend staying here. This is the perfect place for families.

This condo was very clean, updated, and has all you could need while traveling. It felt like home with plenty of kitchen utensils and supplies. The owner is very kind, helpful, and very quick to respond as well.

Great experience
This was our first time using Vrbo so we were a little nervous about cleanliness etc during these times especially. Sarah did a wonderful job of easing our concerns and was always just a quick text away for any questions. Check in was a breeze, the place was neat, and the location was outstanding. Our Florida Dream Home !!!
We cannot recommend this home enough. After being let down at short notice with another property and having high standards (and celebrating my 50th birthday!) we were concerned we wouldn't find anywhere that met our expectations. How wrong were we! Belle's Villa is absolutely out of this world! This property has had a full renovation and the attention to detail is of a standard we haven't seen before in other Florida homes we have rented. So clean and modern with every need catered for. Sarah the owner is fabulous to deal with and nothing is too much trouble, she responds swiftly to any questions and is so friendly (I feel like I've known her for years :) ). If you are looking for an outstanding property in a secure gated community, that isn't overlooked at the rear and is 10 minutes from the parks, shops and restaurants then look no further. We have found somewhere that we will now book each and every time we visit. We cannot wait to return!! Thank you Sarah for making our trip so special.

Awesome stay and highly recommend! I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness in homes and hotels when I travel. So I’m always hesitant and very thoughtful before booking a place to stay. Sarah’s house was spotless and so well organized. I felt right at home!
There were items throughout the house that made our stay even better- plenty of dishes, beach towels, hair dryers, tvs in every bedroom, and much more. I also loved having a washer and dryer. We traveled with our three daughters and having the pool out back was incredibly convenient for us and fun for them. Our girls also loved the Disney theme decor throughout the house.
We visited Disney world during our stay and the location was great! Just minutes from Animal Kingdom and grocery stores just as close. We felt very safe in the gated community.
Sarah was extremely easy to communicate with and organized. She even messaged us one morning to see if we wanted her to turn the heat on because the weather had cooled down.
We loved our stay and I would definitely stay here again!

Perfectly Perfect!
Can’t say enough good things about this property and location and and facilities. Property manager is amazing, helpful , kind. The place is immaculate in terms of cleanliness and I never say that. Location is short drive to Disney parks and stores and places to eat. Will definitely return!!!

Exactly what we expected
This property was so clean, and exactly what was advertised. It's a great location in the complex so we could walk to the pool and also the castle playground. The townhouse had everything we needed, including a pack and play and high chair, which were both very nice and clean. It was a great vacation, and Sarah was so great to work with. We'll definitely be back!

This is truly a hidden gem! Sarah & Josh are great host and super responsive. The pictures don’t do justice! While the pictures give you a good sense of how the unit looks, it exceeded my expectation! The unit has tasteful decorations throughout with a thoughtful themes that makes it feel
like home. All beds are extremely comfortable, more importantly the cleanliness is a 10 out 10. I highly recommend the host and the place.

This home was absolutely beautiful and exactly like the pictures. Sarah was so sweet from beginning to end. I reached out to many hosts with questions about their property being this would be my first time staying in this type of rental. I was very surprised how she went above and beyond to assure me that her place would certainly be as pictured (I have heard horror stories. LOL. The home was just remodeled and it looks beautiful. Sarah had everything you could think of and need from utensils, cookware even kiddie pool towels, it was really like you were in your own home. I’m so glad I picked this property, me and my family stayed for 7days and we definitely enjoyed it. Thanks again Sarah!

House is just as pictured and described. Spacious and very updated (down to the remote controlled lighting/ceiling fan for those of us who don’t like getting back up to turn off the lights once in bed). My family and I stayed for 5days and wished we would have booked longer.
