Welcome to the VIKING home in Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills is the most desirable subdivision in the Disney area. Only 5-7 min drive from Disney's main gate. Only 3-5 min drive from Walmart. The subdivision is gated and only registered guests are allowed to enter the subdivision, offering full security 24/7. Your reservation gives you complimentary access to the amazing clubhouse amenities (gym, games room, movie theater, mini waterpark...). They have a weekly schedule with lots of fun activities for kids and adults (including live bands, quizzes...). But let's talk about our house. You will love the open floorplan concept. On the first floor you will find the master suite which is king size with an en suite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is a queen size with en suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a queen room with a bathroom right next door. On the second floor is bedroom 4, a twin room with an en suite bathroom and bedroom 5, a twin room with a bathroom right next door. All of the bedrooms have TVs. The pool and spa are private and can be heated (additional charge). You will love the covered lanai outside and the huge pool deck. Stop your search, you will love this house. It has so much to offer. Location

Windsor Hills is the most desirable gated subdivision close to Disney. The community is gated (24/7) and has an exclusive clubhouse with mini-waterpark, games room, gym, movie theater, mini mart.

Facilities

Windsor Hills is a quiet, private, gated community with a large beautiful heated pool, 2 large water slides, a water play area and a hot tub. The clubhouse includes a snack bar/restaurant, fitness room, movie theater, pool tables, table tennis, arcade games and a convenience shop. There is a recreational area with basketball courts, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, golfing putt green and bbq/picnic center. There are also 2 large playgrounds on the property. All amenities are free for guests! Disney fireworks can be seen on property!
